It used to be great and then the wheels fell off. It no longer shows my tickets for upcoming shows. I have reached out to them and still no fix. So now I have to scroll through my email to find my tickets. When I should be able to either pull it up with the app or save it to my wallet like Ticketmaster. Super disappointed since I buy most of my tickets through them.
I only got this app was b/c the J.Cole festival ONLY sells it from ticketfly🙄...but yet the app DOESN’T show GE admission tickets like it DOES on the actual ticketfly website.🤔. Now whyyyy is that?! 😤 Fix it please!! Because I know VIP are not the only tickets available!!

Cheaper fees than every other ticket buying service I have used. The fees are Lowe and the overall purchase process is simple and quick. Love everything about ticketfly so far!
Purchase feature doesn’t work 1/5
I never write reviews but the app has never let use it to purchase tickets. Once you find the show you want, the only option is to Request. Which is a button that does NOTHING. I’m forced to logout, then use the browser Mobile site to find the show again, login, then I’m actually able to purchase tickets. Then when I log back in on the mobile site, TADA! I see the tickets. It’s a real backwards way of “using” the app since I’ve accomplished nothing with it. Feel free to help me out and I’ll revise my review.
Redirected me to the website to buy tickets. What’s the point of the app? Missed out on a very small show that sold out in 10 seconds.

Ticketfly always glitches for me. It’s not a trustworthy source to buy tickets from, I only buy from here if it’s not being sold anywhere else. I bought tickets for Made in America Festival in Philly for 300$ and they turned out to be fakes. I drove all they way to Philly to figure that out and ended up having to buy tickets from some random guy selling them on the street outside the festival. I emailed them and they said there’s was nothing they could do to refund me. Be careful if u do use this app/website

I went to buy tickets and made it through the waiting line.. when I got in, I couldn’t see the option to select how many tickets i wanted. It was out of frame regardless if I changed the orientation of the phone. The show sold out before I could get to my laptop. 👎🏼

I used Ticketfly for years—now it won’t let me complete an order. I though perhaps the site was down one day, but I tried it on numerous days, and then with different shows (to test it. After I type in the number of tickets, when I hit “get tickets” it doesn’t progress to the next screen. What a drag.
Terrible customer service 1/5
After contacting the venue about not receiving confirmation or tickets They told me I made a mistake entering my email address.
I explained this via ticket fly’s email customer support and received an automatically generated case # and a promise for a response.
Four days ago and nothing.
I couldn’t wait on hold long enough while at work.
They charged my account for tickets though. No problem with that.

What good is having an app if you’re just going to redirect people to your webpage? I was waiting for a concert to become available and watched the timer hit zero just to be told to go to the desktop browser. In the 10seconds I spent mucking around with the app, the event was sold out. Terrible experience; useless app.

Tickets just went on sale at 10am and I was staring at the counter on the app. Right at 10 and another twenty times after I hit “get tickets” and it said no tickets available. Then I went to their website and bought tickets. If it’s a hot show, I’d advise against using the app. Also, I agree with that other guy the Ticketmaster app does totally blow, but that doesn’t make this one better.

problems scanning at the door on wallet. and not only do they restrict you from reselling tickets, they make it impossible to even simply transfer tickets to your friends. i’ll avoid using their service again.

I have yet to experience any technical difficulty buying tickets through Ticketfly. App is very simple and easy to use. What's more is that I don't get logged out and have to log in for those crunch time tickets sales like other (ahem Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS) sites make you verify. Ticketfly does what it's supposed to do, stress free!

Purchased tickets to Riot Fest through their site, via Ticketfly online, and I've got a PDF of them, but the app doesn't acknowledge the tickets I can find via the web. There's no way to enter the order # on the app. All said, I've purchased tix thru this app and it's been fine, but for Ticketfly to not connect account information between web and app is just thick, idnit?

This app does NOT offer you the best available tickets. I went in as soon as Meet & Greet tickets went in sale and "best available" was Row D, so I bought the 2 tickets.
I thought that was highly improbable, so I went back in and requested the same Meet & Greet "best available" and was offered 2 in Row C, so I bought THEM, since they are closer.
Thinking this was completely random, I went in a 3rd time and requested the exact same thing, 2 Meet & Greet tickets "best available." THIS TIME I WAS OFFERED ROW B, which at this venue is FRONT ROW. So of course I bought them, too.
What a preposterous situation! Why are the "best available" not actually offered immediately? Obviously their algorithm is set up to do this. But WHY?
Now I have to call Ticketfly Customer Service and beg them to help me out with this. We are 2 people who want to sit in the front row, not 6 people who want to sit in 3 different rows.
Spock would not like this. I do not like this.
