LMH fan! 5/5
Lived in LMH housing for 10 years (2 different bases). Lived at this particular house for 7 1/2 years. Maintenance and management ALWAYS friendly and willing to help! Wish products were better quality but for the high turnover of residents (except a few of us) the product quality/cost absolutely make sense. Really glad they have the APP now, but will still probably call for issues as needed. Have to get used to APP after all these years of calling but it’s pretty user friendly so far! Bummed our maintenance requests on the APP only go back a couple years and not the whole time we’ve lived at this residence.

Would be helpful if there was a drop down menu for the maintenance priorities offered to residents. If it were up to residents, I think they may select Emergency most times, but if there were info that was posted of what merited an Emergency-level work order, this would be more helpful, transparent, and realistic (expectation management).

Won’t accept my RENTcafe password. Can’t use the app if it won’t let me login. Info is correct but it doesn’t accept it.

Can’t create an account because it continues to say the password for my account and associated email with rent cafe are wrong. Even logged in on the rent cafe site to verify, and the password is correct. No other option to create an account on this app so no way to even use it. Completely useless.

I would really like the ability to edit or delete a maintenance request on the app after it has been submitted. It would save a few headaches and miscommunications.

The app is very helpful for submitting work orders and the events tab looks up to date!
It would be nice if the announcements tab showed emergencies (like our power outage with estimated times of restoration).
It would also be nice to not get an email for everything submitted, the app is here so I don’t have to keep checking my email.
Great for a US Government app 4/5
As someone who is used to having to call in service requests and ending up with misunderstandings and things lost in translation, this app is a nice change. You can write out exactly what the problem is and even provide a picture. I would like to see a little more comprehensive coverage of maintenance locations. For household locations all I saw was bedrooms. But that might not even be necessary since you can write out exactly what your issue is in the description.

Like all of the other residents who have given a 1-star rating, I cannot create an account using my RENTCafe login information. I tried resetting my password and can log into RENTCafe, but the LMH app keeps telling me I entered an incorrect password. I can honestly say I’m not surprised, since most aspects of base housing are terrible sincere Lincoln took over.

Much easier to use than going on browser / PC. Didn’t find it hard to navigate through the app.

I have been trying to log in since the app launched. There was no support from the office and they didn’t seem to know who to contact for tech support.
Those of us with logins for RentCafe get stuck in an incorrect password loop and if we try to log in, it says there is no profile registered.
Stop sending e-mails to download a useless app.

It won’t let me make an account. It keeps telling me to sign in with my rentcafe login... yet it tells me my rentcafe login is incorrect. No it’s not. I even went in and changed my password. Still won’t work. Maybe Lincoln should, I don’t know... TEST THE APP before launching it. So frustrating. Awful.
Been a resident of Lincoln for 6 years in the same house and the dumb app can’t even locate me in it to sign in. Yet if I owed money I can log in my cafe from the web and pay. Fix your dumb kinks before launching a app.
Go to sign up and it says I have entered my password incorrect. I reset my password and it keeps saying incorrect password. Just as useless as their maintenance staff.

It doesn’t let me move on from entering my phone number. I enter the number and there’s a next button under that but I can’t press it because the keypad won’t move.

It is nice to see efforts to make everything more convenient for customers. Nice staff and pleasant experience every time a request is made. We recommend business with them as the comfort and security of living on post is really nice. Yard of the month for March 2019 for those challengers....
Very simple and useful app 5/5
The interface is extremely simple. I love it. I would rather submit requests through the app and attach pictures then spend minutes on the phone trying to describe what the issue is. Nicely done on this one... This is my first ever app rating btw.

I have an account with RENTCafe and it says to use that password to have an account. It doesn’t work and there is no other way for you to make an account.
