This app is pretty cool!! Best then is being able to modify reservations and still be given the same price :options !! The only thing I would like to see other then the cool given points and the free days , is a rating option for my locations within the app !!. No reviews , just rating purposes , because no matter what, not every customer will feel satisfied, but rate matters !!.

This app works fine once it got going, but would not allow me to accept new terms and conditions. After several attempts, I took a chance and asked for a link to change my password. That put me on the Enterprise website, where I was able to accept the new terms after changing my password. Now the app works great, but what a hassle. Fix that, please!

App Doesn’t let you log in 1/5
I tried logging into the App and kept getting presented with a screen indicating the terms and conditions were updated, but the rest of the screen was blank white so you didn’t see the new terms and conditions. The only other button on the screen was an “accept” button, even though the new terms and conditions were not displaying. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but still presenting me with a blank white screen showing me just an “accept” button for terms and conditions that were not displaying on my phone in order to log in.

Efficient Enterprise App 5/5
I find the enterprise car rental app to be a very efficient use of my time. I don’t have to call or visit do you make a reservation, I can just fill in the information about the car I want to rent. It is also easy to modify or cancel the reservation remotely. If I find out I can’t make the pick up or drop off time, I simply modify it through the app. It’s also great that there somebody that can pick you up or drop you off, if necessary. The app is very useful & convenient, while the staff is very helpful.

I used to like this app. However with the new iPhone X when I try to login it requests I accept the new Terms and Conditions, however there are no new terms and conditions displayed and when I click accept it just takes me back to the log in screen. At this point I do feel it is a usable app.

This app is great but when I’m booking a reservation, I’m getting the prices displayed in GBP instead of USD. Please fix this issue.
I uninstalled and installed the app several times. But I didn’t get any resolution. When I tried to book from website, I’m getting USD. But in app, it’s getting displayed as GBP.

I picked up the car and immediately notice a very odd odor. I told my Customer Service Rep I was not comfortable with the smell and he assured me it was most likely the “detail” they just did on he car.
It was WEED! Saturated with POT smell which increased as I had to get on the road for a conference I was speaking at! I called them and expressed my frustration and they replied I could exchange it when I arrived to my destination. I made it clear I would not have time!
When I returned the car and told them how frustrating it was as they actually put me in jeopardy! They did not offer to comp the car...they were rude and unprofessional! I highly discouraged anyone from renting from them!!! Ever!!!

It’s a nice simple to use, smooth running app that allows make setting up reservations extremely easy and quick...I had to make a reservation modification today to change the pickup day and it literally took about 1minute of my time.

I have accumulated lots of points and was looking forward to using them. But they wouldn't accept my points renting in a different location. I recommend you choose a company that isn't making false promises.

Overall app appearance looks good and is layed out well. Load times are slow and bugs seem to cause it to crash often. Few minor updates addressing the bugs would greatly improve rating.

Car broke down 1/5
Enterprise left me stranded when the car I rented broke down. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car but the operator refused to replace my rental, saying the location (just 20 minutes away) was closing in 2 hours. So I was left stranded with no car. It took another day and a call to their 1-800 number to get the rental agreement canceled. I was promised a few days free rental for my troubles but that never materialized either. A regional manager was supposed to call me but never did. I got no apology for anything. I had rented over 100 days in the last year. But I will go to another company now. I have one rental left when I return from my trip then I’m done. I’m beyond angry at this point!
Buttons in app are inconsistent in location and type as your navigate the app. Should be more consistent screen to screen to make navigation easier.

The car rate is great but the insurance is too high for cars that already have insurance. It should be half the price. But rather than the insurance the Staff is great. They try their best to satisfy the Clients.

App allowed me to make a reservation at a location that was closed. Major inconvenience because I had to arrange another ride to the other location across town. I contacted cust serv to remove the erroneous listing, and it's still listed so the next person can have the same problem.
