Their shipping is completely off. I wanted my order before valentines and according to the site I should've had it days ago. It just updated and is still STATES away. It's also not updating till days later because the link isn't actually live which makes me wonder on where it actually is. Their 1-2 processing days is anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks with my experience. Their shipping takes even longer. I will be canceling.
Same Lame Excuses 1/5
Every order I have ever placed was significantly delayed “due to an outstanding number of orders.”
Then after waiting even more I’ve had 3 times where after waiting excessively for my order they then send another email to say “Our inventory indicated that the Ophira Push-Up set was in stock, however this set was extremely popular and unfortunately, is no longer available in your size.”
This is the last example of when it happened but twice before then. It’s always the same excuse about high volume of orders or items too popular to keep in stock.
The basics of any business is supply and demand. You obviously can’t manage your inventory so your customers get what they want when they wanted.
The VIP membership is a joke. No one will feel VIP with extended wait times to receive items or not get them at all. And instead of them working on fixing the problem they just give you the same excuses and say sorry here’s a $10 voucher. Oh so I can order something else that will be delayed or no longer in my size? No thanks. Fix your business model and learn how to manage inventory.

I ordered a set online about a week and a half before Valentine’s Day and it said that I would receive it well before Valentine’s Day if I ordered it within the amount of hours counted down. Order processing in the U.S. I was told 1-2 Days. The amount cleared from my credit card the first day I bought it. It is now day 4 (almost 5) and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email that it shipped. I was told the estimated delivery would be between the 8th-12th. Well today is the 8th and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed them twice yesterday about my order and they still have yet to respond to me. I understand orders are in high demand around this time of year but I would appreciate that they would put a disclaimer or even take off the count down. Very disappointing that I still haven’t received an email regarding my order about this.

Aside from exchanging a few sizes and long shipping waits, I’ve honestly enjoyed everything I’ve purchased from this company. The biggest issue I have, is from a plus size perspective. The same cute and/or sexy designs available to non-plus size customers are not always available in plus size. For a company that caters to plus, it’s upsetting to see an adorable set and find that it’s not in your “size”. Additionally, even if you are plus size, items are not restocked well. I have the hardest time EVER finding something in my size, much less something that I would like enough to buy. I understand if they sell out quickly, but they need to work on restocking quickly, or notifying their client when an item they really like comes back in stock. This problem is extremely limiting to all shoppers, but plus size in particular. Lastly, it would be great to buy bras separately, and not have to purchase a whole set. Some plus women can find a non-plus size bra, but then be unable to fit into the bottoms, or vice-versa.
Used this once and I signed up and got the first month free but it wont give me my money back. I have tried to cancel it once and it said cancellation successful but then it charged my account again. It wont even let me remove my card information. So frustrating because I have to pay bills but cant because this stupid thing wont let me cancel or get my money back!!!!!!!

This company is great! I’ve had a hard time finding bras that fit me correctly and comfortably before. I have not been disappointed by the items that I have purchased so far. The app makes it easier for me to shop. It’s easy to access and navigate. The skip the month for vip is very easy to do and they even send emails before to let you know if you haven’t done it yet. The costumer service is good as well. Every time I’ve had to contact them I received a response either that day or the very next morning with the help that I needed. I have recommended this company and this app to many of my friends and family.

I’ve had VIP membership for quite a few months now but after their terrible customer service in my last order I would not recommend them to anyone! Don’t go based off what the website says on when you’ll get your orders, they take much longer. I placed an order 23 days ago that I have still not received, which would be OK had to handle the situation correctly.
The product is OK but definitely not good enough to have to deal with bad customer service on top of mediocre service.

