Adobe Connect app reviews

  • It’s alright 3/5

    By Kaylaloohoo
Eh, it’s alright. Pretty glitchy and annoying at times, but it gets the job done. Could use work on aesthetics and effectiveness.
  • Moderate 3/5

    By Kordasti
Can’t listen to an audio file and a picture at the same time
  • Pointless app 1/5

    By Je5s3r
The app asks for a link to your meeting then opens it in safari instead...which doesn't work. Why I downloaded the app in the first place.
  • Awful 1/5

    By klg0000
I am having the same problem as others with this app. When I click on a webinar link it brings up a page asking me to download or open the app, which I already have on my phone. When I click on “open in app”, nothing happens. Sometimes when I paste the webinar link in the app itself, it doesn’t recognize the web address. I have missed meetings because of this problem. Please fix this soon!
  • Outstanding! 5/5

    By fywoodwerks
Works like a charm. First had issues getting the URL correct. But after logging in on a laptop and seeing the actual URL address of the meeting room, I entered that with the https://, was presented a screen to enter the login username and password i was issued for the meeting, hit next and I was in the meeting. The app stores your URL and login info so getting back in is as easy as three taps on the screen. I would argue this app is easier to use than the software on a laptop or the like. The functions are all there, full screen, mute, chat, raise hand; I basically found this to be a fantastic portable way to attend any Adobe-Connected meeting. And it's free with no ads!
  • It does its job 5/5

    By Mr Review.
I use it for connections academy and it works for my live lessons. Good app!
  • Useless 1/5

    By ughwhotookmyname
I have a recorded meeting to watch and cannot get this thing to work at all. It's the same loop. I enter the URL, it takes me to a webpage saying to download the app. Which I've already done. Ridiculous!!!
  • Doesn’t work on iPhone X 1/5

    By EDVM4294
I have tried everything I possible can and the app does not open my links. 😔
  • Adobe, so predictably bad 1/5

    By TreoRenegade
First, know that you CAN get this to work on an iPad. The trick is to chase down the meeting URL (try the link in your calendar or on the webinar description page), copy, then paste in the meeting field within this sorry excuse for an app. Second, select Guest, give yourself a name (I entered only a first name), and join. Wth that out of the way, Adobe, try getting some true coders of professional caliber. Better yet, call the folks behind GoToWebinar, find out how to provide a fuss free webinar-attend app, and pay them. Cuz you sure as can't figure it out on your own. I haven't been near an Adobe (or Microsoft) product since I jumped the Windows ship during Vista days. This intense irritant simply validates that abandonment.
  • BEST... APP EVER!!!!!!!!! 5/5

    By #puppiez4life
Dis app is like beyond 5 stars! It works great and I luvvvvvvvvv it!!!! Totally get it. GET IT RIGHT NOW. Best app👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
  • Upgrades wipe out my meeting history 3/5

    By MWFF2
The app works on my iPad fairly well. However my chief complaint is that when ever an upgrade is pushed I lose the meetings I have in my history. Small pain - but still a pain. I have weekly and bi-weekly meeting. When I am running late then I have to search for the url and type it in again and again, It should be possible to push an update without losing my history.
  • Where is the keyboard?!? 1/5

    By Lazvon
Can’t even login as there is no keyboard to type on. Can’t get much worse than that!!!
  • Horrible 1/5

    By Tapthat2
Crappy support. Hope they go out of biz!

I have the iPhone X and it won’t let me enter a meeting as a guest or type in my credentials to join a meetings.
  • Not sized appropriately for the iPad Pro 1/5

    By Great Oden's Raven
The app resolution is terrible on the iPad Pro.
  • Good but needs updates 2/5

    By W-Schlesner
The app works for me now. After I click the link to join my class I select open in Adobe Connect. The class will open, the only thing I can’t do is wrote in chat. I can get to the text box but I can’t write anything. I’m using the iPhone X with the latest IOS update. The app just needs to be updated that’s all.
  • Keyboard doesn’t pop up to be able to type in meeting url 1/5

    By Przfghtr
Keyboard doesn’t work in the app... I needed it for a meeting but now I can’t connect to it.
  • Problem with keyboard 2/5

    By Ali Gheini
Can’t use adobe connect in iPhone X, keyboard doesn’t appear, cannot copy or paste any address
  • Iphone X compatibility 2/5

    By Ram Katukoori
Hello Team, Please make the app compatible with iphone x. Right now i cannot type in the chat window. Happy Thanksgiving Thanks, Ram
  • No Keyboard Option! 1/5

    By Enoqq
Expected so much more from Adobe. The app doesn’t allow you to type anything in at all. Customer service is horrible and they just try to have you download more web browsers instead of fixing the app. Either their troubleshooting procedures are clearly not written for iOS or the technician was in the wrong manual...
  • Can’t type in the meeting link or my name! 1/5

    By Booeyeseeyou5
I was using this completely fine with my iPhone 6 but once I upgraded to my iPhone X I can’t type anything! No keypad comes up for me to either type in the the link to the meeting or type in my name. I really need Adobe to fix this issue so that I can attend all my online class meetings. I am very busy during my scheduled meetings each week so this is more than a small inconvenience. This makes the app unusable for me. I will come back and update my review once this is fixed.
  • It’s horrible app ever! 1/5

    By MHKarimzadeh
Horrible design, old hi, old technology, old support, no setting...
  • Doesn’t work on iPad 1/5

    By Auspexmac
Safari won’t download the add on and if you paste the url into the app it takes you back to Safari to play it. Vicious circle. Maddening. The worst.
  • Doesn’t work on iPad 1/5

