TotalHRWorks app reviews

  • It doesn’t work 1/5

    By Berj
After updating my iPhone to iOS 11, it stopped working. I get a 404 error message
  • 1999 wants there webpage and software back 1/5

By Someone need to fix this
About as user friendly as riding a porcupine bare back. From an admin standpoint just terrible and from what I hear from others, just as bad with employees clocking in/out.
  • Almost shocking how bad this app is 1/5

    By mattjc1983
It's meant to be used to clock-in/out, but you have to login every time you use it. No ability to use passcode, no ability to use TouchID. Username and password every time...
  • Very basic - not very convenient 2/5

    By Melmel13
Gives access to see my schedule, make edits for my employees (i.e. add missed punches), and request time off. Really simple interface that almost makes it seem outdated. Being that mobile apps are supposed to have some aspect of convenience I would like to see a Touch ID feature and a calendar sync. I've used other apps like this and they've all had a calendar sync. Without it, this app isn't that valuable to me.
  • Don't even bother! 1/5

This app is terrible. Too complicated and counterintuitive. If the app developers are actually reading this, here's how you can make it so much better in no time: 1- Touch ID and/or 4 digit passcode with remember user option 2- Separate Clock In or Clock Out options based on your previous status (if you are already clocked in, why do we need to see another clock in option?) 3-Change "Cost Center" to "Work Site" 4-auto load and verify work sites with GPS and optional geofences determined by administrators 5 - Separate button for going to user tools, schedules, etc 6 - place to enter tips Is that too much to ask?
  • One more thing... 4/5

    By Excellent app but...
This app is really good though, but It needs Touch ID.
  • Developer Notes: updating is not hard 1/5

It wouldn't take much to update this app. I've only been developing a short while and, this app is already set up quite simply. It really just needs several hours of effort put into it to give it some very welcome updates. At this point, you get 1 star simply due to the obvious lack of effort to maintain this app at all. #1 - Most requested feature: TouchID Seriously. Almost everyone who's bought an iPhone in the last 1-2 years has it. Apple has made this fairly simple to implement in your app, you just have to do it. A suggestion for implementation: Three "quick" buttons, "In," "Out," "Login." Each button triggers an instance of TouchID for authentication. #2 - Update the appearance of the app Please review Apple's iOS Human Interface Guidelines. By the looks of it, you haven't reviewed these since the Spring of 2013 or earlier (before Apple's major design change in iOS7). Your app looks and feels woefully outdated. Your buttons' icons and app flow are all fine, but the style needs an overhaul. This would simply be reprocessing each of your existing images' raw files to alter backgrounds and gradients to give them a more modern feel. #3 - Allow for multi-tasking Particularly after TouchID has been implemented, this would be particularly useful. These days, we find ourselves doing more and more on our mobile devices, so it's a huge pain to have to start your session over every time you switch to a different app. When the app moves to an inactive state, have it load a TouchID view over the top, which is simply removed after the login to reveal the previous view. #4 - Why is the time on the home screen? I'm not sure if that's useful at all since the iPhone's clock is at the top already. • Needs improvements! 1/5

    By nyemsco
This app needs to be optimized for bigger iPhone screens and a few other enhancements would be nice. The overall look is pretty outdated.
  • Ugh 1/5

    By Kandi2911
Very basic app compared to ADP. Definitely needs a quick login feature where you can enter a 4 digit code instead of your full user name and password.
  • 2012 called… They want their app back! 2/5

    By AA&O
Seriously, this app needs Touch ID and optimization for larger screened iPhones. However, it beats clocking in on the website.
  • Not that happy with this software/app 3/5

    By Chele519
Not that great of an app but I think we were sold on functionality that just doesn't exist. We were told you could punch in when offline, yeah you can, however we were not told you could not enter a job code, which our payroll company knew we were using, so now employees have to go back to a computer and enter the job codes for those offline punches. Very inconvenient. Not what we were expecting. Cannot find a detailed help manual for the software either
  • Very basic app 3/5

One of the main features that would make me give it four stars: allow me to use TouchID to log in. Especially since OnePoint requires pretty complicated password setup.
  • Good App 5/5

    By JMCano
I like the app! I also like the new color scheme getting rolled out for SaaShr products. I'd love to see Apple Touch ID added as a security measure in a future release.
  • Quicker punch in 3/5

    By dr. Drap
If the app could remember at least username - that would be awesome. I don't mind it remembering password also, so I could just punch in/out at one tap. World be really cool if you would add fingerprint authentication for faster punching in. Filling username and password every time is annoying as... You know Not a bad app, just feels outdated a lot
  • Suggestion 4/5

    By ohbeejaybee
We have Milton and harden software in our agency and we have enjoyed its use. I especially enjoy using this app because it is fully featured enough to complete most tasks. However, it would be very useful to add a feature to the mileage notation. Please add a way to add notes whenever mileage is noted. This will allow documentation of reason why mileage was incurred.
  • Great addition to the totalhrworks platform offered by inflection hr 5/5

    By Mike McMorran
This app is a great! It helps encourage our employees to accurately record punches, view pay stub and history, and review todo items like. PTO requests, a variety of HR checklists. Can't wait for mobile payroll submission!
  • Please enable the ability to save your password 2/5

    By NetNat
Seems the app had no multitasking support, so if I have to switch screens to find my notes or to get to my LastPass app so I can copy & paste my password, I have to start all over entering info.
  • Great App for the HR Professional 5/5

    By Atrmike
We offer this free workforce management app in conjunction with our time and labor management software subscription that we implement for our clients. I must say, it's a huge time saver to be able to not only accees, but also manage time sheets and time off requests while you're on the go. They even have the dot board (who's in/out) in real time. I'm very much looking forward to what they add to it in the next version! We even use it in our office. FYI, you will need to have the mobile app feature turned on in your account before you can start using it.
  • Takes ESS to a new level 4/5

    By en-dmiller
This app is a must have. It takes the Self Service experience and mobilizes it. Real time connectivity to the HCM application keeps HR Administrators and Employees connected. Great first version! Would like to see: Ability to disable TLM Punch ability for certain EE groups Extra Pay Expense reimbursement functionality, with the ability to use the mobile camera to upload images of receipts and classify them.
