Why is this not available for iPad yet? 1/5
I have been having to use LRCC for my photography business and the exports are awful. There’s definitely a huge loss in color and quality, which is a huge problem when working with portraits. I purchased an iPad Pro thinking that LR would soon roll out a fully functional version for tablets soon. I’m so disappointed in the export issue with the mobile version and I desperately need something that will allow me to complete my editing process on one device without a ton of quality and storage issues.

After using what is now Lightroom Classic for years on my MacBook, I changed my workflow to use Lightroom on my iPad because it was considerably faster and more responsive than classic. Lately, however, changes to the app have made it feel as sluggish as classic on the computer. Loading an image, cropping, or making adjustments used to be instantaneous and now sometimes takes seconds. I really enjoy using my iPad for photo editing but using Lightroom is beginning to feel like a chore.

I signed up for a free trial of the premium version where I quickly realized the premium options were poorly executed and were options others apps gave you for free. I tried to cancel yet there was no cancel option anywhere in the app. I went to the FAQs which led me to their customer support. I contacted them and asked that they cancel my subscription however they refused to do so and said I had to contact apple billing. It was a total scam.

I’d never seen my battery drop as quickly as when using this app...
The phone gets super hot too after just a few shots...
Moreover, needs permission to access all your photos, even if you may want to use the app only to take new photos and save them to the cloud.

This app has been amazing up until here lately. I recently renewed my membership upgrade to be able to use ’selective’ and ’healing’ mode. However, every time I try to erase or add ANY select this app glitches and doesn't allow me until AT LEAST the tenth time of clicking and clicking and dragging over and over. The app itself, great. The app with the update after purchasing it, awful!

I have been a loyal user of Lightroom for a while now and never had issues up until today. I opened the app to edit a photo I had taken and it crashed on me (I noticed it had been kind of glitchy for the last few weeks or so). When I opened it up again I noticed that it had deleted EVERYTHING from my gallery, over 300 edits. I was still signed into my account on the app. So I signed out and signed back to see if that would solve the issue but my account is still wiped clean, as if my account was brand new. All the folders are empty including the deleted folder. Is there any way to resolve this? Please help!

I love this app but a couple minutes into editing my phone is so dim I can barely see my pics. Literally can’t even use it until I exit the app and my phone brightens back up again. So. So. Annoying. Ruining it for me for sure.

I absolutely adore this photo app and have been using it for years! but since one of the latest updates, you can no longer DELETE an individual image. Now you have to selects images from your entire gallery and delete the selected ones but you CANNOT open an individual image as before and delete it. On the help guides says to “open image-click Edit-delete image” the problem is that when you open the image and click on edit there is NO delete image option. How to delete an individual image NOT from the photo gallery but the image itself? WHY you removed this option?
When you take 15 images of a ring let’s say, you want to see them individually to get a closer look and then delete an image if you don’t like. Now? You can see individual images but you have to go back to the gallery and from there select the ones you want to delete. Problem is that 15 almost identical images in gallery size doesn’t allow you to know anymore which one is the one you wanted to delete. Not having this option any more is time consuming and frustrating the least to say.
Please make this feature available again. 🙏🏼

I use this app for almost two years and it’s amazing, I use it in my laptop as well but recently i opened the Lightroom in my laptop and it’s not syncing with my mobile and no photo appears I don’t know what to do , my phone app is working fine it’s just my mac app the help center asked me to update my laptop software and restart it which I did and yet not working

Don’t subscribe through the app. It doesn’t work. Subscribe through their website. I subscribed through the app. Nothing worked. Contacted the developer and they said to contact Apple because they couldn’t help me. Contacted Apple and they said the developer is able to restore my subscription. Apple refunded me. Very unprofessional of Adobe.

I use to love this app to run my photography business and as a person who pays for a creative cloud account. I am disappointed By the lack of speed and answers to help correct the issue. Over 10 hrs past and the sync of 1200 photos not done. My clients are waiting and I can’t download my edits in a timely manner. This something that will force me to look elsewhere

I really hope this is a joke but I created a ton of presets on this app and now when I try and download a preset it shows a pop-up basically asking me to pay $4.99 for premium features. If you have to pay to make presets now that is so dumb and a shame because now all of my presets are deleted so I wouldn’t pay anyways because I’d have to make my presets all over again. Garbage

The app keeps dimming my screen 4/5
I have all of my settings set correctly for auto dimmer. So even if the battery on my phone is running low, it is set to NOT dim automatically. Only while using this app, my phone dims extremely. I’ll be editing a photo and by the time I finish one photo my phone is so dim I can barely see. I KNOW that it is the app because as soon as I leave the app, my phone brightens again. This is extremely frustrating as I desperately need to edit my photos with this amazing app. But I can’t even see what I’m doing. Please fix this bug. Signed extremely aggravated customer.
WORST SOFTWARE AND TECH SUPPORT EVER 1/5
WOW. Words cant explain how angry I am. And that is putting it nicely. I’m a professional photographer who has been dealing with a server issue with their adobe “cloud” and my Lightroom photos started disappearing along with my cloud files. There are “20 gb” stored and they are NO WHERE to be found. I have clients waiting for their images and they are mad at me. I’ve spoken with 7 techs and they said they are all going to have a higher support call me and then they never do!!!!!!! Adobe is the WORST and their customer “support” is a JOKE! This problem has been occurring for 1 week now of my work time.
I love Lightroom and would have easily given it five stars if it was working properly. Lately, it has been crashing and freezing for every picture I edit both on the computer and in my app. It makes using Lightroom tiring and frustrating. I would hold off getting it until this is fixed.
Every time I restore my account Im still not able to use selective and healing brush. Please fix this I NEED TO EDIT and cant afford to throw away 10.99 each month for nothing.

I use Lightroom on my computer to make time lapses and it’s nearly impossible on the mobile version. The main feature that’s missing is the ability to save the edit settings from one picture and paste it over 400 photos. It’s killing me to do this one by one.

I downloaded the latest update and now my presets load very slowly on my phone when i pick one

I just got back here to say that I’ve been looking for an app like that for sooo long and that is just super useful simple and easy to use also we can see tutorials and things to inspire us to do in our projects! I super recomend that to everyone!!! Thank you
One small thing 4/5
App is awesome overall, just one small thing that gets kind of annoying over time. When I’m editing if I switch to a different app, turn off my phone or leave the app in anyway it automatically reverts any edits I’ve done and goes back to the default. Sometimes it even goes back to the last photo I edited before the one I selected. Hopefully if it’s a bug it gets fixed because sometime I choose not to edit because I know I won’t have uninterrupted time to finish it.

Please add crop overlays! Golden ratio, etc. Similar to control + O on desktop. I haven’t seen a mobile editing app that has them - it would help your excellent app standout even more!!!
Bug needs to be fixed. 1/5
Every time I go to create a new user preset I unclick “Color” and “Profile: Color” but it still includes the “Color Mix” portion in the preset, even though it’s unclicked. I have tried multiple times. The only things checked (including those that are “half-checked”) are “Light”, “Effects”, and “Detail” but it still includes the color mix. Please fix this.
So for some reason the new update has been crashing alot for me lately. It seems to also go much more slower than before. I also noticed that it overheats my phone and that is when it tends to crash. I literally cannot work or change anything for 2 minutes before it crashes. Please find a fix for this.
