What a bad idea to release the new version of an app the same week is the busiest shopping day. This version is not stable and does not let me shop. Will impact their app sales for certain. Sad for B.B.

Your app gets a zero star if I could rate it. Don’t introduce new bugs when you tried to fix old bugs. Now the app is rendered unusable because the loading icon keeps flashing when I viewed an item. Can’t add it to the cart due to the app being unresponsive.

This app would work just fine but after so many updates, nothing loads!!!! It’s so frustrating! It will let me search but when I choose the item I want to see it just tries to load but never does.

Whenever you try and open anything on the app it just sits there loading. Nothing happens.
So far, I’m planning my Black Friday shopping around deals I can find using apps and websites.
Unfortunately, BestBuy is being overlooked.
I guess they heard me, have been asking for iPad Pro resolution support for some time and they finally did it as of this recent update! Thank you!

This app is so sluggish. I cannot even use this app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and it did not solve this issue. I have reset my iPad and that did not solve that issue either. Trust me it is not my internet. It is so frustrating!!! I will just the use the web browser Safari instead of this app. I am so disappointed with Best Buy for not fixing this app. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing nothing about it. Best Buy could have much much better app.

After updating the app is not loading when you put your password to login to your account and the new update is too complicated. This app is totally useless now but before updating it was ok..it takes to long to load or it doesn’t load at all. Please fix this issue.
This app is horrendous! It doesn’t load anything. I can’t check my history. I don’t know how many points have after spending $1200. It’s slow and ultimately a waste of time.

Love using the app but every time you guys do an upgrade I have to re log back into my account. It does not save my user Id. It’s very annoying! Every other app I use does not have this issue. Get that right and I give you 5 stars.

There is no app support for the Best Buy credit card. It would be really nice to check balances/ make payments through the app like many other retailers. It could even be a separate app from shopping. It’s 2017 and I need to call to check balances or go online with a desktop computer? C’mon

I used to use this app all the time then they changed something. I like to view the weekly add but it takes forever to load and when it finally loads it is impossible to navigate. You can go to a section but you can't page thru the add. There is a link for the Black Friday add but the add won't load. I guess they want you to shop Amazon.

Where did the Apple Pay support go? I remember using it to order something for pickup and was excited to use it again and all I could find was PayPal and Visa Checkout. I have a device already fully configured to give you my money, why are you giving me reasons to rethink my purchase while I figure out login info for some other pay service?

Using iphone and loading is an issue, i have a good internet connection but items on app loads very slow, wasting so much time, so I just use the best buy official website instead with ease.
this app always takes forever to load and sometimes it doesn't load at all - I never use the app because it is too frustrating for a “high tech store” it certainly has a crappy app sorry to say :(

I'd like two update. First the trade in part of the app is a joke. I can't even find the trade in value of the new assassins creed origins game or shadow of war both newer releases it's ridicules I can't find how much I'd get in trade. Second I'd like to see the paper ads not the mobile generated ones. They don't show all the promotions, only sale prices. Give the option to see the full page ads as if I was holding it in my hand. I'm a gamer club member for $30 a year but if I have to call the store very time I want a trade value I'll not be renewing next year.
Until they make the rewards card and gift cards easy to use with Apple wallet this has no use for me. It’s just another app that is a glorified website.

Best Buy was price gouging the iPhone X and did not give me a price match guarantee. The phone was clearly $100 less from all other places with stock. For this reason, I will NEVER use Best Buy again. I’m canceling my credit card!

The Best Buy is very unstable. Several glitches and crashes occur when utilizing a POS transaction:
1. Does not properly update pick up store option
2. Weekly ads are very unstable and currently available for viewing
3. Touch ID option does not work properly and logs out occasionally.

This app is ALWAYS slow as molasses for me. That's across multiple iPhones, on both wifi and LTE. Too bad because I love Best Buy stores.
