App crashes after current update 5/5
After doing the latest update the app crashes upon opening.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that doesn't help.
I'm using iPhone 5c.
This has been a great app up until now.
Annoying that I can’t buy a single seat next to a group of occupied seats. (Not my problem if you don't sell that one). Also annoying how it says ‘this is a sofa seat, blah blah blah’ - they aren’t. Stop it.

I used this app for the second time and just noticed that they charged a $4 convenience fee for using it!! Do not get this app! It’s cheaper to buy the tickets when you get there!

I’ve really enjoyed the app but over the last four months I was unable to access it. As soon as it opened it closed on its own. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t work at all. I had to wait until I was able to update it. Now that I can use it again I’m pretty happy. Spend quite a bit of time at the movies. And this makes it easier for me.

Password or nah? 2/5
Loved this app at first, but I haven’t been able to get into my account for awhile now. Every time I change my password and try to log in it tells me that my password is incorrect. When I go to reset it tells me that the reset token has expired. The reset token should expire 24 hrs from when it was sent not 24 seconds. My family and I go see 3-4 movies a month. I will take my movie money to an app that actually works.

Overall it’s a good app. Something that bothers me though is that I can’t add the rewards card to my wallet. I click on the button but it always says to log out then back in and try again but it doesn’t work.

Have over $100 in gift cards stored in app, no one at theatre could figure how to use them!
had to buy tickets thru the app for a $3 surcharge although i was already at the movies!
what is that all about other than a ripoff scam?
also - they had no idea how to use the gift cards at the concessions. $6 for a coke is bad enough, but when u have to ask mother-in-law for change while the app chokes and workers are clueless --
entertainment it was -- poor, not fun, and irritating!
only recourse is to complain to dept consumer affairs, who are quick to respond and interested in rectifying this swindle!
i like regal, and hope they fix this, because it is not consumer friendly _ it is openly hostile!

I work at a Regal and an elderly customer blew his top at me because a good chunk of his 600,000+ credits expired. Apparently an email was sent out, but he claims he’s not on email (how he made an account without an email, I don’t know). I think the app needs to be straightforward with when credits and rewards will expire, and this expiration date needs to be made very obvious because customers apparently do not know how to read (and then come to the movies and yell at us for something they failed to notice). I also believe corporate should reimburse this previously mentioned customer in some way, since the app itself never notified him that his credits (that he had been saving up for years) were going to expire.

I like the convenience it could potentially provided, but it failed giving me the tickets after I paid the money! The developers need to fix this bug!

My family and friends think it’s hilarious, but I really enjoy collecting my points on this app, watching them build, and then redeeming them for fun rewards! It saves my favorite theaters and makes finding showtimes for those specific locations easy. There was one time where I couldn’t reset my password over the app/internet and had to get on the computer, but other than that, I haven’t seen any glitches.

Used my app for a Regal visit (worked great) and following the movie update app at dinner and now it crashes. Using older iOS (10.3.3) but app specs say it should work. Never fails to amaze how an update goes to production without what appears to me to be basic user testing. Very frustrating.
Solo seat selection 3/5
This not being able to choose a seat that has an empty seat next to it is ridiculous. There was a group of seats taken on one side of a row, and another group of seats taken on the other side of the row. In between them, were three seats. This app would not allow me to purchase the middle seat of 3 seats between two groups.
I had to purchase one next to one of the groups... then just sit in the middle seat anyways.

It’s a great app but I forgot my password and every time I go to reset it. It will never let me click the button that says change password and it will say password successfully Changed but then I go to log in and it says the password is incorrect so I wondering if that can be changed

Payment and authentication issues 1/5
Works okay for a typical credit card or saved gift card transaction but does not work when attempting to pay using pre-purchased ticket packs or specials (like the academy award screening ticket). It also requests account sign in credentials more than once when attempting to pay for tickets this way. Hangs on seat selection screen and after timeout does not complete checkout with these forms of payment...very frustrating...please correct...otherwise a useful app.

Wallet support is broken, really don’t want to have to look for the app when wallet integration should be working. Also, I’m reading about a lot of notifications, so I’ll just turn those off right now before I receive any.

This app has everything that I need when going to the movies. Some of the navigating can be tricky at first, but is simple when you use it for a little bit.
It crashes too many times. Can’t look at anything cause it crashes! And I can’t clear the notifications cause.... it crashes! Please fix! Even re-installed and it still crashes!
Helpful to have movie times on the go as schedules change or location changes on vacations. Takes a bit to get used to where things are and how to redeem points but always redeem points in app rather than at theater so you use fewer points.

So far no issues. I’m able to see my points and choose which theater I want to go to. Before the app just having the card I use to get a lot of free things including a free movies, popcorn and so on... It’s amazing!!!
There is some sort of bug that says I have 15-20 notifications in the red bubble on the app, however, when I open it there is only 1 notification. Please fix this, it happens every day and is really annoying. It’s constantly saying I have 15+ notifications!!
First, I downloaded the app just for the rewards card and not anything else. Too many notifications throughout the day. I’ll get around 80 a day. Then when I open the app, it’ll be one new message. It’s really annoying.

Interesting how the world works. Big company trying to give you sometime back. You get points to make you feel special but they expire tho. I only go to the movies to see marvel cinematic movies that is it

This app must be doing some VERY SKETCHY stuff in the background if it becomes useless and won’t load any now playing info and prevents you from logging into your Regal Rewards account while using a VPN. Once you disconnect the VPN, it works as expected, but I don’t think I’ll be trusting it.

UI: um, the loyalty card is so hidden. And, menus on bottom is a a wonky way to navigate.
Regal “Nearby” Notifications: you cant get rid of them. I live near a theater (1 mile), and I’d like for this to be configurable - but no. Turned off in app settings, notifications, etc and it won’t go away. Not even disappear for a period of time! Not really worth the loyalty benefits so don’t bother.
App crashes when logging into my account. Reinstalled, repeated crash. Frustrating.

When you get an email from them, the links don’t open in the app, they open in safari.
