After the recent update the app will not log in. This seems to happen every weekend and it is becoming a real pain. Does the app take the weekend off too?

I use this app daily. Haven’t been able to log into it for a week! It just keeps circling and says ‘logging in’. Very frustrating. Too bad because it’s been pretty bullet proof for last couple years.

Literally this app offers everything you would need . It's perfect , I switch from Hunington about a year ago and I don't regret a darn thing .. good bank , good app , perfection !

I couldn’t think of any banking apps that is better or even come close. This is an app design with simplicity and easier to navigate all accounts with the financial institution. Very engaging app and pretty easy to navigate. Love it!

You can’t sign on half the time and a bug doesn’t allow you to pay off a credit balance through the apps. These are the main components to a bank app.

At first the app worked great but then one day when I tried to use the app, it opened with the logo and then the screen went black. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still does the same thing. Screen goes black ☹️. Please please fix it

Just opened the mobile app and saw the update..love it! Very clean and easy for me to use. I don't use it everyday but this updated look is really nice.
10-2017 Still love the app, I can do all I need too so far. One thing for me is iOS widget when showing the balance the type is to light for me to see. Maybe it’s Old eyes looking but it needs to be a darker green. Ok thanks goodbye.
Having issues with Face ID. It keeps saying changes made in the device need to log in with password. Please fix.

The app seems very temperamental when using Face ID. It worked ok the first few times I used it now I keep getting errors saying something changed and I had to manually enter in my password. However, when I turned Face ID off then back on, things worked again. We’ll see if things stay that way.

I love it. Makes banking so much better. Can transfer my money as well as deposit my check. Now all you guys need to do is make it so I can get money dispensed from my phone and cut out the ATM.

i went to deposit my check after work today and it wouldn’t let me through the app. the pictures came out blurry and i don’t know if it’s the app or if the app just doesn’t support the iphone x.
it kept saying invalid information even though it wasn’t 😐

Makes banking so easy! Fifth Third is easily my favorite vendor app. Being able to deposit remotely makes my life much easier and the ease of using the app is fantastic.
I wish they kept the time on pending apps. That’s literally my only feedback.

I’ve had this app for a year and like it very much. I can do just about all of my banking, including paying my bill which I set up through bill pay. So convenient, I can even edit my payments. I like that it’s updated quicker than some other money handling apps. I just wish Early Access can done on the app as well. Over all I’m very satisfied.
Mobile check deposit typically doesn’t work 1/5
To date, I’ve only been able to get 1 of 4 checks accepted by the mobile deposit, with dozens of failures along the way. All I get in response is “There are quality issues with the photos of the check” and nothing ever more helpful. Automatic, manual, light on, light off, doesn’t make any difference. This is on an iPhone 7 in perfect lighting, where quality is so good I can read every letter and number of the check on the phone screen. Just endlessly frustrating.

Face ID gives an error when you setup the app, stop the app, and go back into the app. It makes you login again due to security changes. Please fix.......

I originally posted saying that I couldn’t log in with the newest update, but there was an issue with my phone. I now live in an area where the closest 5/3 is about 2 hours away, so this app makes banking so much easier on the go.

There are so many times it has been missing to show a regularly scheduled payment. It will show it online but not on the app. I’ve cancelled and created new recurring payments several times because it does not show it on the app, and then find out after I’ve cancelled the payment series, the payment on the projected date that was missing finally shows up. Very frustrating. I’ve had 5/3 for over 10 years and have never had so many issues until now.

I thought this app was great because it was so easy to login and take care of my transfers. The Touch ID login is no longer working. Fix ASAP!!! I will give 5 stars when the issue is addressed.
Problem with finding ATM and Branch 4/5
So I use the app almost daily. I watch my balance and transfer funds. The only problem is I can’t find any locations of branches or ATM,s. I thought is was because I was on WIFI, but turned it off and still nothing. Can we get it fixed.

I just d/l the app. I love it. First time using the deposit. It’s so convenient. I do wish that I could text 53 bank to check balance without having to log in. BB&T bank has theirs set up to where I text Bal and immediately I am told my balance. Just saying. Please look into updating where we can do this. Be so nice.

I'm having some touch ID issues on my 6S plus. It won't let me set it up and I had it before. It wasn't working so I deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still isn't working.....HELP

Was a nice app until recent iOS update. Now crashes when trying to use online payments
