    I spend so much money at JCP. I ordered some shoes and they never shipped. I called customer service and the guy was unhelpful he said just to continue to wait and call back if they never show up. Really. I asked for him to give me the tracking # and it’s not valid and doesn’t even exist on UPS website. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold. The girl came on and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge my concerns or frustration (horrible and no customer service). She said she would put in a request for someone to call me back but couldn’t guarantee someone would actually call me back (how does that make sense). Needless to say, the issues is not resolved and I have to spend more time to get JCP to actually provide something I have paid them for.

    I went to place an order via the app and could NOT!! Very disappointing. I will be deleting this app immediately. Also, I use to be able to check prices while at the store, NOT anymore. I wish I could give this app negative zero stars!! HATE IT!!! HATE IT!!! HATE IT!!

    I opened this card in my local store at Christmas I’ve worked VERY hard to get my credit score up for the last 4 years! I made a purchase with this card and turned around and paid the balance right then in store. I do not like to owe $$, I made another payment at the end of December got the email to confirm it!! However it was returned to me, come to find out the cashier had put my bank info in WRONG! I paid a payment over the phone and it was supposedly fixed, I made a payment in January, SAME THING!! She said she fixed it they had the wrong bank acc #, February rolled around SAME THING AGAIN this time with me threatening to sue the CO because if I have a payment later than 30 days and my score is affected... LIVID I WENT OFF, I was assured it was fixed AGAIN, the lady then told me oh nooo it’s fine it won’t affect your credit then TODAY I open a letter saying my account has changed limit dropped due to payments not made over 30 days past due!!!!! What a FN JOKE! Who do they have working in here that can’t fix a issue the cashier made NOT ME, HER IN THE STORE!!!!! Needless to say I WILL BE ON THE PHONE WITH SYNCHRONY BANK FIRST THING IN THE A.M.!!!!!!! NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WISH I NEVER WOULD HAVE GOT THE CARD AND NOW AM GOING TO GET WITH MY ATTORNEY! Month after month after month after CSR AFTER CSR!! Yet I have emails proving the payment was ‘sent’ because she did get my email right! ! Thank God I HAVE PROOF!!!!!!!! Now on to my credit karma to see if this shows for their sake I hope NOT! My attorney will love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Not to mention the APP LOCKED ME OUT AND WONT DO RIGHT! WORST CARD EXPERIENCE EEVVEERRRRRRRRR

    As far as shopping on the app no problems. Have had no trouble easy to use. But trying to make a payment on your account TERRIBLE, every time literally every time my information doesn’t match. It’s like they want you to be late on your payments so they can charge a late fee. I’ve had to reset my password more times than I care to count. It’s very frustrating when you try to be on time and you run into problems every time.

    Spent several nights ago trying to purchase skinny jeans. After entering all items including shipping to my residence, size, color along with my shipping address and all credit card information (820) credit score! At least 4 times requesting additional information, I closed JC penny App. Tried again another two or 3 times today; I Quit!!! Ronald Cline 7542 Maize Circle, Kingston, Oklahoma 73439. I’ll order from another store. Going to Delete your website!

    I have been a platinum card member for years. The last two times I had to return something to JCP from a catalog order I was given a store credit instead of the money being put back on my account. JCP now only puts on your receipt that a gift card was used. Even though I used my JCP card for $100 of the $116 purchase. When I view my order online it shows two different methods of payment, gift card and JCP card. It should show the same thing on the receipt I receive. This is a very deceptive policy. I will now use a different method of payment if I am using a gift card, not my JCP credit card. Very disappointed.

    I fail to understand why bras/panties are now pulling up in the Petite filter!! This is a new problem. Those & pajamas are their own category & waste my time scrolling & scrolling through them! Not to mention the bras aren’t petite! Plus the pretty ‘one stop’ outfits pull up under petite and aren’t offered in petite sizes, very disappointing every time. So why are these things under petite? Also app stops functioning in kids if you shop very long, I have given up & you lose sales because of it. I use to live shopping tour app, lately not so much. However I do love the ability to ship to store, the sales teams in store go above & beyond to help when there’s an issue.

