You do most of the stuff from this app but it is a bit sluggish. I want to enroll each of my lines to autopay individually, but I couldn’t see an option for that.

Can’t login because my password is too long 1/5
The input area for the password field doesn’t accept enough characters for me to login with my lengthy password.
My password works fine on the website.
I’m forced to give the app 1 star because it does not function for me.
In addition to that issue, not allowing pasting into the password field makes using a password manager a pain.
I recommend just using the Simple Mobile website as it’s appear to be the same as the desktop version.

This app provides the info I want to know. But there are some features that I sometimes need that I can’t get to work. One is customer support. The button on the dashboard to customer support does not work. Adding on, after I go through the process of finding the customer support number, I’m talking to a robot that has errors. Maybe having a representative would help. Even more, whenever I JUST want to add data to my plan, the option only sometimes pops up. But even when it does, it says “error: contact customer support at ###.” And I call that number and the robot can’t help me out. My whole family uses simple mobile. If you can fix at least some of these problems I will get all 23 of my family members to leave a 5 Star review. (I will also change this one) thank you so much!

Doesn’t work, well unless u want aggravation! Then go ahead an install. It wouldn’t even let me log in so I deleted it after several attempts that give me a headache.

The new update is very glitchy and inefficient. In the old app the dashboard was much better and everything you needed showed up on the main page.

Not good enough to load. Crashes upon opening.
Only gives you data usage if you force-close the App and relaunch it.

My phone shows I've used 43GB since the end of March yet simple mobiles app shows I've used 140GB since April 11th... Idk how that's even possible but it's not true and I'm constantly being throttled on my "unlimited lte" network... I'm not understanding how they came up with that insane number big whoop I watch YouTube a lot in 360P 480P at the highest resolution so it's not like I'm streaming HD.. also haven't been able to actually log in to my account even with the correct passcode.
Also I watch the videos in such low quality not by choice... If I even attempt to stream a video in HD it just buffers and buffers... Ads conveniently load up in HD but that's it... Always buffering and lagging yet I've apparently used enough data for twenty five house holds with my single phone with it's single bar of "LTE".. that's a joke.

Try to log in with phone number and zip code. So I put in my zip code and it tells me to put in a valid 6 digit zip code!! Lol my zip is 5 digits!!!! How does something like this happen?

I find that it’s useless. At first i sign up , I enter with my correct email and password but still couldn’t sign up . So I searched it in Google to Re up but the Re up doesn’t work ! It’s too bad ! Simple mobile need to improve the app ! ☹️

I tried to sign up. It asked for a security pin. And then when I hit continue it says choose security question. There is no security question morons only a security question. So not only did I waste my time I used data storage. Fix it.
