I wish you could update your site. I and everyone I've talked to say the same thing. We try to search for a specific item, and it will pull up everything except what we're looking for. Horrible website.
Love how you are increasing free shipping on more of your items! Don’t stop! Everything shipping from your warehouse should ship free for your premium members!

I love this app and the easy store pick up. I love to shop in Sams but sometimes not physically able to handle some of the heavy items. Now I have the best of both worlds. When I can’t shop in the store I just pull up my easy reorder on the app, put in the qty and submit. So easy. I get a text when it’s ready and then set my phone so they know when I get there. I pull up and here they come, load my order and then I am done. Could not be easier. Love this app.

As a longtime business member, I have to pay more for an order or pay more to be a Plus member. Before I placed large orders and got free shipping. With the new app I can’t get free shipping on my whole order when it exceeds a certain amount.

Why do I need to stare at loading window and wait every time I add an item to my shopping cart?
Also, easy reorder is confusing and difficult to use with items that have multiple sizes. For example, try to add wiper blades of two sizes. Nearly every car has a driver size wiper and passenger size. Try adding an 18" and a 19" on the "easy" reorder...
Easy Reorder has bugs and doesn’t let you choose your location.
Lastly, they closed the two clubs nearest me and now it is a very long trip to sams. If I hadn’t purchased tires I would cancel my membership.

I love that I can place an order and pay when I pick up
Since I carry the Sam’s plus card, shipping works best for me.
It’s really easy to shop. Only draw back is editing my credit card wouldn’t work do I had to use another card that was already loaded onto my account.

I used to go in and pick up everything I needed. I recently had surgery and am not able to lift a lot of my purchases. This is perfect for me. I get the heavy stuff and get the incidentals myself.

App is easy to use but it constantly wants to add both a shipped item and an in store pick up of the same item when choosing items off my saved list. No matter how many times I change and save the list it defaults back to one item of each. Gets a bit aggravating having to constantly update the list and then also the cart. App is definitely better than when I first started using it years ago. Overall I really enjoy the ease of shopping at home and then picking up my order. Greatly reduced impulse buying.
Now it is a lot more iPhone friendly plus u are now able to place orders and pay in store

The app keeps freezing up or losing my whole order so I have to close the app and open it back up. Very frustrating especially when I’m just about done with my order.
Love the ease of sitting at home do my shopping and no idiots to deal with. Not talking bout Sams Employees. Thank you

I have been a loyal Sam’s Club member for 17 years. Over that time I’ve spent over $70,000 in products from my local club store. After I tell you this story you’ll understand while I’ll never spend another dime there again. My wife and I were looking to replace and upgrade our mattress and bed frame. I found a nice deal on a 12 inch memory foam mattress and frame set for $699. The seller Zinus had good reviews on the mattress so we decided to make the purchase. I bought the set on 02/02/18. The tracking numbers were sent and I waited for my 3 piece shipment. My mattress arrived first on 02/09/18. We were very impressed with it. My frame brackets arrived on 02/12/18. I thought ok I better call because it said everything was delivered but I had no frame. I called customer service and spoke with “ Lamont” I think. He assured me they just forgot to ship the frame even though they printed a shipping label for it. He spoke with the company and assured me it would be shipping the next day. I was to receive an email confirmation with in 24-48 hours. About 10 minutes later I saw an email in my inbox with a customer support number from Zinus. Lamont had sent an email through their web portal that read “ i bought a mattress and didn’t get my frame” that was all he did. I talked with Zinus who said Sam’s would need to order the frame and have it shipped since it was an internal problem. Phone call #2 with “Shakira” she said she would figure out what’s going on and give me a call back with the shipping information. I should be receiving a call in one to two hours at the latest. A week later I still haven’t received that call. Two days later I called back and spoke with “Bobbie” she was appalled at what happened and said she’d get it expedited within one to three days. I should receive an email confirmation within 24-48 hours. Five days later I still don’t have a confirmation. I emailed customer service this time with my complaint and “Luis” assured me my tracking info was on the way and I should receive my bed frame any day. That was three days ago now. I called to check on it tonight and talked with a gentleman whose name I can’t pronounce because he sounded as if he had a mouth full of marbles. He gave me the original tracking number and told me it is now Fed Ex’s problem and they’d be calling me tonight. Four hours later I’m writing this review after cancelling my credit card payment to them and I still haven’t received a call from Fed Ex concerning the shipping label that was printed or the frame that was “forgot” to be shipped. Good by Sam’s club. It was nice doing business with you until I needed your customer service. I’ll drive the forty miles to Costco and spend my money there. I would highly advise anyone wanting to order online from Sam’s to not do it. Use Amazon. You may pay a little more but it’s worth the cost not to have to deal with these idiots.

