Very easy to navigate 4/5
This app is easy to navigate. I like that it remembers what I’ve looked at and gives me other similar products. BUT I hate that I cannot hear any of the videos that are attached to the products. You can cycle through the pictures but when you get to the video, you can’t hear anything.

I like most things about the app. It is easy to navigate and shop from. The thing that is frustrating me so much is samples subbed for things I have no interest in, samples just not being included, beauty offers not being shipped. Every time they do this it makes me shop other places more. The number of times they are messing up orders latley is hilarious.
And the virtual artist doesn't work well to use it live on you. Putting colors up on their models works, but mostly everything looks nonexistent or the wrong color in the live one.
I also wish that you could write notes to yourself in the app. I get so many samples and use some things so sparingly that it would make organization and picking products so much easier for me. Like alot of other people I usually have so much going on. But if I could put all those thoughts down by products like in my my loves or just somewhere else in on the app it would really make me love it.
I don’t know why I didn’t download this app from the get go. In the simplest of words. It’s quick, easy, and LOADED with every possible thing you could need related to Sephora. The try on virtual experience aspect is my favorite and the community pages are fun and insightful! Let’s just say after using this app I won’t ever use the full website. This is even better and much more user friendly in my opinion!

At first I found this app not that easy to use, it’s a little clunky with a really long list of links to get to certain areas of the site. However, with time, I realized all those links have a purpose and I’m glad they exist. Being able to save a product that you’re interested in but aren’t sure if it’s worth the money, is vital in any shopping app I use so the “loves” function is great. Then you can easily look back at your list to see which item is worth your money. I also have never experienced the app crashing for me, which I always impressive.

I love using this app due to its convince BUT it’s so frustrating when I click on a chat or comment section then back out I have to start back at the top. I know I cannot be the first one to bring this issue up and I sure hope it gets fixed!

Do not like any updates! Everything is confusing...it didn’t use to be! Plus when I place an on-line order there is “always”
a problem! Mostly they are out of items that you are not even told about until the day they ship your order...then you find out your not getting half of it! Very annoying! They discontinue items with out alerting you to the fact! But they tell you that they always let customers know by e-mail what items are discontinued! I have been a VIP for 9 years & never once have I ever been notified any items were being discontinued!

Every order since Christmas I never get the samples at all or are missing samples. I had a missing product one Time . Sticking to Ulta Beauty and other stores for purchases since Sephora keeps messing up. Canceled my playbox subscription too due to lack of good online ordering system. They tell you samples are available in store but I prefer closed & clean samples online vs open tampered with samples in store . And the rewards bazar is nothing but a sample bar. You don’t get wow factor rewards even with the couple thousand points I have

I love this app and I’ve been using it for the last two years. However, just when I tried to open it and sign in (it logged me out for some reason), it kept giving me this error message saying “unrecognizable error”. Idk if it’s the new update or what. It was working fine last week. And yes, I have tried reloading it, updating the app, reinstalling and everything else.

A more specific search feature would be nice. Like if I had the option to choose specifics about my skin and Sephora could then match products to help or conceal. Also having a “wishlist” would be wonderful! I come across a ton of products I would love to try sometime.

May 4th update is a disaster 1/5
I love Sephora's app, but the update on May 4th, 2018, broke it. The interactive features like Virtual Artist no longer work. The app keeps crashing and when I reopen it, I'm logged out and it gives me an error when I try to log in. Later, I will be mysteriously logged in again, but it only crashes again. Please fix the app!

As my title stated this app is truly the fastest easiest way to buy makeup. I can even buy foundation, It show the the color and tells you the under tones. What you see is exactly what you get every time. With this app my makeup is two clicks away.

I can buy my online exclusives easily, it's quick and I love the suggested products.
I love using Sephora's app for shopping convenience, the offers, etc..however, I am unable to upgrade my device. I have an iPad 2 and can't upgrade past IOS 9.3.5!! I'm not happy. If anyone has or knows of a solution to this problem, I would be most grateful!! I suppose I could shop online. Thank you for your support and understanding!!!

I love the fact that I can just bust out with my phone and use it as my VIB card, also them letting me know what’s available in my local Sephora is great.

I love that I can look at my loves or purchases list easily to rebuy or splurge money conveniently, but it has a hard time reading my fingerprint to sign in. Sometimes, it doesn’t even accept my usual login name/password. Really annoying, especially when I’m trying to buy something I just got an alert about.

I LOVE Sephora. But this app is terrible. I had no issues with it until I got the new update. It no longer lets me sign in or load any pages. I try to look up products and it tells me there has been an error. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it doesn’t fix anything. Please fix this app, it used to be so great!

I have the app and I’ve kept it but it’s extremely frustrating that the reason I downloaded it was to keep track of my play! By Sephora subscription and I have zero access to it even though I’m logged in. Every time I click on the tab that’s supposed to take me to the box it’s like I’m a new user and it just asks me to subscribe. Makes no sense. When I click on this months box it shows me previous months but not the current month. The app is making me consider canceling my subscription since I still have my Ipsy and Birchbox ones.

Honestly, out of all the store apps I have the Sephora app is hands down the best one. It’s very easy to use and very well organized. 10 out 10 times, if I’m not shopping in the actual store, I use the app because it’s so easy. Love it!

This was a huge disappointment in ALL levels- I am getting stuck with horrible tiny samples of things I wouldn’t even ask someone to take off my hands! To make matters worse, no one seems to care- I guess they just want to take their ten bucks a month and run.
I’m supposedly getting MORE black eyeliner (never wear), dry shampoo (NEVER use), something else for my hair which is for the opposite hair type from my profile, more pore stuff (already got and didn’t like)... and perfume that I think smells horrible
What’s the deal with this crap? Hasn’t this company ever heard of customer service? I contacted them after the last box- just as bad btw- and this month it’s even worse!
Whomever has been putting these boxes together needs some help!

Ever since the last update, I’m constantly logged out and told my password is invalid?? I’m so tired of logging back in that I’m going to delete the app. Such a shame.
I love the Sephora app but since the recent update I can’t even click on certain things without the app force closing.
