    I get a message when I open the SPG app that makes me update. I click the message and then go to the App Store, which has a button to Open the app. This takes me back to SPG app, which again shows me the update message. I'm traveling and can't get any of my hotel info, it's awful.

    Visually, it works. Maybe it’s a hosting issue, but I find the app frequently non-responsive in good connection.

    Can't use the app anymore. It tells me to "update now" when I open it, and once I go to the App Store there's no updates for it.

    The SPG app is good for searching hotels and making reservations. The one thing that could be better is the credit card expiration date scroll bars. The selector appears at the bottom of the screen, which if you swipe up, can exit you out of the app. I would suggest a type in option over the swipe feature. Otherwise, this is a great simple app.

    Most hotel companies make booking on their app painless, but not SPG. Why can’t I keep my credit card saved? I hate having to input it each and every time. And when I enter it, the month I enter always defaults back to the current month. Overall, they need to take a look at the competition and get up to par.

    Haven’t even stayed one night at a Starwood hotel yet (I’ve been loyal to Marriott for the last few years) and I’m already concerned for the quality of my stay this coming holiday. I’ve gotten the “Our systems are down. Please call SPG...” error message nearly every time I’ve logged into the app. I’m using your app; I don’t want to talk to a person.

    As much as I stay, book with SPG family hotels and resorts this app has WAY to many issues with logging into your account, booking rooms and then finding out it’s a pre paid type reservation with NO REFUND options!!! This obviously doesn’t work for me since things change at a drop of a hat. Travel plans are consistently changing in our lives and I would NEVER book a reservation without a cancellation option as a Platinum member. These issues need to be corrected ASAP!!..

    Searching for hotels on laptop I realized all of my information was on the app on my phone. So I decided to take my search there. I did not see the same hotel on the app as I was booking on the laptop in fact it said there were no hotels in that area. I had to put my information into the website on the laptop to continue booking for the location I needed. Is this a glitch?

I’ve come to expect (though still appreciate) the generally exceptional service, abundant amenities and high-quality properties associated with the Starwood “family.” These don’t surprise me any longer, but the ease of use and intuitive, efficient functionality on their mobile app sure did! Well designed, highly navigable and smooth - just what I need to manage a relentless travel schedule. Thanks SPG!

    The app has been faulty. It always says I have no internet connection while I can use internet on any other application. So I can't even begin to do anything with the app at all. Very disappointing. I've been using Hhonors app and it's been great.

    I can’t search for hotel and when it takes me to the hotel directory it freezes up and won’t do a thing. Useless if I can’t use to book a hotel. I guess I can check points but why go there if I can’t pick a hotel. Delete

    Had some early kinks, but most major bugs have been worked out. Intuitive interface, and very broad range of functionality for a hotel app (booking, loyalty account information, ustomer service, keyless entry, reservation changes, etc) Only real shortcoming is no mobile checkin

    This app was good in the past but now when I open the app I get a message prompting me to update and when I come to the App Store it shows that it's already updated. Can loop endlessly between the app's update prompt and the app store's OPEN prompt since there's no update available. Now it's completely unusable.

    The latest version hangs my iPhone. Never install a .0 version..... Update, deleted then re-installed then it worked.... Until they updated it again. Now mobile checkin fails with 'we didn't receive your data'. Get Tealeaf on your mobile app developers.....

    Mobile checkin fails to connect constantly retries. Functionality is limited and pretty poorly implemented. Marriott and Hilton apps are 10 times better. Fix it Starwood.

    The iPhone app version has no confirmation tab to secure you room selection, the lPad app continuously ask for address and visa info with out saving the information. Be nice to get this fixed

    Seems reasonably useful on iPhone, but won’t sync to Apple Watch even after deleting; installing, restarting, etc. multiple times. On the watch it just gives me a screen saying “Login or join today,” even though I’m already logged in on iPhone app. Uh, thanks. Westin hotels are very nice but I’ve been very unimpressed with this company’s electronic services.

    Anyone who is familiar with the principles of mobile application development has to applaud this app; you can tell Starwood put in the time and money to ensure this app was well designed. There are no data/access errors, the interface is optimized perfectly for a touchscreen, and it has all the relevant information you could ever need about both current and upcoming stays. Most apps struggle doing only the above; this app does everything flawlessly - AND, it has keyless access capability enabled through the Bluetooth antenna (though admittedly, still something of a work in progress)

    This app has great potential. Unfortunately as it stands currently, I am unable to view any account or reservation information, and continually receive a prompt to call a customer service hotline because of a system error. Once remedied this will be a good app, but until then, even as I sit in an SPG hotel lobby, this app is useless.

    I use the app a lot and find hotels and book them so it's functionality is working fine for me. My only concern is is doesn't update my stays and points or update hotel reservations made thru the website or hotel. Update: the app cannot remember my country. I've tried several times to remedy this including calling the problem in. It's still much easier to book thru the website.

    If booked with group - which I’m thinking is pretty common - cannot mobile checkout even though you receive notification you can. Cannot find a reservation and add if the SPG number wasn’t added at time of booking.
