Terrible service. I've had issues with my orders before but today I got a confirmation that my order was in the works and after an hour of the estimated time I finally was able to communicate with support to discover that the restaurant was closed!

Your enjoyment of the app is totally dependent on the restaurants cooking and delivering abilities. Rarely did I have to get reimbursed because a restaurant was closed when they said they were open or other reasons restaurants don’t get your order

iPhone - serious app stability issues 1/5
Recently upgraded my iPhone and the Seamless app has been causing my entire phone to freeze up. About half the time I use the app I experience some kind of lag or freeze. When I try to switch to another app my phone remains disabled until seamless restarts or unfreezes after 1-2 minutes.
On my old iPhone these types of issues would only affect the app itself, which would mercifully allow me to do something else while waiting for the app to recover. Having these unresolved stability issues on one of the most popular smartphones in the world is really unacceptable for a company that is trying to stay competitive in an online food delivery market with the likes of UberEATS, Prime Delivery, eat24 and caviar.
Freezes and crashes on iPhone X 3/5
Reasonably good app, which unfortunately suffers from significant reliability issues on the new iPhone X. I hope the fix is in the works.
iOS 11 bugs 3/5
Update: the app barely works in iOS 11. I often wait long periods of time for menus to load and it has been consistently freezing on my iPhone 8 Plus (11.1.2). I’m a daily user and this unacceptable.
y'all fudged up the seamless. it was gold and this update is gar-bage.
honestly there are so many bugs. the menu search is definitely less intuitive now and the wait time is usually WAY longer than actual delivery time.
i've been a seamless customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars via this app. please FIX IT.

This app has always worked well for me. If your goal is be able to order food without having to talk to anyone, the Seamless app should suit you just fine.

This app doesn’t have individual restaurant ratings, there should be a delivery time rating, helpfulness rating, and food quality rating. Also you should be able to remove a restaurant from your list.
I recently had to deal with a terrible manager, with a really sweet delivery guy, and delicious food. But he wouldn’t cooperate so it was a horrible experience. I want to leave a self-note to not call the wrong place.
Why does payment NEVER work 1/5
One star because there is ALWAYS a problem when trying to submit payment, making ordering actually impossible. No matter how many times I update, there's never a fix.
I love seamless. It is the best thing to happen to ordering. Now I can order from places I never was able to before.

Freezes up on even most recent A10X and A11 processors, haven’t updated UI in YEARS and slow and clunky, rating system completely flooded with fake reviews! We NEED to be able swipe to permanently hide bad places, swipe to navigate using ubiquitous Apple UI APIs, set delivery time search for in the near future easily, see our rating in search of restaurants, FLAG FAKE RATINGS and see user rating profiles!

Extremely buggy after a recent update 1/5
One of the recent updates to this app has caused it to be very buggy. The app will freeze and crash on startup, or once I exit Seamless, the next app I open will freeze up. This does not happen with any other apps installed on my iPhone 7 (iOS 11.1.1).

Tell your CEO customers don’t want to be forced to tip correctly. Stop trying to solve an industry wide problem by forcing the choice I will always tip 0.00 dollars because I see 3-5 dollar delivery fees which I know they use as tips. It’s not the consumers fault restaurant don’t pay well. Maybe use some of that money you make to lobby and legislate laws that makes peoples wages better for restaurants 8 delivery that would be a smarter way without trying to force users into what you think is Idea.
iPad app broken 2/5
The iPad app is broken. Kept getting “must verify address” pop ups that said needed street, city and zip— with one text field provided. Twice spinners with dimmed backgrounds stayed up forever, needing to force quit.
And how is it possible when you switch to iPhone, the order doesn’t transfer— it’s the same account.

I’ve never had an order cancelled or really anything bad happen. I’ve been using seamless for years and live in Brooklyn. The app wasn’t working for a few weeks so I had to order on my computer but no big deal. I’d guess all the errors people have experienced are due to the restaurants using seamless incorrectly and not the company itself but idk. Just know I’ve never had an issue and will keep using seamless for the foreseeable future

Lately the app messes up my phone whenever I open it. Sometimes it will allow me to browse restaurants but most of the time the app will freeze my phone completely. I can’t even force quit the app because it disables the home button and I’ve had to reset my phone completely multiple times. Please fix this!

Seamless is the best. I have been using this product for years to order lunch at work, order dinner at home, order dessert and order breakfast in bed... I love you Seamless!
The few times I’ve had issues were resolved quickly by Seamless over the phone with a refund and credit/discounts for future orders. They were usually because the vendor at the store/restaurant made an error. I choose Seamless even when I have the menu and info to order directly to vendors because I don’t want to have to talk to people on a phone to get food. I just want to order it by tapping a few options and getting it to me ASAP (which in midtown Manhattan for me is 20-45min).

I have been using seamless since 2012 and the only reason I keep using it is because of the low delivery fee and taxes. When it comes to improve their product and customer experience they do a poor job to say the least. The need need to hire Product people that are on top of every detail.

I’ve had this app for years and until recently when I switched to pickup it _stayed_ in pickup unless I changed it. These days it always switches to delivery. If I wanted delivery I would switch it myself! Stop assuming everyone is too lazy to walk down the street to pick food up!
