I can't even sign up to get started, your guys location system is broken. I'm in Georgia but every time I type in the city I am it shows nothing. Even when I type in something.

The worst app to drive on the market!!!! At the beginning “We are all about the driver we all about better service when stuff gets wrong” and you called them some wired dude with strong Attitude picks up the phone! You get bad customer service with out even thinking that drivers actually pays them they salary!!!

The app is giving me trouble starting up on an iphone 6 . No problems on my 7 though but i use the 6 for work.
Juno cheats drivers with fake surge in NYC 1/5
The app shows surge everywhere all the time but even if you accepted the request with surge you will only get the minimum amount that the city has imposed. Initially I thought it was by mistake I was not getting the extra surge fare. But once I called the customer service they made it clear that the surge was actually a fake one and they have different set of calculation where even after adding the surge value my fare going to be exactly the same as without surge. 😀😀. How funny. Since then I stopped working for them.
Here is the part of response I received as I requested to get me the response in writing.
“In the ride you mentioned, you were paid an extra 1.24 to meet the TLC min fare. The surge is then calculated on the Juno fare. We still make sure that you receive a surge-- which after Juno's commission (which has not changed) and taxes, may appear that it is not much-- however, you did receive the fare that earned you more. We are still applying the surge to the fare, and it is not affected by the new TLC fare since this is a Juno feature.”
The response clearly mentions I just got the minimum fare.I had accepted this trip with 30% surge. Dear juno, I don’t need to have any surge to get minimum fare. Since I am not making a single penny more, then what is the meaning of a surge for a hard working driver.Pls stop faking.

Juno driver request your location be reported at all times. They don’t want you to work for other apps. Having it only while using allows the banner on top to toggle easier. Haven’t drove since they added that and don’t plan to.
Tracking driver’s location while app is off 2/5
Juno tracks driver location all the time , while the app is off or on . Other ride share companies like Uber or Lyft only use drivers location when the app is on.
With the new update Juno app wants to track you always, not good. When on juno I can’t switch between the other ride shares by tapping the banner on top of the screen. Another issue, when navigating with google l tap the left top corner of the screen to go back to Juno and tap again to google, after doing this once you can’t switch back . I have use the home button to go back to the Juno App which is frustrating I’m more likely to get a ticket for interacting with the screen so much.

I have started working with juno since they came in business and I think this is only rideshare company who doesn’t care about the drivers and doesn’t pay by NYC rules moreover the most riders are very cheap and any reason they will report to get refund. As driver you can’t rate your rider as well you can’t see riders rating. Recent update pushing the drivers to be tracked all the time. Stay away from shady company

I driving for lux and suv.. most of the time lux rider is very rude uneducated! And most of the time juno SUV is moving job!! And please put the rating for ur rider.. becoz it will tell how about their attitude!
Worked with them for five constative promotions never got paid for them almost $40.00 so I stoped working with them.

Hi guys! Dont use Juno.. They app very bad not working good. My Juno app was to many time gps problem and mistake adress. And also they app recording system very bad. They dont know rider or driver cancelled trip. If rider cancel trip. They team saw driver cancelled. Thats why dont blive to Juno and Juno app..

Juno is so terrible that they are taking legal action against the city of new york because they just passed the bill to raise the earnings for the drivers which was supposed to be in effect from feb 1. Its so disrespectful and not fair to the hardworking drivers. Don’t drive for them . At least uber is not opposing the bill. Just drive for uber.

The app works but is extremely frustrating that it does not have a version that works In full screen with iPad or other tablets. In addition it has a lot if bugs where I will not get paid for going through a toll with a customer or a whole trip will be missing from my pay.

I was driving for juno almost 2 years I have 4.89 rating almost a lot of trips this year juno update app for destination mode I always get get problems faith this update because when ever I put destination I was getting opposite directions trips request and I declined those trips then I try to get help from costumer service they deactivated my account and never help me even that was their fault I always give passengers good ride experience but I don’t get respect from juno in 1 sec they deactivated my account I miss gett app

There is no fair dispatch system for LUX AND SUV jobs. Those big jobs are being sold and stolen for people who are friends and relatives with JUNO employees. Since this is owned by GETT now. Thats what was going on in Gett now its a big part playing in JUNO. Other than that Its ok.
