I’ve been using it for a couple of hours, I bought the lifetime package, installed in my phone (iPhone 7), MacBook Pro and iPad, I can’t even load google, I can’t be connected

First, it doesn’t let me change the server dropping the connection and saying there is no internet connection after a different server has been selected.
Second, it often says my subscription has expired although this is NOT true. Disconnecting and reconnecting doesn’t help, 1 more device slot is available, so am not sure what darn problem it has.
It does so not only on my iPhone, but also on my new Mac.
I will not extend my subscription beyond 3yrs (about 90 days to go) due to these reasons.
Very annoying when this VPN doesn’t let me use my devices.

This company runs all kinds of adds for its lifetime services. Then after 12 months says you don’t have a lifetime subscription and refuses to honor its own email confirmation to you for the lifetime subscription you purchased.

I can't stay connected, the application even blocks my routers password from my own devices. I do have an Apple product so maybe that's the issue but I have to say, I'm tempted to get a refund. Your application is worthless. If you can help me figure out how to work this your application is worthless. If you can help me figure out how to work this, i'd be happy to give it a try but I've done everything I can think of from my end of what I could possibly do. I seriously feel like I wasted my money and the user review by midnight_bird is exactly the same issues that I have.

Repetitively stopping WiFi connection. Facebook messenger is the strangest behavior as I get incoming messages pushed okay to my phone but once I open the app then I get waiting to reconnect. Can’t get internet connection etc

Often doesn’t work on iPhone 7 1/5
Avoid. Often takes literal minutes to initially connect and when glitching out it cuts off all Internet access until the app is uninstalled. Switching to another configuration didn't resolve it. Often have to log out and log in or delete the app and reinstall it. Help desk suggestions seem like temporary fixes at best and don’t work otherwise. I never had issues like this with Private Internet Access on an iPhone. (Update: 8 months in and this app continues to cut off access to LTE and WiFi until I uninstall it. This is the worst VPN app I have ever used)

Got this on sale! Upgraded to the 10 device plan since I liked it so much. I used it on android and Apple devices. No issues on any of them. Just like anything sometime you have to tweak settings. I’ve used other services and nothing comes close to the ease of use and price combination. I would never look back. Get them and you’ll see the benefits they offer. Great support. It’s via email so as long as you can live with that you’ll be good!!

No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the VPN software, it just breaks the internet connection nearly every single time on my WiFi-only iPad Aid 2. So [email protected]

There are some connection problems with this app in China. This app is not working at all with my MacBook; and also has a problem connecting servers on my cellphone. I bought two years subscriptions here and had to purchase other VPN service

I feel like I just wasted $49.99 for a lifetime subscription on 5 devices. Every time I try to get help it doesn’t work. This is too much for me to deal with. I am elderly and am not tech savvy. This is grrrrr so frustrating. I want a refund! Apparently, I did get a 14 day free trial which ended today. I cannot even log on as they do not recognize my password....big UGH !!!!
Unable to turn off or delete: No more streaming Prime 1/5

I trialed this with my iPhone 8. Now I cannot turn off. I deleted from phone apps but control center won’t let me turn off the VPN switch. Like an immortal zombie imbed into my software. So I cannot watch Amazon Prime or other streaming services on my phone. Help!

I agree with fellow recent reviewers. I have used the app for a while without any issues but have been unable to connect the past few weeks. The app constantly tries to connect but is unable to do so. I have deleted app, toggled the auto connect feature, etc. nothing works. Don’t buy until this issue is resolved
THEY REMOVE AD BLOCK FEATURE 1/5
With recent updates, they have removed the ad blocking features for their VPN. They have an article on their website offering ad blocking solution and additional security with their self developed protocol. After contacting their customer support, he confirmed that the VPN does not block ads for now. What a misleading article and disrespect of their customer privacy. Being a life time subscriber it's a shame to see that they've removed such a useful and demanding features that is part of the driving force why VPN users uses VPN. This is very frustrating!!!!

I have two accounts of VPN Unlimited,one is a lifetime and another is a lifetime VPN personal server. But the custom support team told that I couldn't use my personal server for Netflix or any other screaming services, so I don't know what sense the personal server does.
I need my personal server could run Netflix and any other screaming services.

