    Overall I think the app is nice to look at and pretty easy to navigate. I have, however, had some issues. I had trouble registering my account because it wasn’t even registering my email for about a day. After calling customer service, they got me set up. I decided to prepay for my service, and because of that, it seems I cannot see how much individual parts cost or anything. It just says paid. I was hoping to see some sort of invoice or document that explained what I paid for. I would like to see the description of what the service will be so I can ensure it was input correctly, and just to see what I’m having done. I can’t currently see any description. I would love an option to leave comments to my technicians if I forgot to mention something. I can’t do that without contacting customer service. That seems like an easy fix.

    No signs were placed on the front or back yard. No receipt was provided at the front door of the work that was done. No mention of what he did about the yellow sections of the grass that were caused by insects eating the grass.

    We purchased our home last October. We started Tru Green in March. What a difference it has made in filling in places where it was needed. Also, the mosquito treatment has work d and we sit out at night without the bites we’d had. Thanks.

    I’ve told TruGreen my lawn isn’t in any condition to maintain! Let me get it there and I’ll call. Subsequently, I always get talked into hanging on for a lower and lower rate. I wish I could just cancel and be done until I actually want the service.

    I tried cancelling my service 2 times and they just didn’t record my request. Next thing I know they came to treat my lawn and sent a new bill (I also couldn’t find the granules and my lawn is still full of weeds after a year of treatment so I wonder if they really applied anything). I had to call a 3rd time and said they had no record of me calling to cancel. I also think their sales tactics are too intense, they keep calling about mosquito treatment and I have to keep saying no.

    My only gripe, unless it is present and I am over looking it, is not having the option to select which invoice you can pay. What I experienced was a pay all or nothing choice for the 2 unpaid invoices that I had on my account. On the website, the option to choose which invoice to pay is present. I see no reason why this cannot be done to this app.

    TruGreen app is great. Love the notifications when my tech is on the way and how you can track how far they are. Also love how you can add and pay for services right from the app and see your current invoices.

    The app, texting, and chat service are all great for standard programs. I like knowing exactly when service is happening. The people are friendly. We signed up on the phone for a chlorosis injection for our maple tree. The service was never scheduled. An online chat with customer service indicated that we were scheduled for an insect-prevention injection. A manager had to handle the situation to get it scheduled. Timing is important, as it can’t be done in hot weather. Actual service visit was great. Had to submit 2 requests to get them to come back and get the apparatus off of the tree. Chlorosis treatment is keeping our beautiful maple alive. Thanks, TruGreen.

    This app didn’t work for giving me an eta for my service visit. I wanted to be home to discuss some brown spots in my lawn with the technician. So according to the app he would arrive about 10:30. It showed where he was on the map. So far so good. So I planned to leave work and meet him at my house then get right back to work. When I get home I check the app and NO MAP! It changed to a range of time he would arrive. Between 11:00 and 4:00. So now I am stuck at home waiting (missing work). Thanks a lot Tru Green Oh yea I called the 800 number and all they could tell me is the same as what the app said between 11 and 4

    If I see a weed I call them and they come out immediately! They do a great job and I am very pleased. Getting ready to try the mosquito treatment as we have a pool so will write another review once that’s done.

    Last year I never saw the Tru Green team service my yard, and I work from home. My lawn actually got worse. This year is a remarkable difference. My lawn looks the best that it’s ever looked. I don’t need to see them but I do need to see a difference in my lawn.

    Would like to be able to read my lawn analysis in the app. Can’t find it in the app. Only on the print out I got at the door. Also it would be nice to see all account history. The account info is lacking in comparison to what’s online. We had a re treat a couple weeks ago and it doesn’t show that in the app either.

    I’m really enjoying the app. It would be nice to add to the app -a place to send a note to the person doing the service though. For example today I wished I could’ve told the guy to also do the mosquitoes treatment in my back yard as agreed when I first did the contract

    I pre-paid for the service to have my yard sprayed for mosquitoes and my service date keeps getting pushed up. They were supposed to be out on Tuesday and now it’s Friday and have yet to be sprayed. :/

    The guarantee state when you see weeds between services they’ll send someone out. I called 3 weeks before the next service to state there were weeds plus the yard didn’t look well. I was told the next service “should” take care of it. Frustrated I called again a little over a week later. I was told the other call didn’t get a service order so she’d send someone out. They still aren’t here so guessing they are again waiting until next service date (May 31). We are not happy at this time! We have questions and concerns so at least come out and check the yard and go over our concerns with us.

    I've tried 3 times unsuccessfully to pay my bill thru the app since last service & none of the payments have gone through. Y'all need to exterminate a few (?) bugs on your own lawn. App not working as it should prompting me to wonder about your service 🤔 It's certainly a quick way to lose customers. Heads up.

    I couldn’t register my account with the app and kept getting an error message when I tried. I had to go online first to do that. Once I did though, I came back to the app to log in and it worked. Very helpful app. I can see how many treatments have been completed and how many are left. Quickly downloads the paperwork that was left on my door in case I lose it. I now know to within an hour or two of when the TruGreen specialist will be at my house. Much better notifications than the normal one they send to my phone. I can see my bill and schedule additional treatments if I want. Just a real solid app. I like it.

    Good for anything involved with paying them money. That’s the only thing that works. I downloaded it because it says you can schedule services but you can’t. They basically tell you when they will come and you’ll just have to deal with it.

    App start up was simple and easy. Was already using the website so the app easily used my username and passwords. Logged in almost instantly, reviewed everything effortlessly. All you low star raters would succumb to natural selection of a technology nature and become extinct.