Sam’s club it’s been good to me so far. However I have only had two issues, once I went home without realizing a couple of things I ordered weren’t in my cart. And I’ve been waiting for a delivery to my house, but it’s 4 days late :/

Having Sam’s Club pull out of our city, Anchorage, AK has been a huge loss to our community and we are left with little recourse in choices of food items from the three store firms that are left. We only have one wholesale or warehouse store and prices have already spiraled upward. Many brands and sizes of items are no longer available and we do not have the mail order or meal package service because we are not in the continuous 48 States and shipping is more costly is what we are told. Many stores, manufacturers do not do business in AK or HI because of this reason. Our local WalMart does not have the resources to pick up even some of what Sams provided. We miss them.

I only order what we need. It’s ready at the kiosk. Then zoom I’m out of there. No temptation to break the budget by getting other items that we “need” ... or that we “want”! Saves time too!

There are many things in store than on the app. I end up having to shop for those items and then pick up my order. This doesn't make sense!

Trying to shop Tv’s which description leaves a lot to be desired. Could use pics of back & sides for accessories input and output as descriptions a lot of times say N/A or are to “light”. Check out, I wanted it to be delivered to the store but no option was offered. (Smaller shippers are rougher with the merchandise.)

So overall I love the app. It is slow to load at times though.
They have added free shipping for Plus members, which I thought was great but I noticed they charge $2 or more when you ship certain items. How is that free shipping!?!

I use my Sam’s club frequently. Lately the store has gone downhill. There is rarely a person nearby to ask for help. Today a man wanted turkey bacon and no employees to help. They were out but no one there to ask if there was more in the back. I encountered out of date hot dog buns and even eggs out of date and it wasn’t just one. There were multiples of each out of date. A few weeks before that I found out of date pimento cheese. It was a month out of date and mislabeled pricing on hot dog buns. The sign said one price but when you got close it was for a different product. Underneath that piece of paper was the price for buns which were twice as expensive. Misleading and the actual price was hidden. This also happens with salad mix. So, I’m hoping we get a Costo near where I live. This Sam’s is out of date if you ask me.

Love saving time and use the app very frequently. Huge flaw is that the check in process does not work at all. The store gets notice on how far away I am but the on site check in never works. I have entered the parking spot number each time and it does not register. Please fix that. So I stop sitting in the pickup lane forever.

I had to add a new credit to my account and I almost gave up due to the difficulty I experienced. I could not delete the card that was already on the account and when I entered the CV number it didn’t save and I couldn’t get back in to change it. After several tries I went back to the checkout screen and it finally allowed me to enter the code and check out.
I was very close to not making the purchase but the sale was ending today so I kept trying until I placed the order.
Thanks Sam’s Club for an awesome app and now your new way of pick up!

After closing the sams club near my house I have been forced to use the app, the app however is so horrible and never lets me order the items that you claim to have “in stock” . I have since joined BJ’s and once my membership expires I will never speak the word “sams” ever again. Horrific experience !

Sams Customer Service needs overhaul. 1/5
I’ve made several calls to Sams corporate about the app not working for several weeks, to no avail. The phone center employees were rude, very ignorant of customer service or of their own job. I was hung up on, left messages for supervisors and when I did get a supervisor, they assured me that they would take care of my questions. This never happened and the call center employees blamed my store. My store is great, call centers need to be gutted, hire new staff that speaks correctly and give staff proper training on how to handle customers politely. It’s very, very sad.... it’s been over a month on issues regarding the App bugs and still no one has addressed them or called back.
