Why do we have to pay to learn. 1/5
I love the app. I got a couple q.a done. It was the answer and it simple. Also,Easy to understand. I know this is how the app makes money but, when did people have to pay to learn facts. College is a different story. At a library you learn for free. Not a lot of people have money to give to know a price of information.
Amazing but .... 4/5

I love this app but it messes up every time I go to my study deck
This app is super complicated. The hardest of apps I have yet used. Not worth it!!!!!!
Don’t waste ur time 1/5
It’s not free you get like 3 free words and definitions I’m sooo upset!!! That’s not fair for younger users like myself i will probably delete this because it is useless!!!!
Not working 1/5
Whenever I try to study my materials the app kicks me out. I've even un downloaded it and downloaded it again, but it still does the same thing.
Not good at all 2/5
I paid up front for my subscription for 6 months needless to say I'm not happy I literary found about zero help with everything. Not happy with my 60 bucks gone.
Wrong price 1/5
I bout the annual upgrade and it said it was only $6.79 and when it was charged to the card it was charged as $79.99 dollars when buying in the app it said it was only $6.79 because it was 60% off so it is worthless use the app srocatic which is free and it is a lot more useful and helpful but #1 it is super simple to use
They want data more than they want to help you study 1/5
If you're looking to just make some decks and study, this app isn't for you. It looks well suited to be used my an instructor with a class, but for personal use it wants way too much information. You have to give your school and add a course. If you skip adding a course and try to create a card, you must save it to a deck. In order to save to a deck you then get tricked into giving all of your course info again. I don't want to give all of this information just to study with some flash cards, so this wasn't for me. A little too creepy for a flashcard app.
It was heaven, but... 2/5
By jimin my babe
Okay, so this was the BEST app in the world.. until maybe a month after use. As I just finished creating a deck of card to study, it suddenly did not let me do so. The app told me I had to pay for the app, to continue use. It did not let me have access to any of my old stacks, because they had completely disappeared. This would not have been a problem if the app had mentioned a certain trial time frame, yet I never received such information. I do not think that I will be continuing usage of this app, not because of this problem, but because of the monthly price of $7 every month, if annually (cheapest offer). I hope that future users will understand that the beginning is simply a trial, and will have to pay. But I will give credit to the app and its creator. When I received the notification to pay for usage, I knew the app was too good to be true.
Can't use features 1/5
It wants me to join a class to use the flash card features?
My classes are so specialized that they only exist in about 10-20 colleges throughout the entire country just about and only use their own school programs.
I still filled the fields out but the 'review' of course didn't go through.
I tried this app because it could snap pictures of notes and make cards that way, easier than typing it all in, but since I can't use it, I'll just go back to quizlet.
IM SO MAD I HATE THIS APP 1/5
I took the time to type out 76 flash cards for a test I need to study for today and now it’s telling me I can’t even read those cards or study with them unless I upgrade! It’s like 56.99 a month and that’s ridiculous I spent so much time trying to get those cards ready and they screwed me over so definitely don’t download this trash app!
Scam-Makes you pay 1/5
I spent a lot of time entering my flashcards and then a few days later, the app tells me to use basically anything--even to see the flashcards I entered--costs money. What a waste of time. This app is dishonest by saying it's free and even worse since it wastes your time when you end up unable to use your materials.
Bad service 1/5
I downloaded the app and decided to make an in-app purchase for a subscription. Did not expect to be charged $59.99. I read that I would pay $10 monthly. So i contacted their support email and was refused a refund. I can understand why they generally refuse refunds. But when you genuinely make a mistake, it won’t matter to them.
Great Help for me as an older, seasoned, student! 5/5
Not only having the ability to write my note cards, but having them electronically allows me to access them anywhere. They are neat, they don’t wear and I can grade myself through this app and study the harder items until I master them all. It has already helped me in several areas of my life. And I like being able to share with my friends and others that share the same interest. Thanks STUBY BLUE and all those that contribute.
Not actually free 1/5
Cant do much here without paying, just use quizlet.
Literal Garbage 1/5
Yall stop trying so hard to get me to upgrade to Study blue 3? You are all simply Quizlet wannabes. I dont want to pay to do my homework, and im certainly never paying this app to 'look at my sets'. This is beyond absurd. Can i undo this update? It is literal, borderline trash. I ended up having to take pictures of the computer screen through my phone to study. Bye
Don't get this 1/5
It's terrible. Blocks notecards unless you pay to upgrade. Complete scam and rip off, don't waste time or money
Frustrating due to bugs 2/5
Too difficult to use with bugs. Deleted and will find another working app. Cards w/longer text won’t show past a certain point when typing. When reviewing cards there is no way to back up, have to hard close and restart app.
Parts of the cards are being cut off on iPhone X 3/5

