Please provide the following features

2- if above is not applicable , to give the option to upload the file as PDF
Very helpful 5/5
Very good info on pretty much anything you will need- easy to use.
All you need to know is here. Quick and accesible.
Very useful 5/5
By Old ex-teacher
Gathers current thought on diagnosis and treatment. Also valuable when reviewer expresses basis for preference among alternatives. I am lucky to have access from group. Perhaps individual memberships could be lower in cost to expand base of members.
Always no content and no internet and no access 1/5
By Taha saeed £
I subscribed officially ( personal account) and the application in IOS devices is very bad , it opens 1/50 times ,, each time there's constant message >>no internet, no content, the server is weak,,,???!!!! Where's my money,, please support
Ok app needs to be streamlined 1/5
This app a wealth of information but it is to much to go thru when you want a simple answer. It should be streamlined so it is not so busy.
Great app 5/5
By Medical Amature
One of the best medical apps as long as have a subscription. Perfect resource on the go.
offline download doesnt save 1/5
By Anne J 2
I have been trying to download the offline content for three weeks already. The internet is unreliable where I live, which is why I would benefit from the offline option, except that when I get to close like 800mb, the download resets. The ISP limits me to 800mb per day and they throttle me if I go over, so I have to wait till i have access again, but then the download restarts.
So for me, I actually haven't been able to use this app.
UpToDates Customer Service is nonexistent! 1/5
I was a loyal UpToDate customer for almost a decade, since their inception. As a sub specialist who did locum tenens clinical work, access to medical information was important. Last year, I paid the hefty >$500 fee as an individual subscriber despite the fact that I was now employed by a hospital. My subscription was put on hold because of a $21 bill that took 10 months for the company to clarify: taxes. I paid it and my subscription was resumed for two months then stopped because they said it was time to renew.
Their customer service is awful!!!! Do not use this service!

I use UpToDate every day in my practice. The app is easy to use on the fly in patient rooms, between patient encounters, and for general study purposes. It has become a practice essential for me.
Precise, reliable, helpful 5/5
By Dietetics student
This app is beyond anything I have used before. Truelly helpful! Thank you.
I use UpToDate daily in my practice related activities and in clinical teaching. It has been indispensable and practice changing to me. Thank you for doing such a great job!
I cannot log in. Brick wall with no options or explanations. 1/5
By Debbie Thomas
Worthless if you can't use it! I wanted to like it but unfortunately .... I would give these zero stars but it won't allow that! Ha! Now that's funny!
I'm unable to login. 1/5
What is the login criteria?
Please fix the font issue in ipad version asap.
The font is not adjusting properly on iPad. PLEASE FIX ASAP!
Font size adjustment not working 2/5
With this new version, the font size adjustment is no longer functioning. Hard to read with the tiny font. Hope this can be fixed in yhe next update.
The Best 5/5
The best, just use it!
Sine qua non! 5/5
The modern physician cannot practice without this invaluable mobile resource! Hands down the best and most used online repository of modern medical knowledge!
Must have for students and providers 5/5
Very useful. All current, evidence based practice you'll need in one app. I use it daily for practice and while I'm in school for my Nurse Practitioner degree. User friendly.
Very useful and easy to use 5/5
HATE HATE HATE the stupid mandatory updates. 2/5
Frequently get the message "Application Expired: Your Application must be Updated to Continue." These happen frequently. It's usually for 'bug fixes.' Why should we have to update to a potentially new unstable version of app, when subsequent versions have their own problems too?! SUPER ANNOYING to get that mandatory message when you are intending to spend your valuable time searching, not updating (to a potentially non-functioning version). LET US decide when to update!! Mandatory Updates = weak and ignorant programmers' decision; incompetent managerial decision.
It's Alright. 2/5
Content is as usual well written and from the good doctors out there but presentation seems very outdated. With increasingly better platforms and NEJM or else making content more intuitive with videos, animations and pictures, uptodate is just pitting all the info out there in looong text format. Need to kick out some old school people taking care of it.
Also the app is alright.
-Basic functions like changing the font size is not there.
- No history button, no resuming from where you left.
In short, need to get smarter for a smart phone app!
Thank you very much for this great app 5/5
This app is amazing well implemented. I use it all the time on my iPhone when rounding on Hospitalized patients. The information is well organized and easy to search and navigate. It is expensive but well worth it.
Can have it all wherever you go 4/5
By Don A7
Not only can you have it all, between the app and the web browser you can print and mentally digest and document what influenced the decision you ultimately made.
Takes a very significant chunk of iPad Mini's memory. It would be nice to be able to download just the Pediatric specialty and Pediatric sub-specialty information to keep for offline use. Cannot do this.
Ultimate Reference 5/5
Thank you so much for adding multitasking support!! I'm using my iPad mini on the wards constantly to reference uptodate, and this makes it even more useful!
On the 6S+, UpToDate makes a smart phone erudite. It is a great help as a Hospitalist to have so much knowledge so conveniently located.
Efficient, well designed, well representative of the full version. No complaints after 12 months of use.
Superb app 5/5
Easy to use and convenient on your device and all the information is right there.
No content organization 2/5
Finding even the most basic information (recommended drug dosage e.g.) on Uptodate is a nightmare. Pasting together a slew of journal article excerpts does not a useful app make.
Tracks CME Like no other 5/5
Best money I ever spent. I'm saving lives as a General Practice Physcian.
cannot open on my iphone 2/5
The ap is not launching. I have Iphone 5s
Need option of full content downloaded to phone 1/5
The app used to have full content when downloaded. Now you HAVE to have internet access to look up anything. This is frustrating since connection is not always available in our hospital.
What happened 1/5
Ever since the last "update", the app won't finish updating, I can't delete the app and start over, it just sits there at the loading screen. I was using this app A LOT and very disappointed that I haven't been able to access.

