App doesn’t work: “An Unknown Error Occurred” 1/5
I logged on with my Xfinity account and all I get is an “unknown error” message.

I downloaded the app to watch FIFA World Cup because no one else in my house hold can stand soccer/fútbol. The issue is that it kept logging me out of my login. It would crash randomly. It kind of ruined the immersion of the game. If they could fix that the app would be wonderful.
I would rather just watch 3 minutes of ads than deal with the constant disabling of the remote, unwanted menu touches, video freezes, lip sync, among other glitches that require force quitting multiple times just to be able to watch something. Being able to switch between networks in one app is brilliant when it can be executed.

Have not been able to use this app for months on iPhone and Apple TV. I keep getting this error that says the parental control settings do no allow me to watch any shows. I’ve done everything on my end to make sure it’s not any sort of user error. I have reached out to Fox support several times and get no response.

All this app does now is FREEZES! I cannot watch 1 show at ALL! The 1 time I did get to home screen (and I did reboot iPad & iPhone) it only allowed 10 mins & froze!!!! Now cannot see ANY SHOW ON FOX !!! Please fix this HUGE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

As of June 15th: your App is STILL malfunctioning. Screen will NOT display/lock into Landscape mode. Instead, you get vertical Portrait mode while in landscape mode (no other App I have installed has this problem) . BTW, my IPAD mini is using iOS 9, but your product description says App is IOS 9 compatible, so should not be a problem. Right?
June 6th: I have a question: do you BETA test your App before releasing it, or do you just throw it out there are see if it works? Seriously, stop playing around and issue an App that actually works. If not , leave the Apple Store, now!

Out of every network that has a comparable.. this one is the absolute worst and it’s not even close. I constantly have to start a show over from the beginning due to a ridiculous create a profile request when I’m literally logged in with my cable provider info. Each update makes this app even worse then before.

This app is the worst out of the tv provider apps. It takes forever to open. If you can get to the show you want to watch it may or may not actually be viewable. I have encountered incredibly slow buffering, video without sound, and sound without video.

I think to make the rate better y’all should put season one of star in here because that is a good show and y’all should cut out the commercials so people can just watch the movie or show and be done and happy that they don’t have to watch the commercials y’all also should have so better movies and show and it should not cost that will make the rate better 😁😁😁
The UI is slow and hard to navigate. It insists on showing distracting animated backdrops when trying to navigate to your show. It has stupid hidden multilevel menus when trying to navigate to the shows you want to see. It requires a separate login to remember where you left off in your show. It requires location services once to get live TV functionality otherwise it nags you to turn it on even though I never plan to use it. It constantly forgets my TV provider, and I have to constantly log into it every time I start it. It takes minutes just to get back to the shows I want to see. It takes too long to discover new shows. It really wants to get in your face with interactive ads even when I’m already paying for this stuff. It makes me feel like the product instead of a customer. The only good thing about it is the selection of shows is good when you’ve paid for it.

Issues with chromecast 2/5
Please fix issues with chromecast. Can’t start new show if connected to chromecast before trying to start show. Have to disconnect, then start show, then reconnect to chromecast.

I’m signed in with a tv provider, but the app won’t let me watch anything. When I try to sign back in I get an error message. Your FAQ section is no help & this is the only way I can find to report that your app is useless.

I wanna sign up, but it won’t let me. Why? Because the app freezes for a couple of seconds, then it crashes. I tried with Facebook several times and it freezes. I tried putting my name, email, age, etc. and the app also freezes, but when I put the L in gmail.com.

This app works well enough. I like to watch Bob's Burgers on my Google Chromecast. I use my iPhone to project onto the TV. But whenever I start the next episode, something weird happens where the sound of the episode will play on my phone and then the picture and the sound of the episode (a second set of sound) will play on the tv. So it's like I'm watching the episode on my phone 10 seconds faster than the episode on the TV.
I also think a great improvement to this app would be to add a 'next episode' button or have the option for automatic plays.

Horrible. Most of the time it tells me I have no internet connection when I do. If I am able to watch something it will shut off within 10 min again telling me I have no internet connection. This is using a fire tv stick

I watch this app on my iPad no problem but on my iPhone when I go to log in with my provider the only link option is ATT. I have Verizon Fios so no way to watch any content on my iPhone tried multiple times.

Always use Netflix to cast from my iPad to google chromecast. Got Fox Now App to cast some of my favorite shows I missed while moving, can barely make it through an episode without having to relaunch the app because it keeps freezing and locking up. Haven’t had any of these issues with other streaming Apps so it’s not the WiFi or Chromecast.

I like that there is an app available. However, it slows down a lot and gets stuck. I don’t like that you send me tons of notices about FREE content available to watch on demand, yet I need to be affiliated with a cable company to do so. Not cool
I love watching shows on my computer, movies, videos. But when I go to the fox website, my experience is horrible rated a one star, actually half a star for my online fix experience. The quality isn’t very good at all, the site is just all together outdated. I came to you today to ask you if you could please update the sites software so I can enjoy my favorite shows just like I do the rest of them, thank you.

I hate this. I don’t want to interact with your stupid ad when using my Apple TV to watch shows with your app. I want to watch the show, tolerate the ad while taking s trip to the kitchen, and then resume watching. Do not ask me to press a button to forward through the ad or anything else. I’d rather just not watch the show. I don’t like being handled. Period🙁.

The ads placement should be the same as it were during on air. As well I shouldn’t have to pick my remote up each time to confirm is I want an interactive ad or not. I simply want to watch the show. Without ads but if I’m forced to watch ads I have no problem but don’t make me interact with them.

When one pauses a show and returns the playback is inconsistent. Sound usually present but the picture jumps and freezes.

This app is constantly freezing. Then it restarts the episode from the beginning instead of remembering where I was. The app is so busy trying to play those stupid clips on the homepage, it can’t actually do its job. When it does work it goes grainy randomly even though my internet is fine and only being used for the show. It is so frustrating and honestly I’m going to stop watching Fox shows if they don’t update it soon.
