OhioHealth app reviews

  • Dr 1/5

    By Thom4177
Why in the hell is there Dr’s that I’ve never seen taking advantage of my insurance? No wonder prices are sky high. What happened to ethics?
  • Ohio health 4/5

    By Fab Uch
    Very nice people and place
  • Entry to account 5/5

    By JohnAKing
My chart is convenient. What would make it more convenient is the ability to sign on with user name and a passcode!
  • Helpful 5/5

    By ColliesandCats
This app is easy to use, a necessity for me! The information re me and my account are easy to access and understand. So many apps are allegedly ‘helpful’; they are not. This app delivers on its promise.
  • Useful & User Friendly 5/5

    By KarmaKiss68
This is a useful, secure & user friendly app. I’ve messaged my doctor, ordered refills and checked test results. I don’t really find articles helpful but I can see where some people may.
  • Not bad. Needs a little tweaking. 3/5

    By Rob0926
Good app to keep track of appointments, billing and allow communication with your providers. Problem is that my notifications stay lit even after I check them. Also, there’s no way to enter stuff like the flu shot if you get it at a non-OhioHealth provider. So, the notification cannot be removed.
  • Timesaver 5/5

    By patetheridge
So much information about healthcare and medication without office visits! Truly a timesaver!
  • Ease of contacting staff 5/5

    By halexd
I can consult with staff easily.
  • Meh. 2/5

The financial assistance seems to be a run around and a mess to apply for. I’m fortunate enough to have the at hand supplies needed to fill it out and send the application in to you guys, however, those who don’t know how to do all that I feel bad for. Despite me being able to maneuver and figure things out it seems like it’s almost made intentionally hard. My suggestion is to create an in app financial application. One that the patients/applicants can digitally type numbers and letters. For instance my application was sent back to me because the 7 in 2017 of my employment date was not legible. Having digital letters and numbers would avoid that and allow faster approval process. The employment application is easily submitted via all one process. Right now it seems like for the financial assistance application you have to take extra steps that aren’t really necessary for modern day times.
  • Updates 2/5

    By Cissy1973
There needs to be a way to update treatments and procedures for those completed by providers not in OhioHealth network.
  • Labs 4/5

    By namegoesherenow2
There is no historical graph of past lab results in this app. I like to look back and watch my trends. Have to log into the main mychart to access that. This was the primary reason I wanted the app, for ease of access to current and past lab results. Paying a bill through the app was really fast and easy though.
  • Very very, very confusing!!this “ apt”thing is! 1/5

    By jadamen
    What should I do??????
  • Awful 1/5

    By MyThoughts86
I am 32 and pretty decent with technology and I cannot figure out how to make a payment. All I can do is view what is owed. The app is glitchy and certain areas need to be clicked several times before you can select them. Not easy to use and causes stress. Please stop pushing people to use my chart if the software is less than mediocre.
  • iPad vs iPhone 1/5

    By Tomichie
Works well on a phone is really not iPad compatible. Features that were there in the previous version are just not there anymore. I thought new versions were supposed to add features not remove them!
  • My chart 1/5

    By The Cleveland Fox
Absolutely horrible to use. Is anybody listening at Ohio Health? Wpl
  • Just use Epic MyChart instead. 1/5

    By macserv
OhioHealth uses Epic’s medical recording systems. Epic offers an app called “MyChart,” which is kept up-to-date as Apple releases new devices and iOS update features. It’s a solid app, and I recommend using it to access your OhioHealth account. I do keep this OhioHealth app around just in case, but I never use it, because it is a poor customization of MyChart, lacking support for current iOS devices (it doesn’t even support iPhone X’s screen size) and missing integration of many new iOS features. The only thing it adds is a lot of battery-draining web-based content, and that’s something we all can do without.
  • Sometimes simple is better 1/5

    By Most unique name EVER
You can’t reset an expired password on the app so you have patients visit the web site, which is rocket science for most users already. Once you get there, you have a pop up that fills the entire screen telling people to view in app!!! Really? You want to confuse them more? This isn’t Epic’s doing, that’s the sad part. And the forgot username/password links from the app don't work either. No wonder people are so angry.
  • App is awful 1/5

    By Bevo MCMXVI
App used to work just fine until last update. I can logon, but that’s it. No records, no ability to schedule or view appointments. Totally useless and really disappointing your developers are too lazy to test and fix.
  • Can’t open the app 1/5

    By don thedev
Come on devs, I shouldn’t be getting asked about Touch ID if I’m on a iPhone X.
  • App freezes all the time 1/5

    By WhatJournal?
    Very disappointed and pricey
  • DDFF 1/5

    By Flight801
    Does not even work
  • iPhone X support 1/5

    By RonnieiPhone
    iPhone X screen size support.
  • App Glitch? 1/5

    By Kyle Zborovsky
I keep trying to open up the billing tab and it wouldn’t open so I deleted the app and reloaded it again and the same thing is happening? I also needed to reorder a prescription and obviously that would not open either. I’m going to do it one more time, delete and re add but I do believe the app needs some attention?
  • Navigation doesn’t work (iOS 11.3) 2/5

    By Ohio Health Member
Nice looking app. Would be nice if I could actually use it to get to the sections.
  • Won’t allow me to log in 1/5

I can log in from the web browser, but not with the app.
  • Unable to login 1/5

I can login online but not through the mobile application.
  • Mobile app is not working 2/5

    By Dsa299
I have not been able to log into my mobile app for nearly a week. I can log into My Chart from the internet.
  • Bills do NOT total correctly 2/5

    By mllehunt
It says I owes more than $1700 when I only owe $358! Each time they send a billing statement, the app adds it to the total—even if it’s paid and even if multiple statements were sent for the same service. Ridiculous. I hope no one accidentally pays too much because of this error.
  • Cant log in after update 1/5

    By Suhail78
Cannot log in after latest update!

Talk about value based healthcare!! This app is amazing! You can find a doctor, communicate with them and see your records? I love it!
  • Amazing! 5/5

    By Anastasia clock # 93438
Ohiohealth is truly up on the latest and greatest! This app will make it so easy for everyone to stay healthy and conscious of their health.
  • Good - was better before 3/5

    By Bustercg
Love this app. It was better before the 9-29 revision. Bring back the fingerprint login and add the ability to see test result history and I would give it 5 stars.
