Tried multiple times to download app, every time the offers just shows as a blank page. Every other screen seems to work but I wouldn’t really know. The offers showed up before I log in, and then they disappear even those as Gold it says I should have them.

At&t need to change their way of verify if you are under at&t service because I am currently under at&t phone number but account and login are held by my family and I cant ask for them . T mobile tuesday reward are much better since they require thru the phone and if your phone number are verify of TMobile then you can start using it . So why did they make this much complicated then it need too?
Have tried numerous times to login and it does not work. I am able to login to the AT&T website just fine with my credentials but this app fails every time.
Please fix as it is unusable right now.

I LOVE CHECKING THE LIVE SHOW LINK WHERE THERE HAVENT BEEN ANY SHOWS LISTED SINCE I DOWNLOADED THE APP.
ANYWAYS... CANT LOG IN TO CHECK THAT THERE ARE NO LIVE SHOWS FOR ME TO GET DISCOUNTED TICKETS TO.

The Tuesday movie thing was fine before the app and that still works. My issue is with the Event Access portion. I tried multiple weeks to get tickets only to have log in problems when I'm supposed to be kept logged in, blank screens where Tix should be, my city not listed. I've also seen my city listed with no event under it because tickets were gone in less than 2 minutes. At least list what the event was in faded text so I know what I missed out on. The one time I saw tickets in my city, I clicked on it but they were already gone. And today, it said that all tickets were gone when I got on at 12:00 ET on the dot. Did you even have any tickets? How did they all disappear in a few seconds?!
Such a disappointment EVERY SINGLE WEEK. Don't know why I even bother. 😡

Much like their stance on net neutrality, AT&T’s “thanks” app is utter garbage. Not sure why anyone expected anything more from them, really.
T-mobile Tuesday’s is way better. They actually give you good stuff and $3 dollar movie tickets!!
Screws you for presale "offer" 1/5
It offers exclusive presale opportunity however the ticket options didn't open up until 24 hrs after it said it would and then it gives you a promo code, an option to copy the promo code, paste it, but then says the Promo Code is invalid... All in the same screen. So frustrating. No point in having it.

Not really anything in the way of benefits. I have “gold” status and I have no current benefits. At best there are discounted tickets, always to stuff I don’t want. I already got access to ATT hot spots (not that I have ever found one), Expedia Ted support because of my business account.

The app doesn’t work. I have been trying to order pre-sale concert tickets for the last hour and the concert selection button does not open a separate page to purchase tickets. The app doesn’t even show the pre-sale password to use on the Ticketmaster site. A waste of my time!

There is no magazine sign up! There’s nothing except a movie offer. Where’s the rest of the content. I’m at a tier that should give me more than one. Deleting!
I downloaded the app and I logged on and all there is is a lot of what we might get. There’s no list, no events, nothing. And every page says download app. Well I did already. What’s next?

I accidentally created a profile with a uahoo.com email account instead of Yahoo and there is no way to fix it! It just tells me I’m not eligible for discounts. When I try to create a profile with the correct email of course my number is already being used. Uninstalling not worth the hassle.

Can’t even log in! I’ve tried so many times and trust me, my login info IS correct! After reading the reviews of others that CAN log in, I don’t think I’d even be interested in the offers. 👎🏻
Great cellular service but horrible thank you app.
While I am on the app trying to explore the new benefits and rewards, the page I am on is telling me that I will learn more once I get the app. Um. Already on it.

The app itself is quirky. Odd layout and navigation. Teasers about benefits you might possibly have access to sometime in the future, but never come to pass.
As a loyalty program it’s not much more than an unrealized promise. The only value I’ve realized was access to Readly. And after 20 minutes I decided that wasn’t worth any more of my time.
What’s the point of having an app called AT&T Thanks, if not all AT&T customers are going to be eligible for it! This was stupid and a waste on my time!

I don’t know how many times I tried to create an account. It kept saying every username already existed. Go to your local theater on a Tuesday instead. Normally they have half priced tickets on Tuesdays anyways. Don’t waste your time with this.

After having all sorts of struggles logging in (having to reset password a number of times) I was totally disappointed with the clicks telling me something I MIGHT like MIGHT be here in the future. For right now and extra Tuesday night movie ticket (w my loyalty card I already have $5 Tuesdays not having to jump through hoops) or an online mag subscription (to turn into paid after a year) as my “thank you,” I feel less thanked than if there was NO app. In this time where so many companies offer cool rewards, it’s just better not to celebrate yourselves for rewarding customers if this is all you’ve got. Just keep the status quo and say nothing/offer nothing.

AT&T has been popular in my area and the deals do not help me at all. Not even the movies, and that’s why I downloaded this app primarily. I’ve tried before, but still the same issue. The theaters in my area (Yakima, WA) aren’t listed in “Participating Theaters”. Sad because I thought I can actually get rewarded for being with AT&T for being with them for so long since merging with Cingular. I can’t even request a theater to add to their list. Or even contact them further that FAQs could not answer. Altogether, no benefits for me.

App login doesn’t work. Other than that have used the offers through AT&T Thanks many times and love it. Glad that the company is even offering things like this on top of all the great wireless and tv offers. This is just icing on the cake for me. Will update to five stars once log in problem is fixed.

I’ve had to make multiple accounts using the same service, and now with the new app they won’t allow me to even make an account!!!!

They’re advertising “Ticket Twosdays” for AT&T customers, where you can buy 1 Regular Ticket and get one Free on Tuesdays.
When I clicked the link, it redirected to me to movietickets.com where I was to purchase the tickets. It said my discount would be applied in the cart...
WELL, AFTER purchasing 8 tickets, thinking I’m getting 4 tickets Free, I see my statement... I received 1 Ticket “Free”, but was also CHARGED almost $10 for a “convenience fee”??? Seriously... I could have gone to the Theater and paid less!
The fine print disclaimer was NOT clearly visible... the initial advertisement CLEARLY stated, “When you buy a Ticket for a movie on Tuesday, you’ll get the second one on us. It’s just another way that AT&T thanks you”....
NO asterisks, NO telling you there’s additional restrictions (I have the screenshot). You don’t see any of that unless you scroll to the bottom of the page. (which is BELOW the link you’re supposed to click on to buy the tickets).

I’d love to get some tickets, but your ding dang app is too slow! It freezes every time you click on a time or movie. Worse, it says a theatre has it, you click on the theatre and it tells you it doesn’t have that movie! What the heck!?!?!?
