I requested one King but there are only 2 bed options on the app....almost always this is the case. Can I get an upgrade to a King bed even though I select the only available 2 bed option on the app?

Downloaded the app for the pass 40 min and it has pretty good options and simple and easy to use GUI. I have booked the hotel let’s see if my extra add on works. Will update later
Update-Went from Good to Bad 1/5
* UPDATE* with the latest HHonors app update, now it will not work on my IPad. I have an older iPad that apparently is not compatible with their updated app. Guess it's either buy a new iPad or quit using HHonors. Thanks HHonors app developers!!!
This used to be a great app. It was easy to use, made early check in a breeze and offered everything you needed at your fingertips. After latest update this is no longer the case. Previously when checking in you could see a floor plan of the hotel which would help you pick a great room and it loaded very quickly. Now, there is no floor plan, only a short list of rooms, and you're lucky to get it to load. The app takes forever to load the room choices if it loads them at all. I have deleted and re-installed the app, signed out and back in, nothing helps. Very frustrating and makes me want to stay at a hotel chain that has working apps.

The new app is not as easy to navigate as the previous edition.
1. Map function is no longer on the main page to help guid someone when deciding where to stay.
2. Using points or $ was on the main page but now the user has to find the “use points” option.
3. Choosing dates is now more like the Marriott app (which is not a good thing)
On a good note it is faster than the previous edition.

I really like this app as it makes it easy for me to book a previous stay at a hotel that I currently stay at quite often.
The mobile app, is the best out there! It is so easy to work with my Hilton accounts, from my phone, and can really do everything much easier and quicker on my iPhone then on a computer.

Does what you want it to do - whether you are home planning a trip or in the middle one sitting in the Uber/rental car changing plans last-minute. This is now a pretty good tool for Road Warriors.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many many times in the past several years. When we book a king suite with king size bed or we book a room with two queen beds we typically have a choice of any of those rooms when we check in on the app. I went to check in online this morning and now some of those rooms are costing an extra upgrade charge! $20 for some and one was $10. Almost all of the available rooms had an extra upgrade fee! Not happy.

I used the older versions of this app all the time but I find this version mostly useless. Simple little tasks like list all my future reservations has become so difficult that I don’t even use it. I find myself using the telephone because it is faster and less painful.

Please these annoying issues with your app 3/5
1. Keep the Corporate rate ID in the app. I have to always re-add it for a search and that’s just dumb. The Marriott app keeps it.
2. Keep the last search #rooms, #people the same instead of defaulting to 1 room and 1 person and making me have to change it every time.
Travel a lot. This app is one of the tops for hotel check-in, check-out. Has digital keys avail so for business travelers like me it's in and out thanks.

I’m disappointed the resort fee keeps climbing for these hotels. It reminds me of airlines charging more and more for basics you used to receive for free. This will end badly for corporations that embrace this methodology.

I booked two king rooms, but the only options to pick from for check in had 2 queen beds. I am trusting that the staff at the front counter will be able to place me in the appropriate room.
Problems signing in 2/5
Every time I tried to sign in I got a pop-up message saying “That was unexpected. Sorry for the interruption. Let’s try that again.”
EDIT: took a wild guess that the sign-in problem was related to special characters in my password. Changed my password to alphanumeric and was able to sign in. Of course this suggests Hilton may have a SQL injection vulnerability in their authentication service. I am bumping my rating up a bit now that I can sign in but will re-evaluate after I’ve used the app a bit.

Every single time I attempt to log in to the hhonors website or app my account is locked. Either there is a glitch in your website or someone has been trying to hack my account for several years now.

I enjoy using this app! It allows me to find the best deals on rooms, it reminds me of my itineraries, allows me to check in right on the app and also provides me with a digital key right on my phone. Can they make make my life any more easier? I think not! Great app!
