The app was working great till I updated and now I have ads ads everywhere I’m paying for on demand service so I can watch my shows without any interruptions. Fix the problem please I’m just tired of the 45 sec ads

I don't understand why they separated from Hulu when they clearly don't know how to run the app. I've been watching tres veces ana for a while now. The show disappears and returns on the app whenever it feels like. I always have to remember my place because it doesn't save on the list of shows as it says it should. It's just not a good app. Don't waste your money on this app.

The app is incredibly unstable. Since I downloaded it and signed up, I haven’t been able to watch a single episode without the app buffering, crashing, or just ending the connection to my Chromecast(s). My internet connection is more than capable, and I don’t think I’ll be paying for next month. Oh well.

I get paying for a subscription for an app like this. But don’t force me to pay and then put all these commercials. It ruins the experience and I’d rather watch my shows somewhere else. Horrible. Streaming services now are smart enough not to have commercials. Guess Univision is not.....

I paid for the year for nothing. To manny adds and I don’t like that when I don’t finish a episode and go back to watch it later it doesn’t show me which one was the last one or at the minute was left. I have to search all over again and find at the minute I stop at.

When I first downloaded the app it asked me to sign in using my tv provider. After I sign in I wanted to watch a show I had missed during the week. It took me to another sign in screen where I had to pick a paid subscription. I thought maybe because it’s a new show. Turns out even old shows I need to pay. What was the point of asking my tv provider sign in info. Disappointed in Univision because I never thought they would be so greedy. If I could I would it ZERO STARS!!!

This app does not have all cable providers. I have hotwire communications and it is not even listed there so I cannot login!. Telemundo app does have all Cable Companies.

Before they did the app upgrade I was able to see previous shows like Despierta America, I did like the convenience of watching any show at anytime. Now when I search for that show or any other show this this the message that I'm getting: Tu busqueda no produjo resultados. Really is this happening to somebody else and if so why. We are paying a monthly fee for this app that doesn't work anymore. Not happy about this. It was so easy before the updates now is terrible. Antes de que cambiaran la aplicacion era muy buena podia ver todos los programas de entretenimiento a cualquier hora. Ahora con el cambio solamente su puede ver el programa en vivo y no programas anteriores. Muy mala esta aplicacion no vale la pena pagar dinero al mes por este servicio.

I signed up to specifically watch a novela that I can’t find anywhere else I was pretty bummed I had to pay a subscription to watch even though Univision is in my DDTV plan! I paid it anyways.. I’m barely two days in with the subscription watching my novela.. and then it just disappears!! WTH!!!

Pagando la app y te pasan ads, no basta con lo uno paga mensual para estar viendo ads a cada rato en los episodios anteriores. Ahora, está peor porque ves un episodio antiguo y la primera ads es de Verizon, después de verla se cierra la app y no continua más, ya detesto Verizon y Univision, no la descarguen es la estafa del siglo, voy a cancelar la suscripción y no veré más el canal en señal abierta. Esta empresa es poca seria y no respeta a sus clientes, ojalá nadie los viera.

It’s so stupid we have to pay extra money to watch a show or a telenovela episode its crazy Univision is so greedy if we sign up with our current provider we should be able to use the app for me. I won't pay to watch something I can get online or in my On Demand Services from my current Cable Provider. Screw you Univision that's why I love Telemundo they don't charge for there services. Me gustaba cuando no ponían publicidad, si estamos pagando la suscripción no debería haber publicidad, otra cosa, se tardan mucho para poner los capítulos recientes de novelas o programas. En vivo no me gusta, se desconecta a cada rato y el sonido se interrumpe.

Due to a busy work schedule I downloaded the app to catch up on my programs, the first 3 weeks it was great, no ads and watched up to 2 shows at that time until the app updated. What’s with all the ads? Seriously! I’m so disappointed, frustrated and upset! Have to watch tons of ads just for a 45 minutes show? Ridiculous!!
