The app is horribly slow. I think it is useful BUT navigating via Safari or Chrome is a smoother/faster experience than the app itself. When navigating, the app is slow and unresponsive to the point of just killing it and starting over.

Can Pay With Apple Pay 5/5
The Best Buy App is easy to use, but my favorite feature is that I can pay with Apple Pay using the finger print scanner, so much safer than punching credit card details into a site in the internet. Then drop by the store & pick your item up.

I placed an order which i patiently waited to be pick up after a week when I received an email that my order will still be delayed for no definite date. It was a very disappointing experience.
Could not use my Best Buy Credit Card many times online. I registered it twice! I called customer service 5 times. All calls were overseas and they did not know what the hell they were doing. Best Buy app was a complete nightmare. My orders would go through, then I got emails that it could not verify information. All my personal information and credit card were up to date. Could not use my Best Buy Card online. I was basically beating a dead horse. Best Buy customer service is horrible and incompetent. I must of verified my information about 10 times. I still had a hard time using my Best Buy Card which is in good standing.
I got this app to pay bills and keep track of purchases and credit card, but nope. It doesn’t let me do that so it’s useless in that aspect to me.

App on iPhone just "sits and thinks" with a blank white screen when launched. Stays that way. If minimize window and maximize again, the front page is populated like normal, but the screen is frozen. Can't scroll or select. Sometimes home button becomes unresponsive. Have to kill app. Does not help to do a "hard" restart of phone. App is up to date.

The app needs an extremely high internet connect otherwise it doesn’t load what you need. Also, it feels flawed and “hallow” such that you can’t rely on the app.

I only make a few purchases a year. I like to review statement itemized detail before paying inline. This app will not allow you to print or view your statement, I am using iPad Pro. BB app technical support has no answer as to why this viewing of statement does not work. The buttons are there to view or print statement, but nothing happens when you click on them.

I love Best Buy and the app works fine except when it comes to checkout. The app charges more for items when using Apple Pay. The fee is represented in taxes but when using other methods of payment items are less. Once this issue is fixed, I will change my rating.

I purchase an iPad mini 4 for $299. They canceled my order, I called to see what happened. They said I exceeded the limit of the item I purchased. Then when he studied my order he found I did not exceed the limit. They couldn’t help me because it was already canceled. It was they’re mistake. Now it cost $399. It was a gift. 😔.

I want to say I am very disappointed with the service of Best Buy. I walked into the store and ordered a cable I even verified the address. Now, that cable is going to my legal case with me. And do not have the order, because the computer system at Best Buy is not secured enough to carry updated and corrected information. They hire people who either don’t care about the customer or they do. This is not funny.... not one bit. My order was sent to the wrong address one that I did not verify and o cannot believe I walked into the store for professional assistance. Instead I got incompetent childishness service. Simply awesome! Highly recommended by CR and my AV person has made it specular by installing Apple TV to push the 4K signal. They don’t tell you that at the store. In order to get the picture you see at the store, you either need a receiver that pushes the 4K signal or Apple TV, or a new BLUE RAY DVD. That adds a considerable amount to the upgrade.

Every time I try to check my order status of each item I purchased it signs me out then asks me to re-sign in when I do and try to check again it signs me out this has been happening for a few days now help!
Overall the app works, but there are little things that should clearly not have been overlooked. For over a year, you can not change pages in the weekly ad without opening the menu and selecting the next page. Buttons at bottom of pages are gone, nor can you swipe left or right.

Washer and Dryer 4/5
I bought a new washer and dryer recently but for some reason I have not received award points to my account. Not an issue as far as the washer and dryer goes. The washer and dryer are performing as expected and I’m happy with the purchase.
The customer service was outstanding, both before and after the sell. Friendly and willing to help.
The delivery was 2 hours earlier than the confirmed time slot which normally would be no big deal, but I had to take time off from work to meet them, that was a problem.
