Update on an older phone 1/5
I just updated this app on 11/23/17, on an iPhone 6s Plus and when I did, I was no longer able to enter the app. It crashes before I'm even able to tap on anything. I was hoping to preview the Black Friday deals but now I can't. And there are always app exclusive things, and now I can't even get those.

I have all the news and bestseller in my hands is easy because the app have all my info and convenient because I can order something without even having my wallet with me.

Read reviews for Davenport store , wasn’t sure I was going to risk going due to bad feedback.
Glad I decided to go, the staff was friendly, attentive. The manager couldn’t have been nicer. Listened to my needs, deciding what was best for me.
Maybe company read poor reviews & replaced staff w/competent group.
I believe managers name is Jonie. I don’t have receipt handy to be sure. 5 stars

I ordered my product 10 days ago and it’s still pending, as in not even shipped yet. I’ve contacted customer service and they haven’t responded. Don’t recommend using the app, or ordering online unless you’re hours away from a store.

The app glitches. My profile is gone. I placed an order and it got cancelled. The name kiley keeps appearing when I go to my account.
Update: I had to delete the app because it’s still glitches and the same issues are still there. So I’m giving it one star since the app is useless to me

On multiple occasions I’ll try to search certain items or open products and the app will crash again and again until I have to give up on what I’m opening. Very annoying.

Keeps crashing and logging me out (iOS 11.1) 3/5
There have been several iOS 11 updates lately and all of them have left my Sephora app running really slowly, crashing and force-logging me out. The odd thing when I’m logged out is that my personal notifications remain, but my account info and favs are gone 0.o Please fix!
My only complaint is that you can’t pay with PayPal in the app? It didn’t give that option during the purchase I just made.

Sephora is everything!!!
Always a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable of products and really attends to the customer. I always feel right at home. Some Cosmetic counters in department stores barely pay attention to the clients. Sephora has it all!!!!

The app is perfect for keeping track of my points, new arrivals, book CM’s, etc. I love the fact you have in store pickup now at Union Square. I wish you had it at all Sephora stores. If I have to go all the way to Union Square for in store pickup, then I might as well just go to my nearest Sephora and get it in person. But, as for the app, love it!!!!!

While I love Sephora, the app does not contain my order history. And consequently I can’t find the status of a recent order. If the history and status is there, my apologies to the designer however, it is not intuitive.

Some things you don't need an app for, and Sephora is one of those things. Stick with the web site :/

Love Sephora, but I hate and can barely use iPad apps that don’t work in landscape. My iPad is forever in a keyboard case and it is completely inconvenient to try and turn this whole thing sideways. Fortunately, very few apps are designed for portrait only. Fix this portrait-only thing and I’ll be happy.

I got the new update, but the app still claims I haven’t and won’t let me shop. What’s the point of a “bug fixes” update if it creates more problems? You’re better off just going to the website

Works great but I wish it would indicated that the item is not in stock. On the app rather than once I put it in the cart and at check out.
Also why doesn’t all of the promotions come up when you try to check out and want to check promotions.?

Every time I open this app it takes what feels like centuries to load ANYTHING. Yes, I’ve tried it with WiFi, yes ive tried it with out WiFi. This app moves INCREDIBLY SLOW.

I love the deals and perks but this app always closes out on me so it’s pretty frustrating. I love Sephora (5 stars) but this app is only worth 3 stars.

I’ve been trying to purchase the items in my cart for over a week but it kept telling me that my email or password was incorrect. After resetting my password it continued to do the same thing. Finally just used the website to check out, using the same email and password they refused to accept on the app. The app isn’t good for much of you can’t check out.

I don’t have a Sephora store where I live, so my only options are driving 5-6 hours to the nearest store or shopping online. Thankfully, Sephora made it so easy to shop from their app. I can find items I’ve been wanting to try and have them shipped to me. I love that I can also socialize in the group chats with other beauty gurus and get tips about hair and makeup. I love this app!

I love the app! I love Sephora! Every brand on one place & I love to read the reviews; especially if I’m trying something new! 💗
I love Sephora and this app is so handy! I can easily track my favorite items for when they come back in stock and can check out new releases. Before I moved I lived in a pretty remote location, the closest Sephora was over an hour away. The app made it possible for me to shop and even “try on” some products.

the Chat feature on the app is relatively new to me; I haven't had occasion to use the app for a few months as of this writing. this new Chat feature has a button appearing in the lower right of the screen, practically right on top of the Read More option. I can't 'read more' when I keep accidentally touching the Chat button! please move Read More or Chat, but do not have them so close to each other. didn't anyone test this?
