but please fix the bug where it makes you log in every time i do this when i’m half asleep and it’s really aggravating having to log back in every single time. this wasn’t always a problem until recently and other than that i love this app much
Easy to Create Time & Space 5/5
This app makes it super easy to create the time and space for a meditation as short as three minutes, or two or three meditations as long as 7 minutes each. There is a vastly wide variety of meditations to choose from: everything from being guided through a specific thought process to being guided through a simple breathing practice. I also really enjoy that there is a community of people who are also meditating and it is easy to interact.

When I didn't use the app for a few weeks, I got an email asking me to set up a phone appointment with a co-founder to discuss my practice. It's a good app, if you don't mind knowing that they're watching you and don't find their surveillance intrusive and creepy. I've deleted the app; plenty of other meditation app choices out there.
NO CLOUD SYNC!-👸🏻♿️ 2/5
HELLOOOOO??? iCloud sync? NOT available! I tried setting this app up on both my iPad & iPhone. The iPad version accepted my info fine. Then I did the same with the iPhone & I got a popup message saying my email is already in use! I agree with the reviewer who said sloppy programming. Definitely sloppy. Or lazy. Possibly ignorance? May b cutting costs? Whatever it is it is certainly keeping me from paying any $ 4 the xtras. Greed/laziness/penny pinching is very shortsighted & really does not benefit ANY business in the long run. Step it up, guys!!! 😬

This is a wonderful app that allows for customization based on how your feeling or what stage of learning you are at in mediation and mindfulness. I am new to this and have this app incredibly helpful.

I Love This App But... 3/5
This app has been such a wonderful addition to my mindfulness practice, however I am really missing the gratitude journal, which for me is a huge part of mindfulness. It has also stopped keeping track of the number of days I’ve been using it. I had reached a 182 streak and then it just stopped counting. It is helpful to know how many days I’ve been meditating and having an unbroken streak keeps me motivated each day. Perhaps it’s time for me to seek out another app that has all the elements that drew me to this app to begin with. It is a nice app but without those features I just don’t think it’s for me anymore.

I was new to meditation when I started. I've tried a couple others at the time and this one resonated the most with me. While some say it makes them feel worse, I would say it helps you face the issue you're dealing with. As a newbie, I couldn't sit for long moments so the short audios gives me a chance take mini breaks to select the next suitable ones. I love this app!

I've had this app for a while now, and it has really helped me focus and relax more. It's so handy to have the meditations to listen to wherever I am. I find the stickers an encouraging boost to keep it up. I always feel better after listening to a guided mediation.

Its a great app I've been using it since it hadn't the premium version, its a great app!!! It has a lot of meditations and they're very relaxing and helpful.
