I got the app because I thought it would make it easier to submit a payment. It never keeps my password, I constantly have to change my password and it never accepts the password choices I submit.

This app is ok but I made a payment and my balance showed as $0 but then when I went into the app again it keeps saying I am overdue and the balance reappeared.

You can’t actually use the app to find a doctor. It takes you to their site, which is NOT mobile friendly. At all.

Company is a joke and the app is useless. Beware 100% scam Molina is not a real Health insurance company. They will never approve anything until you complete many many different process that allow them to keep you away to be approved for a single test.
Look reviews all over the internet and you will se how this company works.
There are many other better companies.
Don't take the risk, avoid Molina.

What a horrible company!!! So shady and always talking out one side while the other side says no this isn’t right. Contradicting themselves constantly. Horrible customer service. Waste of money. Cancel you and fine you and make all kinds of issues. Find a different provider! Thanks for nothing Molina.

I knew it was too good to be true. I entered my log in credentials in. I kept getting a notice of "invalid credentials: change security questions". So, I logged in via the web and changed the security questions. Deleted the Molina app from my phone then reinstalled it and tried to log in. Same issue.

This is not an app everyone has access too. I wished it was as easy to look into my profile on an app. But this app wasn't helpful for my family. Disappointed in every way possible with this Molina app.

This is the only company I now that have insurances customers in all the states and the app it only available for on state. This is a big big waste of money and time. Just like the insurance itself.

I tried to log in using the username & password I created on mymolina.com and it said I wasn't authorized. I went on mymolina.com on Safari and tried logging in to make sure I had the right info and I got in just fine. On this app, using the correct info, I just get "not authorized."

While I cannot comment on how functional this app is (which is a shame really), I wanted to state this is only meant for clients in the state of WA. I understand it says this in the description, however, if it's not pointed out to you in the process of downloading it may not be noticed until you have an experience like I did these past couple of days (sadly, wasn't a positive experience except for Maria & Annette). It lasted over 3 hours and I ended up speaking with 9 reps total.
Needless to say, in my opinion, this app shouldn't be released until it's ready for all markets. I'm sorry this ends up being the outcome of my experience with the company overall.
