    Only used the app twice and I already deleted it. The moment you open the app, it keep asking you to turn on Bluetooth, and there is no way to dismiss it until you go to setting and go back to the app. What in the world is that feature and why must all users need to turn on bluetooth when all we need is to search for the room?!

    One problem with this app is it drops your login info every time you do a software update. Added annoyance. Also, can’t update password through the app. Have to get on a computer. Also annoying. I love SPG but don’t fully love this app.

    APP is easy to use! Provides the best available rates, directions to and from hotel, contact information, local attractions, etc.. I have several apps from other hotel chains I frequent as well but none of them compare to the one SPG provides!

    My iPhone app crashes frequently. I would like to use the mobile check-in, but it times out. My Watch app just doesn’t login. It’s worthless. I sign in and out of my phone app, and have re-installed both several times. It’s too hard to get to work. The biggest disappointment is that I can’t use my Watch as a key at the W.

    Can’t use foreign telephone number in the personal info area. The app allows me to add but can’t use it as contact number as it doesn’t allow for me to complete the reservation. Once used a US number it was fine. Not convenient for people who don’t have a US number.

    I have memorized my credit card number because I have had to put the same number inside I your app every time even though it is in your system and works fine in the browser. Every time it asks me if I want to make it my default browser and I say yes. But it is never saved

    I usually book a reservation early with a flexible rate so I can keep an eye on prices but know I have a room if I don’t find anything better. If I do find a better rate, it’s nearly impossible to modify in the app (as opposed to cancelling). To modify, you are rerouted through the website and it never seems to work. It asks you to sign-in over and over and never changes the room rate or books the new room. I typically end up cancelling and rebooking because that can all be done fairly seamlessly through the app. I would really enjoy the app if that part was easier.

    I use this app all the time it makes working and traveling very simple, good work. I find that it helps a great deal in making my decisions as to where to stay and the type of rooms that are available. Another good feature is that works very well and I have not been disappointed with the results. Thanks SPG!

    If my company notified me of my trip sooner, I would still(years)not book with SPG. This app and their website is horrendous with idiotic loop security and unreliable designs. Always have to waste hours logging in or card not accepting. Avoid at all cost, but this was an emergency.

    Very hard to reserve. Changes rate and hotel after you already selected them. Have to know to search to start a reservation as there’s no reserve selection anywhere else. Cluttered with advertising and self promotion that gets in the way of using the app to do anything.

    I have an iPhone X and Apple Watch 2. I cant even login to my spg account on my watch. It just says join or signup to your SPG account and doesn’t respond then. Some times it says syncing your account and goes back to the login or signup thing and then it’s useless. I have my spg open on my iPhone every time but no use. Absolutely useless.

    I am tired of the SPG app never able to hold on to my login. Every time I have use it, I have to track down my SPG number and password rather than opening up the app ready to go. How about an upgrade w finger print recognition? How about some stability that when I open the app I am identified can start booking rather than signing in every time or being told that app is down. Other hotels seemed to have figured this out.

    The app is good and gets you a long way but it's pretty annoying that every time they make an update you have to find your password and re login again to the app. If they enabled login through finger/ face that would be a whole lot better or cache the password so they do not re-entered. Many others do this and its much more useful.

    The worst app I see in all my travels. This app never works properly. Credit card info is incorrect, rooms can’t be booked, just a complete failure to perform. I would have thought that Marriott would not tolerate the incompetence displayed in the app. But, it continues to disappoint every single time i try to use it! Thank God I can still reach an operator by phone to complete my reservation. Come on guys! You can do much better!
