It works fairly well, but mobile Check-in has a major bug!! We selected an early arrival time and got assigned a room number but the room was not ready for 4 more hours!!! You should never be given a room number until it is ready. My wife was sick and wanted to go to sleep but we had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours and continually ask the desk to finally get a room at the normal check in time! Not what I expect from Starwood! Don’t assign a room number if it is not ready!!!

The APP itself would be great! But unfortunately it logs itself out all the time, and whenever I want to use it I have to scramble and try and find my member number (of course not shown in any emails from SPG) and a password that I can’t remember... please make this App remember the sign in info!!

Good app, very funcional. If add more fun interactions could be a be a very cool app.
Why do I have to scroll through ten bazillion prepaid rates that are super confusing to read and filter? Look at the Marriott app for a better way to do this. Should also be able to drill directly down to room photos as you search.

I loved this app until I started using the Marriott app. Marriott’s app is simply superior. This SPG app makes me re-enter my SPG number EVERY TIME I use it. And why isn’t there Touch ID? I love SPG hotels and use the app as the primary way I make reservations. Please update it.

As a lifetime platinum member with SPG, I am on your site almost daily sometimes. Every single time I make a reservation I am asked for the country that I live the state that I live in my ZIP Code. Three extra clicks just finished a reservation. Why can’t that information stay in the system as you keep my credit card information my address my email my cell phone-why cant you save this information?

In my opinion, the worst among Hilton, Marriott and other major chain apps. Cumbersome to modify reservations. When changing dates it defaults to a change to a prepaid reservation, even when that was not originally booked. Like SPG hotels, like SPG program (Gold Member), dislike SPG app.

Love the hotels, but the app needs work. I travel all week for work and the app won’t save credit card info. Also, the section where you can add additional guests has been removed. Needs some love!

Ever single time I make a reservation, I need to re enter personal info, credit card info etc.

Navigation and some data entry fields could be improved.
At times the app takes you back to the beginning of a section instead of the previous screen.
Some assist with numeric data formats would be helpful. Don’t simply throw up an error without a clear explanation.
Overall, the app is evolving quite nicely.

Every time i book a trip it says my credit card information is out of date. I proceed to change my information and save it as default. The next time I book a trip it says my credit card information is out of date... etc, etc.

I stay in Starwood hotels all the time and this app really makes booking and modifying reservations really easy. Also like that I can check in and out with the app. My only request would be to add a few local adventures to each hotel - restaurants to try, etc.

App does not let you browse destinations or locations where you have properties so planning trips across multiple possible destinations is impossible. And basic stuff is missing like ability to delete Credit card. Poor date selection is buggy. Needs to be more user friendly in a big way

SPG needs to fire their tech team. Their app and website bog down constantly, the system has issues with user ID’s and password recognition between devices, and the system locks up depending on the browser - they should be browser agnostic!
Maybe they should talk to their parent company Marriott as they have it together
