    The ads are annoying as heck so I decided to upgrade to pro. $6.99 it says. Whatever, it’s a good app and I’d pay $7 for a magazine with this type of info so whatever. I hit pay, then it charges my card $18.09....ummm what? I didn’t agree to that. I want my money back.

    This app is very motivating: you can set reminders, look at recipes, chart your progress, even look at inspirational quotes for days where you’re less motivated than normal. There is more that I’m not listing because if I did this review would be near 5 paragraphs. Just know it’s effective, motivating, and worth the download. Hope that helps :)

    Workouts were average for a fitness app. The ads are out of control though. I work out with music on my headphones and it was interrupted every 2 minutes with an ad and they were even more frequent when navigating the app.

    No big complaints so far. It’s easy to follow and because before I started this app I was feeling so tired, no energy, this app starts out low key if you choose and it’s exactly what I need- a gradual start. I like the workouts and I am already feeling a difference 3 days into it. On another note, The spelling on some words is noticeable, but I can figure out what they are trying to say. I would assume it must be a language barrier thing or they were in a rush to spell-check. Otherwise I really like the app so far. Thanks!!

    I’ve been at this app for about two weeks now and I still don’t see a bit of results... I look the same as I did when I started! And I was trying the highest level that was unlocked (intermediate 2) and I didn’t even see one defined line on my stomach ☹️ it’s overall not that good

    I really like this app and use it often enough to upgrade to the Pro version - but then I see it hasn’t been updated in over a year and that’s disconcerting. The app doesn’t support landscape mode, which can be annoying as I don’t have a case that supports portrait mode. Also, I would prefer a quick list of the available exercise sets for quick access rather than a drop down. I agree with other users that sometimes the exercises seem to advance a bit too quickly, starting around week 2. Otherwise, this is a great app and I find it very helpful in mixing up my workout routine. If there were more frequent updates to the functionality and look, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it.

    I just Got this app. And so far I am liking it. I am in the middle of doing the abs, arms, and thighs. I don’t really see much of a change however I do feel it for the abs workout. But I think that they jump to far ahead in the abs one. Like I said I just got this app and started on the beginner abs. I am on the fifth day and it says to do 30 sit ups already! I checked the last workout for abs, and it’s says to do 125 SIT UPS!!! I think that is crazy. I looked at the other workouts and they are half that. Why is this different from the other ones? I’m a beginner I can’t do all of this! ( I am also slightly overweight )

This app has been awesome to use and this workouts are simply but effective, besides the adds which aren't all that bad, and considering that this is a free app after all.     I have had this app for almost a year now & I have absolutely loved it up until this last week. I took a break from the app to do P90X and once I finished, I wanted to start using this app again. Well, when I try to check off the workouts I’m doing, IT JUST WON’T!! I tried to delete and download it again, but it’s still doing the same thing. If you could resolve that issue, I’d be able to continue using one of my favorite apps. Until then, I have no use for it. Which makes me super sad 😩

    I know I’m already very fit but I’m 11 years old! I think the app is pretty easy but by the end I am sweating and really hot!!!! I don’t think super beginners should try the app but if they push themselves they can!! You’re expected to do 55 sit ups on day 11!!!!

    I decided to embark on a fitness journey. As someone who isn’t into going to this gym this has be amazing i set the timer and do what I got to do when it goes off. It also has Recipes to help keep me on track which is been a big help for me. It’s a completely free app it does have ads is the only small downside but I’ll take a 15 second ad or 49.99 a month it’s been awesome so far highly recommend!
