    I love the service I use it for my photography but can you please make it so it can read .DNG files and so I can see what photo it is and be able to download it to my camera roll app also can you please add a multi select button to download my photos and videos.... you make it so we can upload a lot of photos and videos but have to download 1by1

    The team at Box fixed the sign in issue, once again, a great app. This was a great app, but now since update it keeps logging my out, several times per day. Please fix and I will go back to 5 stars.

    I can’t save, favorite, or download a single file/folder about 90% of the time. I even deleted and re downloaded the app. My job uses this app to store some tech sheets. If I ever want to download a tech sheet I have to hunt down the link for it and then open it up in box. After that I have to open each individual file in Adobe. Beyond frustrating, and makes this whole app pointless.

    The app was essentially flawless until they decided to redesign the app. Now, there is nothing but problems and bugs with every single update. Think Microsoft changing their best OS of XP to the windows vista OS. Please return to previous bugles app.

    Every other file manager app (like Dropbox) has implemented the option to choose whether you upload .jpg files or the new .HEIC files. Why has Box completely ignored this new need?

    This app does what it advertises, my only problem with it is that is signs me out every time I close the app, so I need to log in every single time I want to go in and look at my files. Other than that this app performs as expected.

    Something happened, and a five star app went to a two or three star app. Thankfully, it appears that I don’t have to login each time I open the document. However, many of my pictures will not show now. Something is wrong with this new iteration. This has been a stellar app, and no doubt will continue to be, but somethings wrong with this version.

    Having problems uploading HEIC photos, and the app always requires me to log in despite having the setting such to keep me logged-in, which then causes more serious issues like the deletion of files and folders saved for offline access. I am considering replacing Box with OneDrive for Business and a couple of other solutions. It is very disappointing that this iOS app has become almost completely unusable!

    Since iOS 11, I have had to sign back into the app every time it Is reopened. To be clear, if the app is not fully closed, there is no problem. But leaving the app open all the time defeats the extra security layer of Touch ID or an extra code. This behavior never occurred prior to iOS 11. Please fix!!!

    Don’t use Box for photos on your phone. The app never displays them, which defeats the whole purpose. All you’ll see is a green placeholder icon. It’s not once in awhile, it’s always. This is when it’s on LTE or WiFi with a solid connection and other apps are working just fine. Use Mega, Shoebox, Mediafire,...pretty much anything else.

    I don’t know what they did but yesterday’s update has locked me out of Box which was a great tool until now. I use it constantly all day long at work and share files with my team. Now NOTHING!!!! I’m praying they fix their fix soon.

    First the left side bar buttons seem to be in the wrong place and are hard to tap in iOS 11. Most importantly the passcode and touchID preference keeps resetting in iOS 11 and the cover view while the app is backgrounded doesn’t cover the app when the home button is double tapped in iOS 11.

    Several times per day the app returns me to the login screen when I tap back to an enclosing folder or even just open the app. Very frustrating on iOS 11. I like the Markdown support for viewing files and the ability to natively edit .md and .txt files without leaving the app. Searching file names seems to only return text strings, not words in any order. The app searches all folders rather than the open one, even when “Current Folder” is selected for the search scope.

    Not only do I have to re-log in every third time the app is opened but the whole thing resets and all folders have to reload. I don’t know if this is an iOS 11 issue or the app, but it’s very annoying.

    With latest version I cannot access Box thru the Files app. Files app says “authentication required” and I tap on “open box.” When app switches to Box, nothing happens beyond me seeing my files. This is happening on both iPhone and iPad with both iOS 11 and iOS 11.01.

    When I first learned of and downloaded this app, I was pleased overall with its ease of use and huge storage capacity. I have noticed, however, that due to subsequent upgrades that I’m automatically logged out of the app, which I find intensely frustrating because this often occurs while I’m in the middle of making files available offline. I then have to start the whole process again upon logging back in. This never happened with earlier versions of Box and I’m hoping that future updates will bring a satisfactory resolution.

    SSO with google with a gmail address is broken. — 403. That’s an error. Error: disallowed_useragent This user-agent is not permitted to make an OAuth authorization request to Google as it is classified as an embedded user-agent (also known as a web-view). Per our policy, only browsers are permitted to make authorization requests to Google. We offer several libraries and samples for native apps to perform authorization requests in the browser.

    I’ve been using box on my iPad, iPhone and computers for years. As of a couple of days ago, the app on iOS is asking me to sign in a new every single time. Because I have two step verification turned on, this is a serious hassle. Is there some weird security issue going on with Box? Are you all trying to earn more money from those of us who have been with you for a long time asking us to subscribe or something? (schmucky if so) Or is this just some terrible bug? In any case I do not, emphasize not,recommend starting out with this app it it is new to you until the Box folks repair it.

    Even after updates, the Box iPad App forces the user to re log into it every time it's opened. Which mean that it requires a two factor authentication resend and all of the off line files have to be redownloaded to it. It's all a showstopper. Going to try Googles app.

    The previous release of the Box app worked as expected with the iOS 11 Files app, add Box in locations, authenticate and see your Box files in the Files app. Updated Box app today (9/24) and Files now says you must authenticate in Box app. From this point forward you can’t access Box files inside Files, you’re redirected to the Box app.

    I’ve been using Box for the past few years because of the storage advantage over Drop Box. That said I may switch back because almost every time I open Box I’m hit with the login screen. This is after the iOS 11 update so I’m hoping it resolves itself with an update soon. It is a huge inconvenience and a pain in the butt. Please fix it.

    Haven’t had any issue until this current update enabling the app to work with iOS 11, specifically the new Files app. I keep the Box app secure with a passcode and Touch ID. The Box app won’t sync with the Files app because it gets hung up on authentication. By contrast, I have the Google Drive app secure the same way, and the Files app has no problems working with it. Come on developers, get it together.

    The whole purpose of cloud drives is access for program storage and ease of access across multiple devices. The iOS 11 update doesn’t let you stay signed in for more than 12 hours. This annoyance makes it easier to utilize other services that don’t take up my time by making me sign in twice a day. Fix this issue, and it goes back to full functionality.
