I’ve been unable to create an account so I attempted to contact the developers. That app contact link took me straight to the Mopar home page. I attempted to chat with a customer service rep but the rep knew nothing about the app and advised me to talk to the app developers... through the app contact link. 🙄

This app will not send me an email to register—I have tried THREE times. Not recommended
Won’t show my maintenance history. Says I’m not the owner...yeah right! Won’t let me change my vehicle picture. Only gives me 6.2L supercharged and 6.4L maintenance options, mine is a 5.7L. FIX IT PLEASE!!

I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in October. The app works well with my 2016 Cherokee but for some reason it will not let me use the features of the app because is states that I do not own the 2018 vehicle. I’ve called customer support at least 15 times and they blame everyone else for the problems I’m expecting. When I called on 12/3/17 I was told there were only two experts that worked in the department that needed to fix my problem. I’ve been told since October that someone will call me back and I’m still waiting. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH ONSTAR.

Is a sorry app. Can’t register. Tells me an email has been sent, it’s been 24 hours and no email yet. JUNK app.
The app doesn’t let me login. I re-set my password, it doesn’t recognise it. I try to re-register but naturally I have an account already but it doesn’t recognise me when I login. I deleted the app & re-downloaded it, still doesn’t let me login. I can use it in guest mode only. Seems only a little helpful.
Sends a notification but requires a sign in every time. Doesn't take log in and password. Resetting that still doesn't work.

It doesn't remember your user name, it takes way too long to load and half the time I have to search the web to answer a question. Don't waste the space on your phone!

It appears to need me to sign in almost every time, however the searchable and visual owners manual is nice. It appears to function well enough and answered a lot of quick questions about the vehicle.

I can't add a service that was done prior to today's date??? SMH
Won't recognize my VIN. When I tried to use the contact form it deleted all my previously keyed information because I missed a single field. Deleting the app now.

This app doesn't even recognize my VIN number. It has literally no content, the reference materials are just link to manuals that don't work. At least the Jeep app had those materials offline and functioning.

I have been fighting with this app for a week. I can't update anything. I can't log any maintenance records etc... don't download this app until they fix the bugs.

Not to bad. I was able to update some info and schedule an appointment. I tried to add past maintenance records and I was unable to add anything. I filled in all the fields. At the bottom of the form it asks you to select a field (required). However, there was nothing to select.

The app is not user friendly. By that I mean there is no way to update my account information. No way to change the password, or email associated with the the app. Please fix this ASAP. The "delete button" is near.
Update: March 10 - I can't access the app without having to re-set my password. I need to receive a temporary password every time I open the app. Sad. Deleting the app.
Poor Development and Identification 2/5
When you enter your VIN, you would expect the vehicle listed to match? So did I, except that the trim level is wrong and the engine is wrong (Displays Eco-diesel instead of 5.7). Want a quick look at the owners manual? Well, you're out luck there too. Sure it shows up, but no matter how many times you tap, nothing happens. Close the app, log out and in, delete it, reinstall....nothing changes.
It's not asking too much to test the build before releasing an update, (or a new line of apps all together), is it?

Just what we needed, another Chrysler app 2/5
There are so many Chrysler/Mopar apps it's hard to keep them all straight. Why not just make one good one for everyone instead of a bunch of crappy ones targeted for specific vehicles?
I installed this and it didn't pull in all the data from the previous app for my Town and Country. Why spend so much on hiring talented engineers for vehicle R&D and then hire mediocre app developers Chrysler?
