I order Air Jordan 14 same time they drop. Got confirmation email and every. Just for 3 days after to get email that it is no longer available. Like that makes no sense and all the customers service lady keep say was she she can’t get me a item that is no longer available but when I order them it was. I could have gotten them somewhere if that was the case but they send me a email stating my order was completed . Bad customer experience and extremely disappointed. That was a gift for someone

I could always log in to my account with no problems. For the last two weeks or so I haven’t been able to and it keeps giving me a request failed message even when I try to change my password.

Sizes be out of stock even with availability options open 1/5
Every time I would go to order a pair of shoes that suppose to be available, I would get a notification message saying that the item is out of stock. My issue is the fact that I know the ones that’s suppose to be out of stock because the size would be faded out and u can’t click on it. When it’s unfaded and I click on it meaning that it’s suppose to be available. I shouldn’t get no message saying they’re out of stock and this is not with just one size, this was with a few supposedly available sizes and I continued to get the out of stock message. So I will be deleting the app because unlike other apps footlocker, Nike etc if I click on a size that’s open for availability and try adding it to my cart, it will actually get added. Instead of the out of stock message popping up. So this is definitely an issue that needs to get fix.

I’m a Platinum VIP member and I’m unable to see my points on the app or rewards . It doesn’t let me add my vip membership numbers in .
Past few weeks hasn’t let me sign in to my account to make any reservations for new releases. Even created a new account and still the same thing. Called couple times and no one could help me

My favorite part of this app is when I have to sign in every single time I use it. Every. Single. Time.
Doesn’t matter if it’s been an hour, a day, a week, a month. Still asks me to sign in every time.
I like it because this app assumes I have nothing better to do. Or that I’m never in a hurry. Or maybe it just thinks that I’m someone else who has stolen my phone with the sole purpose of logging in to Champs to check my rewards points. Who knows?
I cant log in my account on mobile app.It wont even allow to change password. I tried logging on desktop and everything works fine. I called the customer service twice for assistance and their only solution is to uninstall & install the app. I tried to do it 10x with no success! Trash!

Had the same password for months and even used the Face ID to enter all my credentials and it says REQUEST TIMEOUT/TRY AGAIN LATER
I even changed my password...deleted/re-installed the app...nothing works so I have to login online. And it's frustrating!

Have tried logging into the app and it does not recognize my password. Asked for an email to change the password 6 times and have never received it. Called and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I was told to delete the app and reinstall it. Well that doesn’t work either.
The latest update is terrible. Pictures are low quality, crashes, not easy to navigate & constantly logs me out. Not sure why they would switch to this system when the old worked perfect.

Placed an order for 2 pairs of $190 shoes just to wait over a week for an email telling me that one of the pairs weren’t available anymore. They wouldn’t tell me which pair it was either. I’d call customer service just to sit on hold for 30 minutes and then get kicked off the line before anyone answers. I’d wait another 3-4 days before the pair arrived to figure it out. They gave me $10 code for my troubles but you can’t use the code with any other offers so I’d pay more to use it. This Nike Air Vapor Max fan won’t be spending money here anymore.

This App continues to be the worst! After spending a year dealing with subpar technology and painful navigation, I AM DONE. Champs should fire their entire IT Development Team!

I have platinum vip and after updating, my app is not recognizing my plat vip and points. Also tried to buy something ung used my rewards online and its saying the code has already been used. I buy a lot so I make use of all the rewards I get. $10, $15, $20 I use all I get
Won’t let me sign in to an account that I’ve ALREADY MADE but it ‘has too many characters in the password’
I’ve tried to put in so man different passwords with letter numbers etc. Nothing is going through. This is such a hassle.

Placed online order on 12/19 order was placed funds were withdrawn from my bank account on 12/23. I received email notifying that order was cancelled 2 days before Christmas. Item out of stock no longer available and now I’m unable to purchase shoe. Very bad experience shoe stock information should be updated as it is an inconvenience to have to wait for funds to be credited to bank account. Coupon was sent in for $15 but excludes the shoe type that I prefer. Horrible experience my daughter was expecting this as a Christmas gift!

Set up account online and the password requirements require a special character. Downloaded the app and can’t sign in because the app doesn’t allow special characters in the password. SMH
I ordered two pair of sneakers and never recieved a confirmation email and I went back to the app to check if my order would appear in the history and it said I don’t have any orders yet. So I said ok I’ll wait a day and maybe I’ll get the email by then. Two days flung by and I still haven’t recieved anything! My card was charged and is still processing from Champs! I emailed customer service and it took them two days to reply and they said their sorry and they got my order but due to technical malfunction it approved my address and it can’t be shipped to the address I provided and if I could like to change it, they would have it shipped out. This is nonsense! I emailed them back and told them to cancel my order and I would like a refund. Almost a week going by and I haven’t heard back from these scams yet! I sent out a zillion emails and haven’t gotten any yet from these people! Worst service ever! I will not be shopping here again! I’m going back to Footlocker, they don’t do nonsense like this. My order usually reaches in less than a week!

This app is great for sneaker reservations. They have a release calendar which is convenient too. But it doesn’t really run too well. It can be choppy and slow very often.

UNRELIABLE. I placed an order recently on a pair of Jordan 11 Concord. 2 days later I receive an email saying they are NOT able to fulfill the order. Now my funds would take 5 days to comeback to my account. And by the way Customer service number is a joke. No one is there to take the call.
