Looks like I'm not the only one not receiving issues. The app says it's updating, but nothing ever changes. There have been issues that I never received, even though I verified my subscription was current.

Have not received the new issue yet this week always having problems getting it. I love my soaps.
App does not update on a regular basis. Issues are available on the newsstands long before this app updates. Emails to tech support are not returned. The app is a waste of time & money.

I used to love this app. My only problem was not being able to stream content. Now I'm not receiving current issues. I used to get the issues Tuesday or Wednesday, then not till Friday, now not at all. The most recent issue was on newsstands last Monday. It's still not in my library or in the store to purchase. This is worthless!

I was excited for this app to be released. However it doesn't work. It crashes when opened, and it won't download new issues. I feel ripped off after I paid for a subscription. The latest issue has been out in newsstands for days and the App has not updated. What a ripoff

I never had a problem until this week down loading magazines. Have not been able to Down load latest issues. Will cancel my subscription in the future.can CBS mail me future issues from now on I hate paying for magazines & cannot download them I received 2 email promising to correct the problem in a timely manner & problem have not been corrected yet.

This is the first time I've ever experienced an issue not being available at least a week prior to being put on store shelves. I've been a subscriber for two years and love the app. I've emailed Bauer Publishing, but haven't heard back from them. I'm guessing this is because of the holiday. I'm not giving up on them yet.
Wow still waiting for issue to come out. Hey that's ok... Just went to the store and got a paper edition. Not that I have spent money on a subscription and digital edition should be there and is not. This app is Not worth a dime! Apple should pull this crap app!
Horrible App!!!! 1/5
Every single new issue is available in stores LONG before they are available for downloading. You'd think as a paid subscriber that issues would be available digitally much easier and faster. It is now 3 full days after the issue date and it is still not available for downloading. I am going to cancel my auto-renew services and give up! Trying to contact help or support is fruitless. I give this one -5 stars!!!!! :-(

After signing up for a one year subscription to both ABC and CBS Soaps in Depth, issues are no longer available after five months. No helpful response from a third party Palmcoast.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. I'm used to viewing my magazines with another app and this one is horrible in comparison. I can't believe I'm stuck with it for a year. What a disappointment.

I love the magazine and was thrilled to finally be able to get it digitally in a way other than Zinio. Zinio was not delivering my issues on a timely basis, and I always had to contact customer service and beg them to send me what I paid for. When I saw it in the iTunes store, I downloaded this app and ordered my subscription that way. The good thing about it is that I have been getting my magazines on time.
But there are two things that are a bit annoying. The first is that every time I open the app to read, it takes a few minutes to update the app. Every. Single. Time. The second thing is that when I open the magazine, it doesn't pick up where I left off, if I haven't finished reading the issue yet. Other magazine apps and Kindle remember my place in a magazine or book; I don't see why this one can't. I only subscribed to this for six months, and if these problems aren't fixed by then, I may just not bother to renew and do without the magazine. Thanks!
What happened? 1/5
I thought I had a subscription to Soaps In Depth. It's been months and I still cannot open any of the magazines after initially being able to read only one. I sent an email to customer service but never got a response. I can't rate five stars when I can't open any of the magazines.

I paid for one issue and can't open this issue. I wrote to this German publisher and either they don't understand English or they are not too bright.
After 2 days I finally got an
Email from a customer service rep asking for my address-which is right there in the signature of my email.
I wrote back asking why he needed my address for an app on line.
No answer. Another day has passed and soon the issue I paid for will be out of date.
Bad app. Bad company.
Save yr money.
