I’m an employee and I’m trying to log in with my user id and password. The app force to change a password and still not able to log in with my credencial. Please do something about it. I’m more than glad to change my review once they change the issue. But for now less than 1 start for me

Tried to take advantage of a $10 off 3 movies on directv offer. Well, tried to price it anyway. Got error message saying use a browser that accepts cookies. I’m using iOS Safari 11.2.5. Sorry direct tv. I will not let you spy on me. Besides the one movie I checked elsewhere showed directv wanted $10.99 to view. So I just used iTunes and paid $5.99 for 4K. That $10 credit for 3 movies just would not go far enough to offset this ridiculous directv movie price. ($23 for 3 movies vs $18 on iTunes and Apple TV).

It needs to remember movie tickets.com info better. Why should we have to sign in twice if we own both apps? Plus if I choose Regal theaters I have to keep re-entering club info for points and then....CLICK! The timer stops me because it’s own app is too slow and clunky to use. Why should we feel pressured to get the order done in 5 minutes IF ITS THEIR FAULT I had to sign in again and enter repeated info that’s saved to my accounts already?!!
How do you even login? It keeps saying that my login information is incorrect but I checked and I am using the correct login and password.

Every time I try to log in, it says error try again later. I know I’m using the right password because when I tried a different password it said invalid password. I still get an error message when I’m using the correct log in info. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the app too. Useless

I try to check out a deal that sounds interesting.
It tells me I need to be in the app.
Repeat and rinse.
Oh! And if you go to the “Contact” page, there doesn’t seem to be anything related to the app itself.

I think the idea is great, but T-Mobile does it better. This app would be a lot better if more content was added and opportunities weren’t built around events being more relevant to one demographic or another. Give us pizza. Everyone likes pizza. Or gift cards would be nice. Otherwise the layout is nice and navigation is smooth.

I was considering downloading the app by their star status. Fortunately I read their reviews first and I’m not quite sure how they can get such a high rating since when 90% of the reviews that I read through work bad reviews I’m thinking their star status is wrong. But I do have to add after reading many of the reviews I’m considering going to T-Mobile they obviously offer better rewards and ATT does.

As the title says this app doesn’t seem to work on an iPad. Not all of us I own iPhones please fix.

I downloaded this app hoping it would be like T-mobiles app but this is horrible. I’m guessing it’s only for people that have AT&T as their cable provider because I have phone service with them and when I went to check it , it said I was not eligible for the rewards. Also it logged me out. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all until they fix it up.

So, I used to be able to get the ticket twosday deal. Just by going on the website, enter my phone number and then they send you a code and then you have access to choosing your movie and getting the deal which is buy one get one free. Ever since they started this ATT THANKS app, that ticket twosday part is not working. Every time I try to log in it keeps saying there's an error. It has been this way the last 3 Tuesday's I have tried logging in. It's not my log in because when I go on the actual att website, I am still able to log on and view my bill, etc. hopefully this is fixed..

Sorry I will not comply to your “consent to collection of information” on my personally identifiable information (PII) nor allow you to provide the list of apps, and how I use them to others for AT&Ts financial gain.

I have an AT&T account, have a user ID, and I know my password. I can log in from my PC as well as myAT&T app. This app “is supposed” to use the same log in information but that is NOT TRUE! The app redirects you to validate your phone number then sends an error message. AT&T THANKS IS A NO THANKS!!!

This app will not allow me to login. I’ve reset everything, uninstalled and reinstalled, called customer care who was absolutely no help. Said they “filed a ticket” for me but did not. It’s been over a month and still can’t get in the app!!!! If you’re going to offer an app with discounts for loyal AT&T customers, u should make sure it works. The app should be call “AT&T thanks for nothing” app. Second call to customer care tonight and have been on for 25 mins with no result. Worthless..... don’t waste ur time with this app.

I’ve been an AT&T costumer for a while and I rarely used the app. But when I did use it, I was able to get on it with my log in about twice before this “error” and “try again later” started popping up. And I’ve tried logging in again multiple times since the recent update but it gives me the same message over and over again. This is something that needs attention because I don’t know what the point of having a benefits app is if you can’t log into it to use it.

I was taken to the movietickets.com and I can’t even get show times for any movie. There’s always an error. I have sit here for an hour and still nothing. The app is garbage. Go back to what you had before or look at tmobile has done. I can’t even get anything on my laptop. I’m taken to a page to download this app on my laptop!!! I can’t even get tickets normally on a pc. Terrible app.
I have been trying to use this app for at&t tickets twosdays and It won’t work. This has happened two weeks in a row. I’ve tried deleting then downloading it and quitting all my other apps and nothing works. The website never gave me any problems.

The concept of the app is great but the execution is horrible. It’s super slow and never works. I’ve tried buying movie tickets and have not been able to buy them even once. What a shame. Would have been awesome to use if it ever works
