Delta Waves - Brainwave Entrainment and Isochronic Tones with Binaural Beats for Rem Sleep App
What are Delta Waves, and how can they help you?
They are high amplitude brain waves that are associated with the state of deep sleep known as REM. They are the slowest waves, and have a frequency between 1 and 4 Hz.
Delta Waves is an app that allows you to recreate that sound, helping you sleep deeply. Start the frequency, and adjust it to your liking by moving your finger across the white dot-slider placed on the sound-wave at the center of the screen. The frequency range is between 130 and 300Hz, and the wave amplitude is set to 2.5Hz. You can start the sound by pressing the Delta button on the top left before going to bed; you will notice a significant change in the quality of your sleep during the nights where you use it. We strongly suggest the use of headphones while using it.
To help you sleep even better, we added several different functions. You can choose to add 7 different songs and 5 ambiental noises/sounds of nature to the Delta Wave to relax even more. The built in timer allows you to set how much the app will play. Finally, you can change the background color through your settings: choose among 5 relaxing Delta Wave inspired tones. By purchasing the full version of the app, you can unlock and enjoy all of these functions and improve your experience.
We put a lot of thought and passion in creating this app, and we hope that by using it many people will discover the power of brainwave entrainment and isochronic tones. Use it to improve the quality of your rest.

Very basic 3/5
Nice basic brainwave app, not a ton of distracting bells & whistles. However, I wanted some features from the upgrade, and it won’t actually upgrade.
Works great! 5/5

I had a hard time sleeping when I got the piles. I played this at night and fell asleep right away. 2nd night I was still awake. No biggie I set it to 10 minutes and it worked. If you ever wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep, don't play Candy Crush or read a book, just play this app instead!
LOVE IT!! 5/5
I love this app!
Steer Clear 1/5
Please do not get this. It truly limits you from getting true deep sleep!
Then you wake up and have a problem with yawning and need to take a nap. Unless you want to create an impulse to sleep through life, turn to other way...
But your missing Isochronic waves. That would be a nice addition.
So peaceful 5/5

I absolutely love this app, it puts me to sleep every night. It even helps me sleep through my roommates snoring. It does have an in app purchase, but it's only a one time fee and it's so worth it. I have struggled with insomnia for a long time and this app has helped me so much.
Great on iPad 4/5
I've always had trouble falling asleep. I've used the Night Time Fan App somewhat successfully. Someone suggested I try something that would impact specific brain waves. I downloaded this on my iPad. It works pretty well. You'll have to mess with the pitch to see which works the best for you. I like it best without the music. I decided to download on my iPhone. It sounds a lot different. It's clunkier, with the throbbing beat standing out a lot more. I don't think it will work for me like that.
The app helps me fall asleep, but, you only have 5 minutes to listen to it, then start it over. More time! Good app
Not much free 1/5
Everything useful costs money in this app. I'll stick to YouTube.
The free version only gives you 5 minutes of music. This app should be labeled more accurately to reflect this minuscule time.
Helps me sleep! 5/5
I turned it on and bam I fell asleep with music and sound
