I really like the app, it keeps all of my purchase history & loves. It links to my Sephora Rewards so I never have to carry my card either in the store or for online shopping. Because it stores online purchase history it makes any exchanges or returns very easy as well.

I love that Sephora finally updated their app to be high resolution for larger mobile screens. It’s so convenient to be able to check product descriptions, user reviews etc while on the go. I frequently use Sephora mobile app and love it. No complains whatsoever. Thank you!

I can’t access my VIB account through this app. It’s absolute garbage. I’ve installed and deleted and reinstalled this app so many times over the last 6 months. I would’ve spent so much money using this app so maybe I should be thankful it’s a piece of crap.

This app is absolutely fabulous in so many different ways...especially for a “makeup rookie” like me !!! Before discovering this Sephora App...I was “very clueless” to the makeup world. The “virtual artist” AND the “try it on” features...says it all !!! From the virtual stuff to getting a “color IQ” to the end result of it all...is just “Genius.”

The only thing I hate about this app which is the most important thing EVER is I’m not able to pay!
Whenever I try to put my expiration date the stupid app changes the month automatically so I’m not able to place an order. It won’t let me select the correct month and I can’t put the same card in twice. It’s ridiculous.

While looking to restock previous purchases my history had been altered to list items I recently purchased to be listed as if they were purchased in 2010. Years before they were even invented. When I review order history on the other hand it’s accurate, the only problem is that I have to select each order to find the item I’d like to repurchase making the task unnecessarily time consuming.

Great app, only issue I’ve had is when things are on sale sometimes they go so fast I’ll get it in my cart and then check out and it says they are out of stock. I wish they had it so you can add to cart if they don’t have anymore.

Truth be told, this app is actually better than most store apps, I haven’t had any issues. I find it most useful for purchasing lipsticks since colors on the pictures can be deceiving. I find it easy to use and I find myself using it more often than going online with my laptop. I would recommend.

I love the Sephora app. It hasn’t always been this good but there have been some improvements made. I love that I can view my loves list and items I’ve recently viewed or purchased. I’m completely addicted. Sometimes I do wish I could have the same filtering and sorting abilities in all areas products are listed though.
Only one bit of constructive criticism here. Fix the preview display of user photos! The aspect ratio in the preview image is being skewed and it looks like a fun house mirror. Set those photos to aspect fill. It’s an easy fix.

I love Sephora and the app is very easy to use but the samples.... ugh. Foundation and concealer samples are never brown girl friendly which leaves nothing but fragrance which i cant use (allergies). Darker shades please❤️

Sephora’s app has a lot of bugs. Every time I enter my card info, it ends up changing the expiration date and telling me I entered it wrong so I always have to go on a computer to purchase vs in app. There are also minor bugs like pages becoming frozen and having to restart the app.

Every time I purchase online I never get the samples I add to my cart. And every time I go to the store, they never have the samples I want. Is never a happy ending with this gifts! That’s a bummer.

Sephora is incapable of handling proper communication amongst its product warehouses. The is the third time they cancelled a product abruptly on my order. Buyer beware the products you order may not even come thru. Sephora reps also admitted this happens frequently so be weary because the trust is breaking between Sephora and consumer.
