Hard to login 3/5
When logging in they force you to type a code, but the keyboard hides it, and they chose not to include the hide keyboard button. I had to try about 7-10 times to log in, each time trying to read the code before the keyboard popped back up and hid it. Landscape didn’t help. Simply awful UX.

To the developers — please update to include landscape mode. Many of us use iPads, and only in landscape mode. The lack of that mode makes this app difficult to use in many cases.

It appears the mother company DJI would prefer to have a sales app and a consumer post sales app. And I cannot blame them. The post sales issues we face today are not that of DJI's problem, instead there are many regulations placed upon us by the FAA in the use of sUVS aviation

Save your self an headache and look somewhere else. My drone has been in repair for more then a month and after countless phone call to customer service they still don't know when I will get it back. This is unacceptable dji.

This is the fourth attempt trying to get updated properly!! Pop up dialogue box still in Chinese can't get past to use app, earlier version worked great pop up boxes in English. second update still in wrong language please fix again

The app it's self is nice and functional. But they promote more about the app that's not even on the app yet. There's not social part of this app just store. When they do have those pieces put in I will download the app again and try it then. But as of right now not really worth my time. Cause if I need to buy anything I can just go on the online store.

I came to this app after watching the YouTube promotion for it. If it gets to the point where it is like what they pitched, it will be great... But this isn't even half-cooked at this point. In fact, it's pretty pointless and it is only going to turn people off to trying it, when and if they ever get it fixed.
This is an app for the store. Don't mind that so much....it's nice to see sales and options. However, after updating the app I keep getting a dialogue box that's only in Korean. Since I cannot read Korean I am not going to push any buttons. Therefore I cannot even open the app. Cannot get past the first screen. Used to work fine but two updates ago this bug appeared.

I am running the app on an iPhone 6 Plus with no issues. The only problem I have had is the "nearby" tab disappear once but after a restart it works fine now.
The Store is nice if you want to buy directly from DJI on the go. There's not much to it. Seems to do the job well but I haven't purchased anything from the app yet so I can't say too much.
The forum tab is alright but could be much better. Doesn't feel complete. But it does work.
Nearby sounds like a really cool idea. The only problem I have is that it is WAY too precise. Anyone can see exactly where you are while you are running the app. So if you open it at home, the world knows where you live. I turned off location services for this app until DJI broadens the location.
Overall it feels very much so like a beta build rather than an official release. There are a lot of simple design elements that need to be tweaked.
This part isn't related to the review of this app, just my recommendation for DJI. Instead of having this app be a simple portal to your forum, maybe you should create an actual social network with profiles and followers and all that good stuff. Then the map would make more sense.

This was advertised as a social media app for DJI owners. It's mostly the DJI store.
Once you go to the store you seem locked out of the feature that lets you see other flyers in your area.
Why did I need this app? I can already get to the DJI store without a new app on my phone,
Not sure what this app is supposed to do but everyone I log in or attempt to register I get a failure notice.
This app is not even ready to be released. I spent 3 minutes with it and found multiple areas that didn't work and we're giving back errors. Needs an update out of the box.

All the app does is take you to the store, once logged in you can't get out of the store back to the location map.

Nice idea, but once I declined turning on my location and not allowing push notifications, the dialogue boxes went to (I'm assuming) Chinese. Can not read Chinese so I immediately closed the app and most likely won't reopen until it's fixed.

The app is very aesthetically pleasing - very sleek, but it has an issue updating personal info such as nickname/username, picture, and equipment, etc. other than that, it's great

Since I don't read Chinese and don't know what I'm answering in the prompt I'm going to uninstall app from my phone.
When I try and order something and increase the quantity, the save and cancel buttons are in Chinese.

It's a nice idea to have a dedicated shopping app, but there are many bugs still and the app is frustrating to use. Info pages load as blank, banners jump around when you try to click on them, the organization of the content is unintuitive, and lots of information is missing that is on the desktop site.
Really like it but a little slow at some points when that is fixed this is a 👍👍👍
