so i posted a tiktok and it got like 2000 likes and i told the people on tiktok that if you use my fetch rewards code you will get money and a lot of people signed up with my code.. and i was really surprised on how many points i had so i had tried to retrieve the gift cards and it said pending until 4/14 i waited until then and then a day after my account got deactivated because i guess if u get too many points fetch rewards will deactivate ur account for “unusual activity” ...

I made a fetch rewards account, and then I found out the password and email were changed and I couldn’t access the account anymore. Now I can’t make any new accounts because the app won’t let me and claims I have a registered account.

It was going pretty good in the beginning I was about to start scanning a few more receipts until I opened the app and it said my account had been deactived when I tried my backup account keep in mind I've never signed up for fetch rewards with my backup account and it claimed to have said this account already exists!! It's a totally different account none of the info is the same I also tried my mom's email who has never signed up for fetch rewards and it told her the same thing this seems like a scam wouldn't recommend.

Hi when I first got this app it was AMaZING but a few days later my account got deleted or banned for some reason I would gladly like to get my account back because I don’t think I did anything wrong if I did anything bad I’m truly sorry it was my first time downloading this app :)

I love to fetch —— loving the gift card rewards. I shop everyday and don’t like that it takes so long to earn a simple gift but I earned one. I guess I gotta work harder with the bonus. I have had a devil of a time with the person referrals ... but I’ll have to take the time one day to figure it out. Help center is not readily avaialabe to help in the occasions I reached out ..
But it’s a cool app and I have referred several and still have not as many points for it as I should — and I know they signed up with my link. The links in the email have presented challenges but moving forward .. I’ll just keep fetching ...

My points did not stay when I got a new phone. It shows the receipts along with the points I had for them, but not where I am able to use the points.. (Will update if any changes) But help please!

I’ve been using Fetch for over one year and this app deserves my review. If you like saving money and receiving gift cards this is the app.
Fetch makes it easy to snap your receipts then submit them for gift cards like Amazon.
They have added a new feature, it’s a prepaid Visa card and it’s really easy to use, reload and it’s the “ONE” I’m going to use when shopping because the rewards pile up quick.
No gimmicks just good business.
I highly recommend this app and the new Visa card.

Seems ok so far but I can't send any messages to support for any assistance. I've been trying for days and the message keeps failing
ALSO there should be an option to upload receipt photos from your gallery. Very annoying to have to print out invoice/receipt when shopping online.
Update 4/11/21. Unhappy there's a limit. Second, I am connected to my email to check for Amazon receipts and such, but it's not seeing them. I've tried taking photos like with regular receipts but it won't let me do that. I get an error saying I need to connect. So I do it again but it still doesn't work.

I made plenty accounts on ALL my families phones but each of them keep getting DELETED. And if I try to make a New Account it says “IT APPEARS YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON THIS DEVICE” so I try to log in to that account but it says it has been DEACTIVATED. Even though I sent them an email and a photo of what is says but they are Useless they says it does not say that it is deactivated. Although it nicely WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT GET DELETED/DEACTIVATED 😤

I love this app I use it a lot! But here’s a thing, I hate how you can’t make a new account on the same device. I made one account on another device that I had and it banned me, for no reason. I also couldn’t make a new account. Please fix this, this is so annoying. Let people make new accounts on the same device.