    By mostlymellow
Copied link into the URL box and got an error... 3 times. Doesn’t work, plain and simple.
  • Awful iOS 11 Experience 1/5

    By Scripterrs
App seems to be stuck in some 8ish version of iOS; does not work with iOS 11 or iPhone X; do not use.
  • Total garbage- does not work!! 1/5

    By Red Grange
We missed a critical meeting because of the complete failure of this product. It simply does not work. AND try calling Adobe support to help login.... you get a sales pitch for a Florida vacation instead of support to assist. The worst experience I ever had. Adobe has become one of the worst companies in the US for “support”. Have used GoToMeeting and other options and they almost always work immediately- have for many years. Adobe needs to stick with Photoshop and Illustrator. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Read other reviews and see it is a complete failure. Total frustration.
  • Adobe Connect 3/5

    By zeta20twu
We need to be able to download documents that presenters give out to those attending the meeting. I don’t know why Apple IPad and phone doesn’t allow this. This is absolutely crazy. Please fix very soon
  • Shockingly bad 1/5

    By Uniquenickname227
The reviews are right. Does not play recordings.
  • iTunes should take this app down 1/5

    By aldowairi
This is just a joke. Why have an app that doesn’t work? Who is responsible for this? Everyone is complaining. Get a hint!!
  • Don’t bother 1/5

    By Hddathvxdjihgfdfgczshgf
What a waste and a complete waste of time. A very frustrating experience trying to get this app to work on my IPad. Now instead of having the freedom to watch meetings and recorded content from wherever I happen to be, I must sit in from of my desk top. I think you people need to take some lessons from GoToMeeting.
  • Completely use. Can’t even open. 1/5

    By SparklerStarter
This is one of the few times I can I have not been able to see a single feature of the app that’s how broken it is. No idea what the interface looks.
  • No iOS or Mac friendly 1/5

    By Ekamsc
The app opens but sound didn't work on iPhone or iPod or Mac. Audio test works but no sound from meeting😏
  • Doesn't work for my iPad or iPhone 1/5

    By ValorPax
Despite all the reviews, I was hoping I could get this app to work, but nope – doesn't work for me either.
  • Totally not accessible 1/5

    By HoustonGay
I'm trying to figure out what's the point of this app is. It's nowhere near accessible with voiceover and you can't get past the 32 pages of legal fees.l Waste of time
  • Unusable 1/5

    By Benfbat
Isn't compatible with the meeting links my online course uses, just redirects to Safari which doesn't support Connect in browser. Until this is updated, the app is worthless.
  • Adobe 4/5

    By ¡!👼!¡
I do online school and sometimes I don't have my computer, and I can't join on my phone unless I have this app. The computer is better but for a mobile app this is great if you know how to use it.
  • Not able to play recordings 1/5

    By Jjhinnj
I am not able to play recordings from an Adobe Connect meeting. It has been a while since I tried, but I believe this used to work. Was this feature removed or is it just broken?
  • Does not open app when prompted in web browser 1/5

    By The Artless
This app is complete trash unless you have the meeting URL. Cannot stress enough how badly this app performs
  • Did not work 1/5

    By archangels89
Was not able to connect to the meeting when I needed to.
  • Fail : Does not work on iPhone 1/5

    By Mad at stupid updates
Tried to watch my class recording using safari but I can't because I need the add in. Since the add in won't download on iOS, i tried the app. The app will ask for the web address of the recording. Fine until it does the dumbest thing which is to go to safari to play the recording. But it can't because I don't have the add in.... IDIOTIC. I feel like Adobe is playing a joke on everyone because a high school kid could have identified this issue and NOT RELEASED THIS SOFTWARE. who approves these things?
  • This App Does Work! 4/5

    By Ldb002
Ok I figured out how to get this app to work on the iPhone. When I click the link for my class I'm sent to a screen that says download Adobe Connect or Click to open in Adobe Connect if you already have the app. HOLD down the open in Adobe Connect App. A list will pop up on your screen, then choose Open in Adobe Connect App. Your app should open and you should be able to see your class/meeting. There are different views once in the app so Im able to view the presenter, write in the chat, ask questions, and answer questions in a poll. The only thing I don't have access to is documents the presenter has linked for download. Hope this helps!
  • Terrible 1/5

    By Tony gritiino
This App gives one the impression that you can view adobe connect recordings - but it does nothing of the sort, at least for iOS. How can Adobe do this?
  • Not happy 1/5

    By Shellie0327
I have never had a problem with adobe till they decided to do this add on. Now I can no longer access the recorded sessions from my school. These sessions for anywhere from an hour to 2.5 hours. I am now forced to access it on a computer. I am a student and a stay at home mom, this app is a disappointment.
  • Horrible 1/5

    By Saengsavanh
Does not work on my iPad Pro. Very disappointing.
  • Agree with others 1/5

    By Applesucks111
Pointless to just redirect to safari URL. Online help is worthless.
  • Doesn't work 1/5

    By Charlie M
    Doesn't work
  • Can't get required add in 1/5

    By Brandie121
This app worked great until the last update. Now it requires an add in for me to use for school. That would be fine except I can't download the add in on my iPhone so it completely defeats the purpose of having the app.
  • Can not watch my recorded class content 1/5

  • Adobe connect 1/5

How do I install it on my iPad?
  • Doesn't work on iOS 1/5

    By jocamco
What's the point of having an app on iOS that's sole purpose is to redirect your webpage to a browser?