Broke college students looking for study cards.?? This isn’t the app. $75.00 dollars to use. I might as well just study out the book FOR FREE.. Not this one keep scrolling 💯
Hey there I think I found a bug in this application because each time I start it and start writing my flash cards when I get to my second flash card the app crashes and closes! Any ideas on how to fix this ? :(
Great app, but not really worth paying??? 1/5
This is a great app for studying, but I don’t see a reason to charge students when wanting to use other user’s study cards. As a struggling college student, I’m already paying a good amount for other stuff. I understand they need to earn money but...maybe try to make it affordable for others? Can’t believe wanting to study and learn comes with a price.
Not good 1/5
I read the reviews and saw how bad they were and I was trying to find an app to help me study and I thought I would give it a go anyway. It was so hard. I was not able to get past the second step to set up a class. This is not a good study app and I do not recommend it.
Learning is expensive af 1/5
The fact that you have to pay money to be able to study is ridiculous in my opinion.
No more studying apparently 1/5
I can no longer study all the cards at random! What happened? Do I have to upgrade just to do anything?
By Magistra Sowell
I can no longer choose preferences for flash cards. I touch the screen to choose all, or definition but nothing happens. I tried hitting reset, still nothing. I restarted my phone, still nothing. This means I can no longer use this in class with my students. I guess I have to go back to paper if you can’t fix this.
Not the same 1/5
By Kitty curry
Go back to the old version it was much better
Good luck getting it to save everything 1/5
This app regularly delete definitions or other things that I’ve typed in. It all conspires to make something that should take half an hour two hours or more. I hate this app, we only use it because it’s an assignment in my class. As soon as this class is over I’m going back to Quizlet
How exactly will flash cards help if you see both the question and the answer together?
Was great when I first downloaded it. Then the updates started rolling out, and the interface has progressively gotten worse.
Best app for studying!!!!! 5/5

Best Help Ever!!!!!!!! Definitely should download for a great score!!!!!!!!!!!

