This part of app is not working
I have valid health insurance. I have called several things and nobody can seen to direct me to the proper place. I could have been treated in person with better care and service than this telehealth!!!!! I call the line the nurse gives me and the operator yells at me that this is ONLY the tech support line.

Good day. My company switched to CIGNA for the 2019 year. I am visually impaired and use a screen reader on my iPhone. This app is not fully accessible. It would be wonderful if changes could be made to improve the accessibility for someone who is visually impaired. Our use Apple voiceover screen reader on my iPhone.
I am on able to use this app to search for healthcare providers or explanation of benefits.
Finding your care provider takes scrolling (& delayed refresh every 9 results) ...a very lengthy process when there are hundreds of providers.
Been covered for several years? ...doesn’t matter; you last years information isn’t there.

Would be way better if I could add my children’s ID cards it will only allow me to have mine on there. It doesn’t give an option to add family cards so why bother with this app how stupid it shows that the whole family is on there when you view the app pictures, but my family’s isn’t on there so please advise me on how I go about doing that.

I have called over 30 times in the past 4 months to add my daughter to my existing policy that I have had with CIGNA for many years. I spoke with several agents and supervisors and was always given assurances that she was added and notes were made to the file but nothing happens. They even at one point created a new policy with me, my spouse and daughter with a cost of 3 times what I was quoted.
I called several times after that and I was assured that mistakes were done on their part and it will be fixed and all conversations were documented by supervisors and several call transfers.
I still do not have my daughter added to the policy as of today. This is the worst worst customer experience I have ever had in my life dealing with a company that has a customer care services.

Can not find out how to request ID cards to be sent to me. Also, I faxed the temporary ones to me which was a horrible experience because I do not have a printer or fax at home and the quality of the fax was awful

Stop making us update the app in order to access our ID cards!
It's frustrating that I have to have to update the app just to display myID card. When out of Wi-Fi range and cellular connection is poor, having to download 100+ megabytes just to use the app to display an ID card is ridiculous.
I was at a new pharmacy today picking up my prescription when the pharmacist asked me for my insurance card. I pulled out my phone and tried to bring up the CIGNA app, the first thing I encounter is The update app message. I must've spent about 15 minutes waiting for the app to download due to poor Internet connection.
I also added my ID card to my Apple wallet but there seems to be missing information from the card on my Apple wallet as well. So that didn't help either.

As of now, this app has not been updated to provide adequate information for doctors/procedures/ costs in my area. Each time I try to look anything up, it gives me an error message.
It is after the first of the year and I don’t understand why your system is having problems to where my vision is not updated,was very upset when I went to use it and was told I would be better off to pay it all that my insurance wouldn’t pay much when my book and information given me at the time of signing up said different. It was showing I don’t even have insurance through Cigna and I have 2 sets of cards from you all.

When I try to find a doctor, I get messages saying that there are no doctors. It doesn’t allow me to look up the cost of services and the pcp on the electronic card is wrong. So far, a pretty useless app.

Hey, please review your recent build. It has been extra buggy and I am running in to issues I did not before this update. Your find care and directory are non functional at this time.
Worst App Ever 1/5
My username and password work perfectly fine on a computer or through the website on my iPad and iPhone, but when attempting to use the app, I get error messages saying the information is not correct and I am being locked out. I won’t bother to download this app again until the issue is fixed. Also, calling the mobile support number that comes up with the error message was a waste of time. They are not able to fix this issue.

As of right now, this app is just a waste of space of your mobile device. Customers who can login to their Cigna accounts using a web browser portal, can't using this app. Save yourself the frustration and just skip this app until Cigna works out the bugs.

Have been using this app for a long, long time. When I get an email that says I have a new EOB, I go to the app. Click on claims and EOB’s. Where is the new one???? It is not the newest date shown because the dates are all date of service. Where is a button to sort by date claim received???? Right now you would have to go through every claim. You might get lucky to se av little logo that does not say paid. Most are automatically paid, thus back to the same problem... which one is new???

After login. You no longer can click on the icons when it asks “How can we help you.” I cannot click one thing. Not even open search doctors. Please fix it. Hasn’t worked since the update.
This app is fantastic at being confusing you. You can’t book appointments online, most of the doctors information is incorrect, and a lot of places don’t take the virtual cards.

You took away the view showing if we have reached our deductibles. A high deductible plan is bad enough, but now I can’t see when I’ve met that deductible? Please put it back.
Runs sideways on iPad-physically painful! 1/5
I have a 12.9” iPad Pro with attached keyboard that I normally use in Landscape mode. The Cigna app only runs in Portrait mode, which means I either have to use it sideways with my head tilted left (causing great pain), or unplug my keyboard, physically rotate the screen to Portrait mode, and replug/re-rotate when done, no thanks! If it ran in Landscape mode would be a better app, but since I have to use the website instead, this app is 100% useless

Pretty much the only thing I use this app for is what my HSA balance is. And that’s the only information that it gives me an error on since the last couple updates. Time to delete this app

I’m at the doctor for my son and was so happy to get to the ID card faster!
App won’t log in 1/5
I’ve been trying to log into the app for weeks and it keeps saying renter information. When I log the website from my computer it works fine. I called the suggested number and the lady just said “delete and redone load and very carefully type in your information” did all that and I’m still getting the same message.
App is easy to navigate, but just wished we could make dr appts through it if they were in network

I have been trying for over a month to check my balance on my spending account and the app just keeps telling me something went wrong. I was able to do it before. This is both frustrating and inconvenient.

Can you add the address for claims on the small box with the ID #’s & effective date information ? That is the other bit of information that is asked for on medical forms when you are a new patient.
App looks awesome - I love the electronic cards and have used them often - seems I am at a medical office monthly with 1 of the 7 in our family.
