Super easy and convenient. I like how the app gives written and animated instructions. The ads are a bit of an annoyance if you use the free version, but the exercises and convenience make up for that.
It's it awesome but need active video to demonstrate 5/5
The app is great and after those 30 days you really see an improvement with less visible stretch marks. It makes my skin tighter when I walk it does not jiggle and look sloppy and full of cellulite... The only bad thing about this app is that it doesn't have active video to show you exactly how to do the exercises correctly and while transitioning you have to stop and read directions. I have to say VERY ANNOYING😓😪
I'm not testing it to see if it works!! It seems like it so far. My knees are a bit bad but it's ok! You can work through it like I did. Defiantly get this if you want to slim thoughts thighs!!
