    Randomly I will click to go into the app and it will be all black and won’t go away. I’ll have to delete the entire app and re-download it. It’s a HUGE inconvenience.

    They’ve improved the quality of the image capture function substantially. Works fantastic. Don’t know how much the change is related to improvements in the app or my upgrade to the iPhone X from an iPhone 6 Plus. Regardless this is a big improvement.

    The app is totally fine when it’s working however in the last two months it has locked me out three times with one wrong log-in attempt. Also when it asks for updated security questions the screen goes blank and will not let me answer so I cannot log-in. Currently I’m locked out and now have to call customer service to get access back. A little inconvenient.

    I have apps for other banks, my phone company, my internet company and they range from pretty good to awesome. But the 5/3 bank app has the distinction of being the worst app on my phone. It literally makes no sense at all just going in circles with no functions. I’d give it negative stars if I could. It really is that bad.

    I love being able to transfer money wherever and whenever to my debit card. Also love depositing checks by taking pictures ! I don't remember the last time I had to make a trip out to bank. Always hated that bc bank hours never worked with my work hours.

    You can only deposit so much each month with the app so if you are doing paychecks you are soon locked out. I understand checks must clear but this isn't about checks clearing. It is a cap forcing you to use bank or ATM.

    Suggestions: Set filters on payment history (i.e. 12 month & Payee) to be able to receive a report of payments made for a period of time for selected Payees. This would be great for tax purposes (i.e. Dr. bills, Dentist bills, Lodge dues, etc.). It would be even better if you could export the reports in an Excel format.

    I have never had a problem with this app but ever since I got my new phone, it has never worked properly. When I open it, 50% of the time it goes black and I have to close and reopen it. And every time I try to save Touch ID it freezes up. I have tried to delete and download but it keeps doing it.

    There is always a glitch or problem with this app. Even if you go into the bank, there is a problem with the “system”. Everything seems to take forever now. I would like to see my balance after every posted transaction. Right now I’m trying to log in and it’s just a black screen. Now if I really needed money or to make a transfer I can’t because the frigging app is glitching.
