Everyday going to work I have to take the shared line.
I leave an hour early for work.
Usually pick up 1 other person, but I get to work on time.
To go about 10 miles it only cost me $5.86 as long as drivers aren’t in high demand then it can go up to $11.
What’s the point of scheduling a ride 2/5
We scheduled a ride to pick us up between 6-6:10 to go to the airport. Not only did the driver not get a message, they also were not going to pick us up anywhere close to the time we had set, about 20 minutes late. So now we are trying to desperately trying to find another ride.

Before ordering it’s shows different arrival time. Than when you request Lyft it’s add on extra time by adding driver arrival time. Why don’t you show same time at first place?

It took me about an hour to get to a destination that should have taken about an 15-20 minuets . The map kept recalibrating itself its seamed like every 4-5 minuets . I want satisfied but my driver was very nice .

Just got out of a Lyft and we should have walked . The driver was rude and nasty and then complained about us to Lyft. Lyft didn’t even ask our perspective. We will NEVER use Lyft again. Beware!! Uber is more professional and cares about their customers. Don’t download this app, not worth the storage space.

Need to pay more to get a ride 1/5
Tried to get a lyft to a location that is not that far from where i was. i was alone so selected solo after selecting solo it went red saying there was no lyft that would be able to take me to that area. It was only after i selected the four passengers it allowed me to travel to that location it went from 8 dollars to 24. Does not make sense that i have to pay extra money traveling alone to get where i need to go. Downloaded Uber instead no hassle and quick pick up.

Your arrival estimates are always dramatically off. I’d rather you just be more conservative in your estimates than constantly disappoint.
This app will not allow users to log out and switch accounts. This is extremely frustrating and lyft needs to correct this error ASAP! lyft has great services but the app could use some work when it comes to this feature .

Lyft was wonderful, fast, perfect. I couldn’t believe my luck.
Until my account was hacked.
Lyft admitted they knew who it was, told me the first name of the person, then told me to deal with it by myself.
They did nothing against the hacker. I just can’t believe it. I will tell everyone within earshot how I was defrauded by lyft.

They are the worst. Over charging and they lie about when you are going to be picked up. Get a cab or Uber deleted app after 2 years use. Can’t tell how much you are going to pay if you don’t look either. I will celebrate your pending demise.

I just had a c-section and can’t drive. Went from being on time to see my babies in the NICU to late because the driver cancelled last minute. I was waiting for her for 9+ minutes. This isn’t the first time that this happened. Normally I do not mind but now it affects my kids and my time with them which is only an hour.
Uber is cheaper and easier to use. Lyft is complicated

They tell you before you activate the ride what the cost is. Doesn’t matter if there is bad traffic or detours, it doesn’t charge you any more money.

No “Scheduled Rides” Capability or REAL Customer Service 3/5
I went to the Lyft website to figure out if it was possible to schedule rides, and the site told me it was. I opened the app to follow it’s instructions, which included having to click on a clock icon next to the set pickup location. The icon wasn’t there, so I couldn’t do what they advertised themselves as capable of doing. What’s worse, I couldn’t find a functioning customer service number to call to address the issue. All in all, I’d say the actual driving service I got was good, and the app functions more or less as it should, but Lyft’s tech people need to check regularly to make sure their app can do what it says it can do.

Wait times are never exact. Ride prices change mid trip. Trips have become way more expensive. I really used to love Lyft especially because it was cheaper and easier to use than Uber but now, as I’m waiting 15 minutes for a driver that Lyft said would be here in seven, I am completely at a loss and super disappointed!

Every time I give lyft a chance, it fails to deliver: I don’t get a response from the app or If I do and schedule a ride, the wait based on Apps ETA Never matches or the driver does not show up or takes way longer. Today was the Last chance. Deleting the app...

My account has been disabled since 2017 it’s now 2018 and it’s still disabled and I don’t know why it’s been disabled I went from using everyday to it being disabled so idk o try to use it with a new credit card with money on it and it still won’t work 👎🏽

In midtown NYC and not a busy night but I have now had 3 different drivers accept my ride and then not show up. I was originally told it would be about 6 minutes for a car and now it is over 30 minutes later. Why would anyone ever put in their destination if this is going to happen? I would love to have sent this directly to lyft customer support but couldn’t even simply do that through the app. Unfortunately I now have to go back to the almost equally terrible uber. At least they showed up in less than 5 mins the first time I requested.
I ride Lyft like 4 times a day and I had a payment issue and I transferred money from my account to pay for a new ride and it tells me to update my Payment like I shouldn’t have to because there’s money in my account and I don’t have time to wait for how ever long it take for you guys to notice it!! It doesn’t even have a help for this or a number to contact for this issue it’s like pre set up of other issues so you can’t even write a it what it is you have an issue about! Ridiculous I’m going with Uber !

I use lyft pretty much everyday normal rides are terrific but my husband decided to use lyft to move our new tv and the driver shattered my 55” tv and now lyft nor the driver wants to compensate for the damage done to my not even two week old television this is ridiculous I will never use this company again I can’t believe this company would do this but just be mindful other riders when using this place they aren’t very trustworthy when it comes to them screwing up ones belongings.

I have used both Uber and Lyft and had nothing but issues with Uber jacking the rates after you order the ride and issues with them billing my credit card saying they don’t take my card that I have used with them a few times it’s pick and choose with them. Lyft has always been great have not ever had a issue with them jacking rates or using my credit card with them drivers are always nice

Okay not really the worst but after having multiple drivers try to pick me up in the wrong spot despite a specific address being put in AND the app saying that a driver will arrive in two minutes and having it take twenty, I'm pretty tired of lyft. I'm willing to pay more for uber even though their business practices are terrible because they actually show up.
And despite the fact that I have been on correspondence with Lyft about this, I received an email that my issue was closed. It has not been resolved. The correspondence started on 3/13 and still no resolution as of 4/16.
And these issues keep happening. I’ve emailed lyft several times and keep getting generic form letters back. Switching to Uber.
Developer: no response on the incidents
113388018 and 112713064 and the link you imbedded to your email takes me to driver feedback, not passenger. I’ve contacted the developer again on 4/1 and now on 4/10 and 4/16 and again no response.

I love how this company will throw in a hidden fee like “prime time +50%” when it’s not in the original fair. My $10 ride turned into $40. Going back to Uber!
Worst app for ride sharing 1/5
Line/ride sharing routing is absolute trash compared to Uber, or Via. Will take you on the most convoluted routes to get you to your destination. It’ll take a 20 minute trip and turn it into 60 minutes.
Stick with Uber. Save the headache.

Riders beware of new high prices 1/5
Lyft has almost doubled the prices. So check the quoted price carefully before you book. A trip that used to be $32 is now $71 for non rush hour. During rush hour same trip is $77 vs $54 on Uber. Lyft is taking advantage of Uber’s bad publicity at the expense of the consumer. I am switching back to Uber. Shame on you Lyft!!