iOS 9.1 - crashing app
1.3.9 does not update content 1/5
With all the money paid to UTD by subscribers and not being able to download off line content on iPad mini...... Not happy. It used to work well. On the iPhone you can still have off line content flawlessly. In the iPad is not downloading, gives you an error.
Couldn't even set up account. Needs work.
pls fix 2/5
By Elsa Scorcho
On my ipad 2 , when i tried to open some articles, the app will always say that the server did not respond to the request. please fix this asap.
Great database for Med School 5/5
I use this all the time as a quick go to and reliable reference.
The Best 5/5
I use UTD frequently on my desktop and phone, sometimes in the exam room. It is usually accurate, not commercial, and usually balanced. The breadth of content is impressive - not just internal med focused.
I find it very easy to use & very well organized. I have the mobile option w offline content that is usually adequate. I have used the offline content in Kenya w no service & it was great.
Why no offline content? 2/5
Yes why can't we download the articles and be able to read them offline?? We can do this with other apps that are totally free and don't require a subscription fee (e.g. Medscape).
THE ONLY APP you need in Medicine 5/5
Nothing else even comes close to what Uptodate has accomplished in terms of the live updated reference system usable at point of care.
This App literally makes that entire database accessible on your device in a seamless integration with the web based access.
Can't function without it in clinical setting.
Update not working on iPad 1/5
App worked fine until I was forced to update. Now the app immediately closes whenever I attempt to open it. I cannot access UTD. Do others have the same problem?
Crashes after update 1/5
Title says it all... Was working fine before update
Unhappy with update 1/5
By Fun game lover 123
Since the update today, the app crashes right after it is opened every time it is opened, even after phone shutdown and restarted. Ughhh!
Love this app!
Doesn't work at all 1/5
By Soccer fanfare
It keeps claiming that my remote access has lapsed and that I have to log into my browser version first from my school's network.
Unstable app 4/5
Good peer review ed articles.
But app crashes most of time on Internet on my iPhone 6 plus(even though I've downloaded offline version worth 1.2 GB onto phone)
Please fix the stability bug.
Actually Doc says buy 5/5
You get the app free with a subscription. No problems logging on here. What needs to be said? Uptodate is go to for all things medical. Have my meds student present articles from here all the time.
Actual doctor says DO NOT BUY! 2/5
DO NOT BUY!
The app login process is profoundly flawed. Log in, then leave for just a moment, then return and (guess what) you've been logged off. The site doesn't save your login, and worse yet, the site indicates "bad login" despite your regular use. I have LITERALLY, not figuratively, had to reset my password every single time I have tried to use the app. The online site is not nearly as delicate. No problems logging in there. But I carry my phone, not my laptop.
Been with the website for about 18 months. Only stayed because they have saved some of my CME. When you can actually login, the app site is poorly organized. And NOW, ads cover the site. Sorry guys, but you have failed as an app. Just quit. You are terrible at your job, IT guys.
So you non-medical guys understand: when physicians log in, they expect to immediately have information available. Not only is time essential, sometimes time is a matter of life or death. While no reasonable doctor would ever rely on a website/app to make immediate decisions, knowing that your app presents significant barriers to gathering information will deter any reasonable and prudent doctor from using your app.
I give you two stars because your actual website is useful, but the app is wretched.
DO NOT BUY!
