Why is your customer service calling me at 9:30pm local time? Plus, it’s very frustrating when the agents have such strong accents mixed with stuttering that you can barely tell what they’re saying.

I love using the Amazon app but have found a pesky bug in the most recent update (or two?). The drag-and-drop to save to a list feature is not working. I did find a workaround in that I can add the item to a list using that link from within the item's page. So that's something I can live with, though an extra step. However, I have tried opening my lists to revisit those items in the lists, and I can't, at all. I get an error page each time.
I really use the lists feature, and am frustrated without it. I can't compare the price of something in-store to something I've saved in one of my Amazon lists; I can't go back to actually "save and compare" products within Amazon; I can't find the items I saved for later though I'm ready to purchase them now. I'm sure the items are still there if I accessed my account from the computer, but "ain't nobody got time for that" ;) especially if you're at the store!
I look forward to seeing this bug squashed, as I am sure it will be, it's just a matter of time.

Ordered an item with two day delivery, on 8pm of day two I finally get an email saying the delivery is delayed. Well I chat w the customer service rep and they tell me it will absolutely be arriving tonight, because they added me to the priority list, etc. two and a half hours later nothing. I connect with the customer service team again and they say that the item won’t come for two days. They literally lied to me when they could have told the truth so I could buy this stupid item from the store before it CLOSED! Horrible lying company.

Anytime I try to use Touch ID to do anything within the app an error occurs. I am unable to order within the app using Touch ID. Makes it kind of useless.

In the last week when you tap an item in the deals section you are taken back to the list page. You cannot get to the item this way, which makes the app useless for Black Friday shopping. Please get this fixed ASAP!

When you sort by price all of a sudden you go from 12,528 items to 13 items? It is really that hard to make your app show all of the items in order of price? How about letting us filter between prices. You know, min price... max price? Lots of other companies do it.

Edit: as it usually goes these days, they brought back landscape, but with bugs. It’s impossible to read most “from the manufacturer” descriptions because they are frequently wider than one screen, and the zoom in landscape mode doesn’t work. In portrait mode you can zoom in, but often not enough. So, the text and images get cut off and customers can’t see some of the features. Merchants can’t be happy about, but who cares, the price of Amazon stocks is going up anyway!

I contacted customer service to fix some bugs I've been experience and they never fixed it. Every time i try to log in to my account or my registry it says sorry something went wrong and i cannot see my lists or account. This has been going on for a couple months now

Normally I would discreetly shop for Christmas when I have a minute here or there. However, this season I can’t do that because the homepage now has the stupid feature of showing recent orders. My daughter’s gift is there with a picture every time I open the app. It’s not even my most recent order. I can’t get it to go away!!! PLEASE get rid of this “feature” or allow us to customize so that it will go away. I guess I’ll be shopping at Nordstrom’s and Target until it gets fixed.

I can’t read longer reviews, add things to my cart or lists. Nothing. I can search for things but that’s about it. Most of my shopping on this site has to be done on my laptop unless I’m curious if something is in stock. Very disappointed that this is still a problem.

New Update Destroyed Wishlists 1/5
I’ve never had problems with this app, but the new update seems to have completely removed my wishlists and I can’t find them. Other people can still see them, but when I go to the wishlist page, it just tells me to create one.

Not terrible, but many things are just missing. For example, if you try to update your 1-click settings, it takes you to a dead end. No way to do it even though there’s an “Update Your 1-click settings” link.

Too many glitches. I cannot see my order details. It won't let me sign in for days now. I have to use PC. Very frustrating. Used to work fine. Hopefully they fix it ASAP with the holiday season approaching. Before this update would been a 5 star. Also months ago up age got rid up the ability to swipe right on a product to see similar products and I liked that option which they got rid of. Please put back.

Annoying glitch when using touch ID 2/5
Used to be a great app and most of the functionality is there, but anything involving Touch ID is a no-go. I can't make a purchase or check order history. Kind of pointless to use the app at all if I have to go to Amazon thru a browser to complete a transaction or check an order.

The app worked great and then little bugs started happening after each update. I’ve emailed about glitches and told it’ll be fixed ASAP. Still no fix. Would be nice to have them fixed for holiday shopping.

Every time I try to log in, whether I use OneTouch or physically type in my password, I get a message saying “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I’ve updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing. I had to order something twice because it wouldn’t even go through the first time, and I didn’t find out until the next day, so I’m receiving my item 4 days later than expected. As soon as that item arrives, I think I’m giving up on Amazon.

The Amazon app updated yesterday. Since the latest update, I have been unable to view orders on the app.
Selling returned products and fake stuff that other people swapped. CS is not good either
Every time I try to use the app it doesn’t work. It always says that there’s a problem loading the item, no matter how many times I’ve tried it, on different days.
It allows me to do a lot of things but once I've placed an order it will not allow me to make a second order. My cart is populated and i get to the screen of entering a po , I hit continue and it pops to the main screen. It's not until hours later that it works again. I have to go to the website to make another order. Please fix.
As of 11/2017 the problem still exists. Apparently they don’t care about a second order.
This new update makes me phone freeze while trying to shop.. I cannot look at item pictures they won’t come up any bigger either . Very displeased with this update

When there is a point that the app asks you for your finger print or password, about 90% of the time it say, “Sorry, something went wrong. Try again.” Super, super annoying! FIX THIS!

Still can’t open my lists 3/5
I’ve been updating the app for awhile now and Amazon still hasn’t fixed the problem with the lists bar at the bottom of the page. I am unable to drag and drop items to my list and when I try and open the list it keeps coming up with an error saying that this action isn’t supported by the app. If I can’t add things to my list then I’m less likely to buy from Amazon. Please fix it.

Why does the latest version of the reader open to the wrong page?
When I need to close the app, I set a bookmark and then close the app. When I open the app to return to my book, it ALWAYS opens to the page before the book mark.

Spent three months collecting and building my new computer gaming room. The final piece was a desk I ordered from Amazon (450$) which shipping was included. I tracked the package through the app which game me an exact date of arrival. I paid for someone to come install everything only to figure out it wasn't arriving until the following day. I had to fight with job to get another day off work as well as pay my installer for a second day. In total I lost around $400 with time off work and paying someone to work two days. I reached out to customer service but haven't heard anything back yet and it's been roughly 2-3 since I sent my email.

This app use to work well but it’s developing lots of bugs on IOS 11.1.1. If I want to contact a vendor or ask a question the app asks me to sign in even though I am signed into the app already. It asks for my fingerprint, then gives an error that “Something went wrong”. If the issues get fixed I’ll re-adjust my rating back to 5 stars.
Prime rarely keeps its promise 2/5
I frequently order through amazon prime, however I rarely receive my items in 2 days. Probably 50% of the time items marked prime come within 2 days...it's more like 5-7 day shipping. Kind of a false promise

I've used Amazon and the Amazon app for quite a while, and particularly when I was in college it was a lifesaver! The newest incarnation has a lot of new features (which makes sense) but as a long time Amazon user I would have liked some information about these services first. And the newest version automatically turns on 1-click buying, without giving the option of opting out in the notification. Amazon has always been about giving users options so it shouldn't take extra effort on my part to exercise my power to choose.

This app is a must have, however the new update where they added touch id really screwed it up. It is now impossible to view orders or anything account-related, and the only message is one saying “Oops! Something went wrong!” That...uhhh...kinda needs fixed.
