Love the whole set up and the intention of the app. It’s always freezing and closing out on me. I had a client add it on her phone to make it easier to purchase and nothing would even load when clicked on. I think the app has a lot of potential and can really help out consultants get quicker sales but it definitely needs the quirks worked out.
Unable to place orders 1/5
I really like the layout of this app and would like to be able to use it. Unfortunately, I am unable to place orders via the app. I can log onto the web site immediately after multiple failures in the app and place an order.
Blank pages instead of products 1/5
Very frustrating! It used to work really well, but now I can’t go into product details at all. If you click on them, a blank page loads. Not very enticing when showing a prospective client or consultant what we have! Please fix it!
The app keeps freezing up mid order. It’s very frustrating as this has been happening every time I try and use it. Hopefully the bugs can be worked out because I love the convenience of this app.

I love the Products and the site. The iPad version is great. There is no need to have to type in login information each time. iTouch is really an option

I am a consultant and I love Arbonne. This app is ok. It’s nice to be able to shop what I want and look up products for people without dealing with the mobile site. But it does need work. It wouldn’t process my order so I had to go through and order on the mobile site. If I want to search for two things in a row, I have to refresh or it won’t search the second time. It also crashes whenever I try to open my rewards. I also wish it was on android so I could have it on my tablet. Other then that, the app is great.

See subject. Cannot login since password has parentheses, and this app's keyboard has curly brackets where the parentheses should be.

I love using this app with my customers. But it needs to be updated in a really bad way. Mainly the value packs.

When I try to open the app it goes to a black screen for a minute or two before I can even go to the shopping screen. After it finally goes to the main screen, that's what it realizes that my session timed out and goes back to the login screen. And you can't just log in easily using your fingerprint login or have your session remembered by the app, you have to use your full login (email and password) every single time. Once you get into the app, it freezes quite frequently and is really hard to use. This app needs some work.

I'm a consultant, and I got the app downloaded, but can't do anything with it. The home screen will come up, and for every single option, the next page said something like "no matches" or something. Very disappointed

The app won't recognize my username and password even if the website does!
The app still does not recognize my username and password. I have erased the app and re added it to my phone. I have signed into the website and it works there.

This app has a lot of bugs. Currently, it will not let me sign out or shop for any clients. I have closed it repeatedly and restarted my phone, but to no avail.

Major problems with the app. As a consultant I find it frustrating when I can't easily place an order or find an item. The app is constantly freezing and closing out, even after the latest update. Hopefully this gets fixed!!

BEEN WAITING FOR THIS!! Now I can re-order my arbonne from my phone!! It is pretty user friendly and 2 orders were submitted and received without a hitch!
Keyboard Symbols Missing Beware 1/5
Not exactly sure why it's set up this way. But if you have special characters in you Username/Password beware. Characters are limited for some reason when you try to log in.
Great app, works better than the website. Easy to use and very convenient to run my business from anywhere. Keep up the good work.

I've been a consultant for a while and I've always wanted an app to shop! I'm so excited to use this new app! I already placed an order for a client and I loved how everything is displayed so clearly. I also love the way it allows me to place an order on myself or on behalf of my existing clients! Amazing!
