Useless FLX headstart 1/5
The headstart is useless wasting of points. I can’t grab a pair unlike before you have a countdown and with it headstart make a difference but now its just trash. It didn’t even explain how headstart works without a coundown. I feel you just making a raffle.... 😡

I was actually surprised that they got my order right and ordered the shoes to my house. I was suspicious at first thinking there is no way a good priced shoe that I wanted in my size is gonna get delivered from this website but I tried it and got my shoes in 3 days.this site it reliable and I can’t wait to order from here again,thanks foot action
Every time I want to see a shoe it says request failed, but my wifi is fine.

The flx app update that merged all three brands is garbage. You lose your points if you dont win on a hype release. They make you constantly spend money to try to win and when you dont ,you lose everything. The old system was better. Yes i get that people were winning multiple pairs on all 3 stores why couldn’t they just made it so that you can only win in one store.... idk just useless now deleted all 3 apps.

The worst choice y’all ever could of made was going to this FLX app. I hope a lawyer open up a class action lawsuit for the data breaches and and everything that y’all have done to wrong a customer and you’ll lose money. CS are unable to resolve any issues that customers have. Why would you launch a system without all data being transferred first?? There is releases happening that you are excluding your dedicated customers from that release.

Had no choice but to update it because of this new FLX program & of course along with all other family apps footlocker, champs etc... & now they’re all saying technical difficulties on the day that my reservations need to be locked in (go figure)

I mainly use the app to make reservations. I spent a lot of money to make sure I maintain my Gold Star member status. Ever since the update last Sept 2018, I couldn’t log in to the app as i kept getting Request failed. I tried different devices, same issue. I tried web login my account works. I tried other login to my device, it works. I already reset my password. Same issue. 2 mos later, FootAction can’t still resolve my issue. Missed a few reservations already and wasted the time of my Gold membership. Smh so disappointing and frustrating. Wasted money and effort and I didn’t feel I was a valued customer

These Footlocker, Champs, and Footaction apps are nothing but New Release Launch Raffle Disasters! Every time there has been a New Limited Edition Raffle release these last couple of weeks/months. The app starts acting crazy. It doesn’t always allow me to make changes in the edits. It won’t acknowledge when I switch from my account to my son’s account. Meaning it won’t save/register for both accounts when we login and logout. I would rather go back to the instore raffles. Or register for raffles like Snipes formally known as KicksUSA.

I like using the app and making my release reservations and purchases, but lately, I am unable to login to my account. I've been getting a failed attempt since the update, and I don't know what's causing it. Please fix this issue. It's not the first time this has happened.

I can’t sign into the app, everytime I try, I get a notification saying “request can not be processed, please try again later.” I even tried creating a new account and still have the same problem.
Footaction use to be my go to. But the software developers for this app are useless. I haven’t been able to log in or enter raffles for the longest. After reaching out to them multiple times with no resolution basically lost my business. This app is inoperable

I order a pair of shoes last week when I got my package today it wasn’t what I ordered Footaction sends me a hoodie instead. When I called customer service the guy who helped me called the store that handled my purchase to see why they sent the wrong order the store claims that they didn’t have the shoe size I wanted after confirming that they did when I first placed the order then have the mordacity to send me something that I didn’t even want instead of trying to contact me and explain that they didn’t have my size and just refund my money!!!!! Now I’m going to have to wait weeks before I can get my money back for their huge mess up. I know I’m just one person but I will never shop Footaction again because that was a mess up that could of been resolved long before they mailed the wrong thing to me in the first place.

I’ve used this app for months only problems I have is being signed out and items that sold out always pops up but I uninstalled this app because a pop up said invalid access code and I couldn’t get on the app. I don’t know what that means, I emailed Footaction customer service almost a week ago asking about this error and still no response....
This app is horrible it keeps saying my account is disabled every time I try to log in! Takes way too long to ship orders in, and the customer service takes too long to answer a call! I’ve waited up to 35 minutes then eventually hung up. ITS HORRIBLE

The new redesign is the worst client experience i have out of any of my other retail apps. Super slow. Incredibly glitchy. Not intuitive at all! The previous interface wasnt great but it was definitely better than this version. So frustrating to use. Logs me out. Vip is off. When you try to register for a launch you don't know if its going to save because some days it will show you did and others it won't. HORRIBLE!

Horrible app as of now. For some reason, it tells me “User disabled”.
Whenever the countdown hits 0 it log me out and couldn’t log in. I couldn’t found out if I could buy the shoe.
