Signs at loves advertise $.10 off every gallon of fuel. They failed to mention that it was for a limited time only. The barcode doesn’t even work at the pump. You have to go inside. I’m disappointed in the false advertisement. I had to download the app to find out that it was limited time only when they could’ve just put it on the signs to begin with at the gas station. I wouldn’t waste of my time or storage.

If your card doesn’t work at pump (which so far never does). Don’t bother trying to add your receipt to your account there is always an error. This has got to be the most worthless system I’ve ever used. Going to go back to pilot. They at least know how to make a working reward system.

I love the app with one exception. My better half and I don’t necessarily shower together. While we can purchase one shower via the app we have to go in and claim another shower for co driver. When you are qued in line via the app there is no way to reserve the following shower for her. If I’m customer 3 she will have to wait for the qued drivers via the app then her shower. There has to be a way to solve this.

The app dose what’s it says it will do.. but being able to scan the receipt when the bar code are unreadable would be a added benefit. Also I noticed no discount on store items like fountain drinks , cookies , fresh hotdogs

I’ve been getting an issue every now and again, when I purchase a shower in the app using Apple Pay instead of reward points I get charged for it then when it’s finally my turn to shower, I will get a message saying I don’t have enough funds and everything will cancel out no code,nothing. I’ve had to send emails about these to get my money back. It’s a huge hassle gathering all the information/evidence from the purchase. I think there should be a way to fill the account with credits using debit or cash, this definitely must be a bug or glitch within the app and it has happened to me at least 5 times. 2 times I didn’t even bother to try and get my money back because It was just one of those days.

I can’t evaluate the app if it doesn’t work. Could be a great app. I have the pilot on and love. But there are just as many loves around. So I use both. I have tried to gat my gas discount 3 times today and tried to purchase cigarettes but didn’t because the app wouldn’t work. Each cashier tried to tell me I didn’t validate my email address but I did. After they check say just say I don’t know. So there are 3 cigarettes purchases along with the gas. I will try to contact them about it. Just tired today. So basically I won’t give it 1star but also can’t give it 5 either. But definitely a great idea

This is a great App, only issue is I use the routing feature all the time now it’s been replaced with Truck service which I do not use, if I need truck service I wait till I arrive at the stop.

Bought a shower twice Apple Pay, get notification then clicked on it to get shower info and there is nothing showing. I notice the shower queue go down multiple numbers. Also the system only shows on a local device, meaning if you have this app on multiple devices even while logged in to all only the device used gets the info.

I’ve been driving since Aug and I understand that people see many people but the degree of non customer service is ridiculous! App gives me problems and I make sure to screenshot everything because some how I am trying to charge my self extra and it’s not fun not being able to access my money because LOVE is keeping it hostage

App allows Face ID but I can’t find a way to enable Touch ID. Makes logging in too much of a part when trying to get in and out of the pumps, so this app and even having a Love’s Connect are pointless to me.

It’s a good app, but to make it outstanding, enable it to save your fueling information. Have it save the drivers license number, state, and truck number. That would be a timesaver as sometimes the connection speed at the pump is slow and it sends each entry in one at a time. Otherwise, it’s great!

I use this app every day.
The only problem I have found is that after the last update the only recipes I get are from the mobile pay.
In store purchases and when the fuel card is swiped at the pump.
If the app would go back to sending all recipes

Was trying to take a survey the app asked me to but it wouldn’t accept my answers and wouldn’t let me proceed. Changes dates from one day early to one day later hopefully it doesn’t do it again. Other than that it seems to be working well. Thank you

I love Loves! Always been a fav of mine. I know this app thing is fairly new. Thanks for the coffee punch cards. 4/5 because the signage on the pumps is misleading, it should say “input barcode” not “scan barcode”. It made it more confusing than it needed to be. Once I figured that part out, everything went smoothly and I saved $1.47, which is great. Anything helps right now. They do, however, SCAN that same barcode, that I can only assume is just basically assigned to me, inside the station. Input at the pump, scan in the station. Thanks though, Loves!

Love has the best shower. Clean towel, clean bathroom and very courteous staff. I was at loves in Boron California and their staff were very nice and professional. Mr. Chance and Augustine made my day. I will sure come here again.

Truckers buy fuel, food and shower. Make those three things simple and with rewards to do so and you have a winning combination.
The retail pricing on products inside of store is marked up considerably and inspires truckers to avoid Love’s unless it’s urgent or only choice.

My biggest frustration is the shower notifications. I don’t get them at all most times. So I have to constantly look at my phone. As well it would be nice for the fuel part of the app to save my truck number and driver ID. It could significantly increase the speed at getting a pump activated. Which would hopefully relieve some of the pressure at the pumps with the insane lines and waits. Thanks for the reply support.. I had push notifications enabled. It still doesn’t work

Every time I try to use the app to fuel up, it says failed transaction. I put the card in and select reefer everytime and it only fuels diesel and def, I have to re-enter All my info just to fill my reefer tank. It’s disappointing mainly because I prefer loves over any other truck stop. But at least pilots fueling through the app works EVERYTIME. The only good thing about the loves app is reserving a shower.

This app works wonderfully, i use almost all its features and have never had a problem. One thing I would like to see on it is improvement to the mobile pay feature. The app already has all my truck info entered but will not fill it out for me. Maybe when it asks for loyalty card and payment card you could let us select the vehicle we are in.