After almost three years with the company as a VIP member I have noticed a glaring decrease in quality. I have been reordering the exact same style of bra many times every 6 months or so and since my first two orders the bra quality has dropped so much. I also ordered a robe that was so poorly made and unflattering. Last summer I did order a one piece swimsuit that is amazing, but after following up with a PJ Set order, I’ve noticed the quality is no better than what you would get in the PJ/undergarment section of a supermarket. Same goes for the athletic wear. I’m disappointed that this went from a company whose customer service and product quality was top notch to overall disappointing. One thing I will gladly brag about is that when you become a VIP member it is very easy to “skip the month” aka skip the monthly subscription draw, and if you forget to in time the refund option is easily accessible in the app and processes quickly. They also have great sales occasionally.

Bras fit okay. Nothing special. Placed an order 2 weeks ago and it's still "processing". Via email, I was told they don't know when it'll be shipped. I can't cancel because THAT has to be done within 30 minutes of placing my order. As if I would wait 2+ weeks...

I have turned off ALL marketing notifications, and only want the ones that remind me of the new month. The app is broken and sends me notifications all the time, mid-month. I’ve asked Adore Me to help stop them, but nothing changes. Seems like a bug, but it’s incredibly annoying.

In a little over a year and several orders I’m done with this company, here is a list of problems I’ve encountered. First one is if you order something and want it by a specific date they say 5-7 days for free shipping after products ships but you don’t find this out until after ordering so if you need it quickly you will need to pay for the expedited cost, this info should be available before you place your order so if you need to upgrade shipping you can. Second I have found most items to be poorly made I had order2 swim suits and the zippers broke on both after 1-2 uses contacted company and they would not do a return, also had a bra and nightgown have seams come apart after a couple of months. Also they don’t really cater to women of size as the hardly ever offer the same items that they do their stick figure customers. Also once a VIP member they make you really jump through hoops to quit, if you sign up for it on the app you should be able to stop being a member on the app . Unfortunately had hopes for this company but really cannot think of anything positive

I have only been with your company for a short time (just about over a year)! While I normally have no issue waiting the three weeks to a month for my products... HOWEVER, this time I ordered with three weeks time. Definitely far enough away from the date I needed my products for! After processing for TWO WEEKS, I am just getting it shipped to me. And my products will not be here in time for what I ordered them for. Not only that but I am also not even getting something I ordered because it is no longer in my size. (things happen) I was promised a refund but it has yet to post to my bank account and I was told this December 4th. It’s now the 12th! I am so so so very unhappy with this company. I ignored the bad reviews and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, I was let down.

I placed an order 6 days ago. Was told the ETA was 5-7 days. Now I am moving next week and they will not cancel my order. They would rather have the products delivered (me not receive them and who knows what will happen to them) then refund me. And the order is stuck in processing with no eta date. Ridiculous customer service!!!!

I have so many problems with adore me. So I wanted to cancel my subscription! They don’t even let you unsubscribe! I just got charged another credit on my account that I thought I unsubscribed from a month ago but I guess not. I had to call,text, and email them I hope this finally works this time. I’m so sick of adore me. Would not recommend at all!

I am SO happy I got this account set up. AdoreMe always gives me the sweetest most accommodating customer service and the quality of their lingerie has lasted me years. In fact, I sometimes wish it didn’t last so long because I want the excuse of old lingerie wearing out so I can buy new lingerie! The prices are fair for the lasting product. Only suggestion I’d give is for the company to look into making more durable lace panties. Otherwise, I’m SO into this new Bijou limited edition set and can’t wait to see what they’re going to do with it. Thanks, AdoreMe, for helping a gal out with fair priced and beautiful lingerie!

Just downloaded it and it won’t open. Tried restarting my phone and everything. The app just opens to the red screen with the words Adore Me on it. I saw a bunch of other reviews that said the same thing and Adore Me just gave the generic “we’re working on it sorry for the inconvenience” response and as far as I could see this problem has been occurring for months and they haven’t fixed it. I’ll gladly write a new review if the problem is fixed but I can’t give a positive review to something that’s impossible to access.
Great prices and fantastic quality! My husband enjoys lingerie so getting a new set each month is exciting! Everything I have purchased has fit like a glove.. make sure to follow the size guide! I had one incident where I had an item missing from one of my shipments. The customer service lady was very helpful and friendly. She gave me a voucher to buy anything I wanted from the store for my troubles. Thanks AdoreMe!

