I think it has great exercises, I’m on the beginner level 1 for abs and arms. It has eased me into it and I’ve been consistent. I can not wait for for my washboard abs. Lol just kidding I know it’ll take more than 30 days for that but this is great progress.

Another thing I like is that it has different levels! It goes beginners 1, beginners 2
Intermediate 1, intermediate 2,
Advanced 1 and advanced 2.
I consider myself an advance workout person just because I am a level 5 gymnast
(Level 9 is Olympics) but I have been using intermediate 2 and it is actually the perfect daily workout
I was worried this would be only for losing weight but I have actually been gaining muscles!
Anyways I hope u guys like this as much as I do!

Pretty neat. Simple and easy to use.
I'm starting with abs and arms and doing some side leg stuff but so far I am loving it. Starting at beginner and will be moving up with that's. But I suggest 2 challenges at a time, 2 different parts of the body!

I’m not considered fat or overweight but I would like to loose some belly fat. I am young and love these workouts!!!! I will like it if they were a bit longer or worked a bit faster but other than that it is a great program that I recommend to those wanting to loose weight!!! I have only tried the abs workout but will start to test out the other 7 modes!!!!

This app has the perfect balance of pushing you but it’s not overwhelming. Especially on the beginner levels. They aren’t long but they are going to do stuff for you. It also even includes some cool healthy meal ideas. The workouts, despite how short they are, may seem hard as they increase but you will feel yourself slowly be able to go harder and harder.

I like this this app. I’ll consider buying the fI’ll app later when I’m further into my workout regimen. However I do feel like it goes 0 to 60 pretty fast; I know you’re supposed to ease into it but 125 squats after four days is intense.
I like this app. Some instructions on how to do exercises need improvement such as donkey kick interpret both feet up at same time. Some typos.

I have tried several exercise apps before, but this app has both kept me on track and given me better results than I have seen prior. It has provided all of my favorite aspects: the ability to see my exercise habits, a manageable-yet challenging-increase in workout routines, a BMI/weight tracker, and provided recipes. I have been using this app for the past month, and will definitely continue to do so. Awesome app!

I’m just beginning to exercise and can hardly do one sit-up and the beginner level has you doing 50 by day ten. It starts with 14 and goes up every day. This workout is discouraging for an actual beginner.

Only been using this app for about a week so I’m only on beginner level 1. I’m surprised at the amount of reps and the types of exercises that they consider “Beginner”. Instead of steadily upping the reps, they go high then drop it down. Like yesterday’s challenge had 90 regular squats, today it’s only 50. I guess there’s a reason but that’s not how I’ve down other challenges. The exercises for the lower body are definitely challenging but the arm exercises seem to pale in comparison. But since I’m using the free app I guess you get what you get. I still plan to stick it out. Maybe my opinion will change.

I'm not new to working out and all, but this app can be challenging for someone who is. However, I do have a couple of problems with it. With the free version, it is not letting me do more than 2 challenges at a time. Now I'm used to a more intense workout than this. Also the ads are a nightmare. Pop ups constantly.
