I have to go to my iPhone or computer see the pictures in the reviews if I’m on my iPad.

UPC scan hopelessly broken, formerly best in class. Walmart app has far surpassed it in speed and accuracy. Having to use ShopSavvy to scan UPC to find Amazon listings. Bring back good UPC scanning.

I love amazon and have prime but for some reason on my iPad I can’t see the photos people uploaded to review products.

I often find myself struggling to find the Amazon warehouse deals section on the mobile app especially when I can’t navigate to a certain section mainly automotive. Please add a way to either filter to it or similar functionality to access available in full site.

(1) For the first few minutes after installing the present app (for a second time!), I could press "Your Other Lists" and view my Shopping List. Then, it's stuck in Wish List.
(2) I often press the "Return". Nothing happens.
Never had these problems before the app was changed.

I’ve tried to make purchases but keep getting the “something went wrong” error when I try to complete the transaction. If I try to make changes, like picking a different card, it sends me back to the shopping cart. I also have similar problems when checking out order history after I go through a login prompt.

You need to make the colors of the “add to cart” and the “one-click purchase” buttons much more different. I accidentally made a $114 purchase because of this problem. I thought I closed it before it completely loaded the page but it went through anyways. Amazon was really good a quickly responding to my refund request so that’s why I gave it 4 stars but they lost the 5th star based on the button problem.

Kudos to the Amazon app folks. They did an update and immediately there was a problem with the toolbar. But within a couple of days they had it fixed and the app is working great. It’s really a great app (again)

Corrupt wrong and crooked 1/5
returned this book and they won’t refund me the money for it. I’ve removed confirmation emails and tracking info for the item. Every time I talk to anyone about the situation they are extremely rude and are no help at all. Even though I have received emails from them stating the items been received they say that there is no records of me returning the items. The computer is crooked and quick to take money from my account but when the item has been returned they want to act like they can’t find the order or any history of me returning the book

The app is great on iPad, with the exception of not being able to access your account information and gift card balances. This can be done on my phone app, but why it isn’t available on the iPad version just baffles me.

Suddenly, my login works erratically. Sometimes I can login to place orders. Sometimes I can’t. Somehow there’s accidentally a double order but I never got far along enough for confirmation and now I can’t get it to let me login to cancel them.

Everyday if I open the app my cart is full of junk items (phone cases for phones that neither I nor anyone in my family has) that I would never even think of buying or looking at! I delete them but different ones get added the next day! I won’t open the app for a week and when I do it’s full of junk. It’s very creepy and I feel violated. The app is the only way I access my amazon account. I’ve changed my password multiple times but it doesn’t matter. I know my account hasn’t been hacked as no orders ever go through so it seems amazon is purposely placing these items in my cart hoping I’ll accidentally buy them! Very very shady practice. I may end up canceling prime if this continues.
Latest update fragged the navigation ! 4/5
UPDATE 1/15/17: Raised from 1 Star to 4 Stars. ONE DAY after I submitted my complaint to Amazon app feedback about the top navigation tools, they published an update. The app seems to work fine now. My spouse and I use the app DAILY so having all the tool working was a big deal for us.
The newest version 11.01.0 has messed up the navigation icons at the top of the screen. When going to view Lists the text icon/link to view all your lists is now unresponsive. I found another, similar top of page link; although I can’t remember which one, that was.
Otherwise, the app works well for me.

I used to have no problem with this app. Now, recently, I have tried to make several orders and when I press “place order” it brings me back to lproceed to checkout” very frustrating and renders the app completely useless. Please fix this issue.
Top tool bar is not functioning 3/5
My app updated to the latest version which was supposed to fix the upper tool bar functionality. It didn’t; it’s just gotten worse. The app now crashes after the toolbar stops responding. I could not find an easy way to contact the developers to report this issue. I would have rather sent a message, not call or have to rate the app. I haven’t had trouble with the app before this issue.

This is such a bad thing I have never seen like this. Every time I add 4 items it’s just saying I can’t get free shipping. Each stuff has option to choose free shipping but some items doesn’t and if I try another time it never works. Please do something. This is makes me feel irritate.
No pictures, continuous loop on reviews 3/5
When I search on my iPad, none of the reviews have pictures and it will scroll in a continuous loop between the first page of reviews even if I click to see more. This does not happen when I look on my android app, so I usually end up searching there if I am looking for something that I want to see pictures of. That is a pain because it is smaller.
I actually do like the wish list but I find it difficult to switch between lists.

This app has too many so called features. This makes the app unwieldy, harder to navigate, and confusing.
My suggestion is to cleanup the reading interface by moving choices to one page accessible through the home screen. This would make READING the simple action it should be; select a book, open the book, read the page, turn to another page.
Wish List Shows Your Greed 1/5
Putting that annoying wish list bar and stealing my screen real estate is dispicable. It also breaks some top menu stuff and video play on products. It basically locks the app at times.
And your latest "update" shows how clueless you are. Fix the top menu freeze caused by the wishlist space stealer or remove the space stealer?
I don't want it there but I can't turn it off? You say you want to be cutting edge customer focus? Get rid of that stupid wish list. Wish list is for others to look at, not me, and not constantly.
If I delete everything on my wish list does it go away? Going to try that next time I swallow my bile enough to open this app. This annoying app that now I have to restart again and again because the wish list bar locks it up.
Did you ever stop to consider that we hide menus under the hamburger menu for a reason? Because most of the time we don't interface with the wishlist or the blah or the blah. It helps reduce cognitive load. This is not good user interface or user experience.
You need to seriously question the motives and intelligence of the person who championed this "feature" and foisted it upon us.
You should also remove that bottom bar.

Spend your money elsewhere. I have Prime membership for the two day shipping. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered within two days; latest day being Sunday (today when I’m writing this). Today was the second day and the deliverer just passed my house. I got a notification from Amazon saying attempt failed, but he didn’t even stop at my house! So there goes my two day shipping that I pay extra for. Customer service was no help and the best they could do was have it shipped tomorrow. I wish they would have compensated me for this inconvenience. But they were no help. Not worth giving them my money.

Recent feature: whenever is scroll down in my Shopping Cart into my Saved Items and App has to load more data, it Doubles up every item in my cart. (Just a display issue because doesn't show them doubled up on laptop.) And then when I scroll down more to load more items it Triples every item in my cart. Due to this I'm not seeing any more items just more of the same.

EDIT: increased to 2 Stars after the last update corrected the upper tool bar issue. The Refine Search issue hasn’t been resolved.
Last updated 1-13-18 on iPhone 7 IOS 11.2.2. “Back” arrow quit working & the refine filter that specifies Verified Purchases Only often doesn’t provide a check box.
Please fix save for later function 3/5
Good except when I try to scroll through my saved later it just shows me the first five items over and over. It loads like it will show the rest of the list but just shows me the same things. Sometimes it’ll show me three or four of the same thing in the list when there is only one of that item. It’s very inconvenient because I can’t find the things I’ve saved for later to buy them.