If you are using this on your cell phone and not on WiFi be prepared for your internet speed to be slower sometimes a lot slower. But it does what is says I just wish I could watch videos without disconnecting or having to keep switching locations.

I also purchased a lifetime subscription. I installed the vpn app, but sometimes it won’t connect to the servers. When this happens you cannot turn it off, therefore you can’t do anything until you uninstall the vpn. The problem is that the vpn app won’t let you turn it off unless it talks to its servers. This app wasn’t tested enough
This only occurs on some networks.

Edit : uninstalled and re installed in an attempt to fix, But iPhone 7 now isn’t installing the vpn setting , vpn option under general setting keeps showing no setting installed. Vpnunlimited app option to re install the setting shows blank and doesn’t work. Sigh .
Currently unable to connect from ksa on both android and iOS. Have contacted CS team and hopeful that they will help fix solve. I am a lifetime member and bought additional 25 seats for my entire family. It’s dreadful that just after a month of purchase this has happened to me. Most unstable VPN app to date 1/5
Do NOT sign up for this if you’re looking for a VPN app for your iPhone. Sure, the Mac version of VPN Unlimited works somewhat okay, but this iOS app is a total mess. Below I’ll list a couple of issues, but don’t consider this an exhaustive list...
1. The VPN does not handle changes in connectivity very well. E.g. when you leave WiFi coverage and enter 4G coverage, the VPN often fails at reconnecting and will block any kind of internet access — even its own so you can’t even open the app to toggle the VPN off. You’ll have to reboot your phone.
2. Numerous SSL errors occur within the app itself when choosing servers, and these prevent the app from connecting and block internet access altogether.
3. When you lock your phone, the VPN will kill the WiFi connection after a short while. As a result, when you unlock your phone you’ll have to wait for WiFi connectivity to be restored AND the VPN to reconnect (which doesn’t happen successfully in most cases).
4. The VPN app takes over the VPN toggle button in iOS System Settings which causes complete frustration. When the VPN app enters its bugged mode where it is essentially blocking itself from connecting, you cannot even shut it down from system settings because the app will repeatedly try to reconnect. As a result, whenever you toggle the system VPN button off you’ll just see it pop back to on and display that it is in the “connecting” state. You’ll have to reboot your phone to access the internet again whenever this happens.
5. Customer support is a joke. They advertise that they respond within a day. Sure, that was indeed the case in the beginning...but once they start to realize that the issue cannot be solved by changing a couple of settings (or rebooting your phone for the 200th time), answers get more sporadic, perhaps arriving every other week until they simply stop responding altogether.
6. I paid $150 for a lifetime subscription. A couple of months later I heard they were going for $40. Sure, prices change and I made the purchase at the wrong time, yet I can’t help feeling ripped off given the quality (or rather lack thereof) of this app. Perhaps that’s also why they’re so cheap now.

I bought the lifetime subscription as it looked like a good deal and was recommended by Apple. First I was charged for 2 additional slots even with the subscription stating 5 slots included. Then after a week I keep getting notifications that my subscription is expired! I get the same run around that “ they are looking into it” but there is no resolution.

This is the second VPN that I purchased. It is a modern VPN: by that I mean you don’t have to know a lot of technical jargon to make this thing work. They have simplified the menu so that there is a map of the world and it shows your real location and also your location that other people see
“Frustration Unlimited” Major Issues 1/5
One star by far. Consistently interrupts your internet connection. App owner will respond to this review and tell you that toggling your “connect on demand” function will resolve this, or that “selecting a different VPN protocol” within app settings will resolve this. I’m here to tell you they will NOT. They boast about their 24/7 costumer service... great. But nothing exists (currently) to resolve this connection interruption issue. So it’s like having a 24/7 hospital emergency room that cannot heal your wound.
Additionally, they tout their amazing “ad blocking” feature which users can configure in their mykeepsolid account by setting “High Level DNS Firewall” to on. It doesn’t block anything.
**Major issues in version 4.20.**
Deleting and reinstalling your vpn profile within settings does not resolve these problems. Deleting and reinstalling the app itself does not resolve these problems. Changing your VPN protocol in settings does not resolve these problems.
Do NOT fall for the “We’re sorry you feel that way” response form the app developer below. It’s their futile effort in saving a rapidly declining reputation with their product.