Needs improvement 1/5
I've been debating for awhile if I should buy a year subscription or not. I finally caved when they had a promotional discount. I decided to try it out for my A&P lab. I was excited that I could input pictures (did this on my laptop) but there is no editing tool so I could circle certain parts of my picture that pertained to that flash card. I downloaded the study blue app to my iPad so I could study on the go. The flash cards are so small I can't make out what I need to in my images and there is no zoom in feature for the images. Definitely a waste of money and time so far. On a positive note I do like that you can make a copy of a previous study guide to change things or add to the deck. Some changes and add on's I made got deleted even though I hit save. I like the idea that I can take my flash cards on the go. I don't have to carry around a huge stack of them. Hopefully these features can be improved on before my year is up.
Five stars 5/5
Very helpful to memorize important medication.
Most inconvenient time to not work. 1/5
By Ambers fishies
I have an 8AM test tomorrow but thanks to StudyBlue's system being down for over two hours I haven't been able to study because I can't even access my notecards. I really hope I don't fail because of this!
Issue with viewing flash cards on iPhone X 4/5
I think this app works great. The only issue I recently ran into was not being able to see the complete text in the flash card mode on the iPhone X. I’m sure this will be fixed in the next update or two, but I thought I’d bring it up. Other than that, this app is still awesome.
Worst study app ever. 1/5
You have to pay to do basically anything. Quizlet is way better! Don’t download this app. Complete waste of time.
Please make an update to solve this problem 1/5
I use to love StudyBlue, however, the app has been frustrating to use. I been having issues with it erasing my definitions. I brought this up on an online help session and nothing has been resolve. This is frustrating because I have a whole year of med school notecards on here. There is no way I can go back to my notes to retype my erased definitions. I might have to find a new program for board studying if this is not fix.
Why is this so complicated now????! 1/5
I've been using StudyBlue for about ten years through college and grad school and it was so easy -- just create flash cards on my computer and study flash cards on the app. I'm taking a professional class now and decided to do what I always did so I created my flash cards and when I opened the app there wasn't any way to study them. At least not anywhere that was intuitive. I tried to save my deck but they made me join a class but my class isn't through college so it didn't make any sense. I typed in crap just to see what it would do and they said they would review it and until then I could review my own materials....that's the only thing I wanted to do but there was no where for me to do that!!!!!! And now I wasted all this time making flash cards that I can't even use. It's so frustrating. Go back to your old model.
—changed my status to non-student like you said. STILL won’t let me save flash cards without joining a classy. So frustrating!!!
So confused...can someone clarify? 2/5
Ok so I thought this was a place I can study for GRE test at least that's what I read. So I got the pro membership and all it says is to upload my cards. Is there no database for me to pull GRE prep info? Because I don't know what all is entailed for GRE. Thanks!
Helps you understand 5/5
Did not mean to buy. 1/5
I did not mean to buy this app. It does not work like shown in the App Store. I need a refund since I did not mean to get this app. Very upset and trying to get my money back.
I'm glad I found this 5/5

I love that these note cards can be accessed on the computer and on the phone. If there was an Apple Watch version that would make it excellent as it would allow for studying anytime.
Language study 5/5
By Games are fantastic
I love the tools that studyblue has. It’s simple enough for me to make my flashcards and study. I’ve been using studyblue to help me study Chinese this semester and I have to say, I am acing the class with the assistance of studyblue.
Great app 5/5
By This is a ....
This app is definitely worth your time if you are a student, because it helps with studying for upcoming tests/quizzes, this app is also helpful if you are a teacher because it help students study for test and quizzes.
My work keeps getting erased 1/5
I keep typing my work all over again .. I make sure that I save it, & then when I go back to a flashcard, only half of what I wrote would be on there .. I pay a good amount for this app & even though it’s ridiculous I have to pay that much to study, it’s annoying that my work keeps getting erased and I feel like I’m not getting what’s worth paying for.
Got me As in all the premed courses 5/5
I used StudyBlue through all four years of college. It is a great way to review material, especially in classes that require a lot of memorization, like biochemistry. I was a Neuroscience major and I credit StudyBlue with helping me get As in my science courses. It is really convenient having access to all your study material on your phone. If you download StudyBlue, it's best to make the flashcards on the website and use the app to study on the go.
Clunky Interface and no 10.5 iPad support 2/5
I’ve been using Study Blue for a about two years now, but its interface has become super clunky and confusing. For a lot of us, there’s no need to connect to other people and finding our schools, etc. It clutters the interface when all I want is a list of my classes, and a list of my flashcards. Bonus points if we could create more hierarchies like School/course/topic/flashcards. For example:
University/Biology/Nervous System/ and then inside have groups of flashcards like “parts of the human brain”, “nervous system diseases”, “spine nomenclature”, etc.
can't even use the app 2/5
By dont play the game
i can't even get in because i need to put in my school and i can't even find it so i can't even use it