    You guys an the stores need better communication I received a alert from you guys letting me know that a smart watch I had recently purchased online was ready for pick up in store. I show up the next day trying to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t be ready for another 3 to 4 days. Then they made it seem like I was in the wrong saying you shouldn’t of come until we called you.

    Hardly any items available for same day pick up. When I go to the store items are on the racks!!! It’s happened 3 times so far. One time I paid for expedited shipping so I would have swimsuit for vacation. Had to go to the store that night and racks full of swimsuits!! I checked app right there and it still showed nothing available. Happened 2 else later with a mans tshirt.

    Apps are not a new invention. So if the website will let you add an in stock item to your cart but tells you it’s out of stock when you try to check out - EVERY TIME- there is a problem. This app has always been glitchy but it’s reaching a new los. When the online experience is unpleasant enough to affect one’s desire to shop the brick and mortar store it really needs to be addressed.

    I had made an order through Jcpennys app like I always have but for some reason this time my order went through and then got denied. Here for some reason there was a $10 reward that shouldn’t have been there. That’s fine I wanted the stuff anyway but they wouldn’t give me the percentage off that was given at the time of my purchase. The issue was not my fault and I was told there was nothing they could do for me and that I was going to have to pay the full price of the item. I told them to cancel my order because it wasn’t right that I had a coupon and because it ran out and they made the mistake of leaving the $10 offer on the app that I couldn’t use it now because it was no longer available. But I made the order when it was available. They just lost a sale because they wouldn’t help out a customer on something they messed up on.

    Jcp stores have gotten rid of all price scanners and employees encourage you to download the app in order to use the in app price scanner but my god this thing is a waste !!! About 90% of the items I try to scan come up with an error message. This app is just useless for price scanning I am definitely deleting. Also, how inconvenient to have to go to a register every time I need to check the price of something

    I ordered a small window valance. Received a living room curtain, whose bag looked like it was previously used. Who is filling these orders anyway? Can these people read? Time to discipline your employees or fire them.

    I enjoy shopping at JcPenny, I Recently had a JCPenney card and used it quite a bit and I paid it off and then I closed my account then I went to reapply for it and I was denied it. I’m very disappointed because I was never once late on my payments.

    I tried placing an order online but the coupon code I was given wasn’t working. I called customer service to help me out. The woman was able to apply the coupon code. I gave the rep the information for a $50 gift card I was using to pay for my item. There was an $8.95 fee left to pay so I used my debit card. In checking my back account, the woman never applied my gift card and put the $58.95 on my debit card. I have been calling Penny’s for three days now and have not gotten any help. People keep passing me off to other employees. I will continue to call and get passed along, but I want my $50 back!!!

    I use my JCPenney online app to shop for clothes and household items. I’ve been doing this for years. I am disabled and it is very hard for me to get out to the malls and shopping centers. So much easier to order online. The JCP app has always been awesome! Easy to use and user friendly are how I would describe it. I have never had an issue shopping using this app. Not even like some stores who let you order, then pay for and come back when your order arrives minus items saying ‘out of stock’! Actually that should never happen if a business has a ‘real-time’ ordering system. It would give customers exact quantities available all the time. JCP has their systems in top notch performance!

    I log onto the JCP app and every month I have to search To make a payment if I click on anything I get sent to sale items To buy and it’s Unrelated to making a payment. Make a link so I can make a on time payment with out trying to sell me something.

    A convenient way to see if the product you’d like is available and receive notice when it becomes available! Also if you have a special size in mind and feel frustrated at the store trying to find your size and fit! That and the line for checkout drives me insane! Much nicer to just have it delivered then just pickup your order at the office in the back!

    Shopping is easy enough. Bugs with the app: credit card level is incorrect , items left in cart but not immediately purchased will increase in quantity every day, never receive response to message left in app (since June 2018)
