    I enjoy having the app on my phone for its convenience when I need to get a workout in, whether that be for a specific body part of the 7-minute total body workout. But I am more impressed with the fact that you can raise (or lower) the intensity to meet you where you are!

    I've had several lower back surgeries and still suffer with pain but these workouts are good with seniors that have trouble on their feet. I just started with the easiest ones first until I feel I can move on to a little harder workout. I haven't exercised in years due to terrible aggressive form of arthritis but I feel with this program I can help make me stronger and firm up muscles. I recommend you try it if you feel you can't exercise to more vigorous workout! Good Luck!

    I've been out of shape for a while now I'm 300 pounds and I'm just now trying to get back into shape and this app so far has been a great start The big gender levels are hard enough to push you and make you feel the burn but doesn't over do it I would recommend all beginners, overweight and elderly to try this app

    I just completed this workout. It was really good. It has a great pace and I got a sweat. I am completely out of breath. I'm not new to working out but have been off working out due to a shoulder impingement. Anyway, great if you're just starting out or starting over. You can pause and start or skip moves you may not be comfortable with.

    I'm am very overweight and experience different issues in the back, knee, hip, elbow, etc., had broken ankles, lol so this is great in how I can adjust for my various ailments and still work out. I am trying to get back into the swing of moving and I used the "can walk for several minutes" level for my first one. The exercises I had trouble with, I aimed for the number of reps and the ones I could do, I went the length of time. I even broke out in a light sweat but could've been because hubby had a heater on in the kitchen!! (Another bonus, I didn't need much room to exercise, which we don't have much to spare in our tiny cabin!)

    A good app for beginners. If some exercises are too difficult, it is easy to modify them. But most are easy enough for beginners and seniors to do. The 30-second intervals keep you on task. The 20 minutes is up before you know it. Highly recommend for beginners or seniors.

    I have a few issues that have had me spending just as much time recovering from a strain or sprain as I spent working out, so I'm in horrible shape. The levels of workouts help me where I am from day to day. Some days are better than others but I do t feel discouraged because I'm still getting a workout.

    As an overweight mom who doesn't have time to workout, this is really great. I feel like I can start working out again without strenuous exercise in a gym with tons of people watching. The only problem I have with the app is there's no music or instruction. I wish there was a voice counting or encouraging with background music. That would make it so Much better. Also, sometimes the pause and fast forward button doesn't work so well. That's why I give it 3 stars instead of 5.
