I updated the app and clicked open - it took me to the country selection page and after I selected the country it just freezes! Frustrating to say the least.

I've always loved H&M and this app just made it easier! It works very well and doesn't lag or anything. You can browse easily and keeping tabs on your favourite things just makes it better.
The app is practically useless.
Waste of time this app. It's a shame for a company like H&M...
The version released yesterday and installed today says it's expired and needs to be deleted. What a waste of time.

This app has worked okay for me I've had no problems with it when it comes to buying. But the shipment tracking might as well not even exists on this app cause it doesn't work. It's all glitchy and tracking numbers don't work. And even though I would like to track my items it's not a big deaI. I get the email saying my stuff has shipped and that's about it really and from that point on I just Keep an eye on the mail as it gets close to the estimated date which is your typical 4 to 5 days.

it's very easy to use and i haven't had a problem until today. I have 5 things on my bag and when i want to pay it says i have 7 things. its really annoying because I was about to pay for somethings that wasn't in my bag.
Slow and mediocre 1/5
The pictures are taking forever to open even under wifi. I placed an order on the app and put my new address, but it just filled in with my old address automatically!!! Took my 30 mins to connect with the rep on the phone and she told me, order detail can only be changed within 5 mins!!!! Now I have to wait for 5 days to let it ship to the wrong address---get back to their warehouse--- ship to me again!! It's horrible!!!

I ordered a watch through them and they had my previous address on there so I updated my address and made my purchase then got a email saying it's been shipped to my previous address! I contacted customer support and they said they can't help me. TOOK MY MONEY.

Got a few bugs that need patching, like the inability to load favorites or what's in your bag that effectively make this useless for actually shopping. Better off using the browser until they fix these problems

This app is easy and good to use but the reason why I rate it 3 stars is due to the fact every time I want to check my favorites or my bag, it says something happened check back later so I always have to delete the app then re download it just so it could work

My favorite thing about the app is the "style with" tab in the bottom when you click on an item. I wish you could put together an outfit on the app so you don't have to think in your head about what goes with what. Other than that it is a great app.

No Free In-store Returns 4/5
The app has been working well for me lately. However, there is an ad in the top banner that promotes free returns in store. I have made two online orders several months apart through the app and both times my physical location has been unable to process my return. Their system is not synced with your online one and it has been a royal pain for mostly your employees but also for your customers. They spent at least 20 minutes each visit trying to help me get my items returned. Please don't promote a service that isn't fully integrated. I will only be shopping in physical locations from now on unless I have already tried on the item in person before ordering.

The app is the issue. I don't know if it's just on my phone but the app doesn't load sometimes, and it won't let me delete things out of my cart. Please fix it soon, it's been a couple of months and it's still the same.
Saves me time from going to the store but it always force closes. H&M's gotta do better than this.

Were currently in South Korea, and I cant proceed to check out. It always say error RM1. Btw, the card that I used match my address so I dont know whats wrong. And their costumer service aren't even replying to mg emails.
Was happy with app until it won't load shipping info anymore. Says unable to load.
Why is it that when I filter something for my size the items that come up don't even come in that size???? What's the point of the filter??? And seriously everything in the size XS is always sold out

I really loved the idea of saving the clothes I liked, but sadly it doesn't save them. I saved them after looking for a good hour, came back thirty minutes later and it was all gone. Everything else works fine, but please please please fix this :(

I love this app and use it all of the time. I was so excited when the Favorites option was brought back. The only issue is that the favorites disappear. I favorited a few items (I was logged into my account.), and they disappeared the next day. I saved them again, and the same thing happened. Please fix this issue.
