Love this app! I take my daughter to the playground and while she plays with her friends I can knock out at least two reps! Great!!
It is everythingI hoped it would be. Clear in its workout directions and visuals and allows me to play music from my iTunes while it gives directions.

Great, fast way to get in a workout and get your heart rate up! I love that you can adjust how long you do the exercises and how long you have a rest in between. Great for building endurance!

I like the ap because you can always find 7 min here or there, even on days when you're too strapped for time to put in a solid hour. It does get repetitive since it's the same exercises. Hope they can come up with some alternative circuit training that works the same way.

This app is perfect for me. The exercises are all easy, no equipment needed- but you can add hand weights to step up the challenge. It's perfect for busy people, I just wake up in the morning and do a quick routine while my kids are having breakfast.

It's simple and straight to the point. As long as you give it your all the entire time you're working out, you'll see results! I love the motivator at the half-way mark of each exercise. It helps!!!

I've had been using a tabata timer but I decided to try this app anyway. I'm glad a did. The workouts are a bit easier with the audio cues designed specifically for this workout.
My only complaint is that they called it 7 minute workout. If you are only doing this workout for 7 minutes, you are doing it wrong.
Wow. $2.00 and I feel like I have a personal trainer. Lost 5 lbs in 8 days. Freakin AWESOME! 👍👍👍

Its a nice quick workouts that is fast paced enough to keep even a goldfish fully attentive.
I was dripping sweat and burned 100 calories in 7 minutes. I will be doing this every night from now on, and multiple rounds! Awesome.
Each exercise is only 30 seconds long. It really flies by, so the 7 minutes that I dedicate to this app doesn't feel like a chore at all.

What a great app! I work on the computer and need to take workout breaks and what better way to get me motivated then my handy seven minute workout app. Science does show these small, intense workouts give you the best bang for your buck! Love the reminders and rewards to motivate! Thanks for keeping me on track!
This app contains 12 exercises. 8 of which you probably learned in gym class. But I guess that's what you get for 1.99. Disappointing, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew how limited it was.

Really gets your heart pumping! Friendly reminders after 3 days of inactivity is a nice motivator. Only minor complaint: I wish the voice over would countdown "..3..2...1. Rest!" vs. "Rest in 3..2..1" With the latter, my initial reaction is to rest as soon as it says the word.

This app Is a great way for people to gena quick workout in time. Most will think it won't have any effect but trust me it does. If you can motivate and push yourself, this comes in handy. I love this app and its especially good for athletes who want to stay in shape

As a full time student I spend far too much time locked to my desk in front of my computer screen.
This app is perfect for taking a quick break hitting all the spots that have been glued to a chair and leave you just breathless and energized enough.
The fact that I can do it all in the space of my room makes it far too easy to pass up.
Looking forward to making this a part if my regular routine.

I've been trying to lose weight doing everything from running walking and biking outside to many apps. Nothing has been working for me except this app. They have everything like data results (graphing of weight lose) reminders, many exercises, and its super easy. Even though it says you can use it anywhere you can instead of a chair or wall use whatever's around you love this app it's awesome

The exercises are simple and easy to do and require no equipment (with the exception of a chair, a sturdy wall, and some floor space). The interface is great. It's sleek and clean. They provide a good amount of information to help you maximize your potential. I really like the achievements and calendar to help you keep track of your progress. The overall BEST FEATURE: Reminders! It's like having a personal coach telling you to get moving. The exercises might be too simple for those athletic types who are looking for more, but it seems perfect for just about everyone else.