I've been a devoted Victoria Secret customer for 12 years. I only buy my stuff from Adore Me now. I love the app and how easy it is to use. I love having it shipped to my door and knowing that everything will fit me perfectly. I love not having to go to the mall and fight the crowds. I made two orders a week ago and one is still “processing”. I asked for a refund or a credit to my account in the amount and they politely told me I just had to wait. They don’t process refunds after 30 minutes after an order has been made. Who the hell is going to cancel an order after it’s just be made. I don’t know how this app is so highly rated but stay far away. Go buy from a good business, one that cares. Their honest reviews that I found online are all issues with proper shipping times and the Better Business Bureau rates them at an F. Stay away!!!!

I placed an order 6 days ago, was advised it would be delivered between Nov 7 & 9. It has yet to ship, and every time I call, I get the same line about them getting more orders than they anticipated, and the warehouse is backed up. I've called multiple times, and all they've offered to do was give me a $10 credit for my inconvenience. I asked that my order be cancelled since they couldn't guarantee delivery by the date I need. They refuse to cancel my order. They advised that I would have to wait until it was delivered, and then return it. They will then charge me a restocking fee! I will never order anything from them again, and I will advise every woman I know to not order from them either.

I placed and order 10 days ago and it’s still being processed, they charged my card and I’ve been waiting on it, I will never again order from this company again they don’t deliver fast and the price of the bras is the same as buying 1 from Victoria secret and having a fitting done as well, I’m very disappointed in this. I told my friends and they deleted their accounts and apps for the same reason!
Update 17 days now still no package! All of the good reviews are fake they are a joke don’t even waste your time downloading this app, I’ve had orders from China ship faster than this!

I have purchased four bras from Adore Me and they've all been pretty great. The material is sturdy and it isn't cheaply made. The only issue I've had is they have a pretty cool system where you buy 5 sets and get one free. Well I've purchased 4 and it's only saying I've purchased one. I've sent two emails to get assistance from customer service to explain it to me and I haven't gotten any answers. Also wish I could find nursing bras in my size and wish they had every size available in them. I fluctuate from D/DD So it's not like I have some crazy unheard of size. Unfortunately I can never find my size. Other than that, I'm happy with the bras and the company.

I placed an order on October 9th and was informed via the App and an email that I would receive my order in 5-7 Days. After 11 days, I called the customer service line to see what the hold up was. I was informed that there was a problem at the warehouse and my order was still “processing” and should be completely processed and shipped in the next five days and I would receive a refund of 25% of my purchase (over 180 dollars in merchandise). Another 10 Days go past and I contact the company again, to hear that there is still a problem with the warehouse and they are trying their best to process my order. With that I asked them to cancel my order and refund the rest of the charges I incurred from my order. I was told I would have to send an email requesting my refund in writing. I also informed the customer service representative that I wanted to cancel my “membership” all together because they were not a reliable company. In this 21days from initial order to me finally canceling my order and membership I received over 21
emails with advertisements to purchase more items. Today after I officially canceled my account and sent an email requesting a full refund, I FINALLY received notification from Adore Me that the items I ordered were sold out and that I received MULTIPLE codes for merchandise credit and an additional $10 account credit. Needless to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed and in this company. I would advice anyone considering this company to think twice and be vigilant with your purchases. I can’t imagine what Adore Me would have done if I had never contacted them at all!

I usually don’t shop online especially for bras, but I’ve been a fan ever since I bought my first bra. The sizing is perfect and the styles are so cute! I used to shop at Victoria’s Secret, but their bras are ridiculously expensive. Adore Me is much more affordable and love the promos they offer. I have the VIP account and it’s very convenient. You either shop or skip by the 5th of each month and your account won’t be debited. My account was once debited coz I forgot to skip and I just contacted the Customer Service and I got a refund. Simple as that!
