Why bother with Touch ID at all 1/5
What’s the point of having Touch ID if you’re gonna make me type in my ridiculous password at least every day anyway?
Typical garbage from B.B. 1/5
Leave it to BB to create something bloated and unfriendly.
Every update breaks the application 1/5
Updated it to latest version and now the app keeps asking for enabling remote notifications but there is no such setting in 11.1.2 ios
Battery Drain 1/5
Drains battery like no other app. I use a lot, but is is using 60% of my phones battery...when you try to disable the background refresh then alerts go away. Worthless and they don't seem to be able to get this right no matter the version or update cycle.
Fails to deliver on promise 1/5
This app and its companion apps promise access to work email, calendars, etc. What it actually delivers is having to remove and reinstall the app through corporate IT every time there is any iOS update or even the smallest update on the corporate IT side. I have had to re-install the whole family of apps weekly for the last two months.
24 hrs offline. 36 hrs offline. Can’t get emails. Drains battery. App crashes after opening. Companies only option for emails. Trapped. HELP!!
A developer could not deliberately make a worse application 1/5
This is the worst application I have ever had to use on any platform. I have tried multiple times to activate the application and it keeps erroring out. This is despite having deleted and reinstalled many times over the past couple of years. I suspect it has something to do with the latest iOS upgrade and BlackBerry not being compatible – again.
Terrible app 1/5
There's nothing else to say. This app (the entire "Hood" suite, actually) is nearly worthless. It gets one full star only because I'm rounding up.
By Just us cats
Worse version ever. Crashes, unstable.
Settings lacking remote option. 1/5
I'm having the same issue as the user listed. There is no option for this in settings. Frustrating.
Allow remote notifications..... WHERE? 1/5
When opening the app a dialog window appears saying that I have to allow remote notifications and then it takes me to the UEM settings where there is NO option to allow these notifications!
DO NOT UPDATE-Crashes 1/5
Have to use this to access work email on Blackberry Work. Updated the other day. Now it Immediately crashes every time it's opened. I'm effectively locked out of my work email.
iPhone users shouldn't get the update.
Profile no longer loading 1/5
Fix this fast, have no access to work or anything else anymore. Provisioning fails and configuring profile crashes. Apparently you can't report a problem on their website.
iPhone 7+ iOS 10 crashes consistently when trying to configure profile. Please fix!
App crashing after the updated 1/5
By Praneeth avisa
It keeps crashing after the update and uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and had to request my credentials again. But it still keeps crashing.
Broke server access 1/5
This update broke access to email and web
This update claims stability improvements. It's so stable it crashes immediately on startup
Can't access emails after update 1/5
Just updated to the latest app version which causes it to crash every time I open it. Therefore I'm not able to access my work email atm! Please fix it ASAP
By BB werk is horrible
New version won't even open. Crashes immediately upon tapping the app! Horrible!
Worked as it should. 4/5
I think the bad reviews are just confused user. UEM is an authentication app and it worked perfectly for me.
Cannot understand why this secondary app is even necessary 1/5
Some settings are in this app and some in Blackberry Work. Why in the world do I need two apps? The interface appears straightforward, but as an end user I'm not sure where settings land. Are they in UEM Client or Blackberry Work? You have to hunt to figure it out and I just don't see why that complication is needed.
Mind blowing junk 1/5
As an IT person it absolutely blows my mind this app passed any testing and people actually thought "wow this is an awesome experience". I will literally get a notification for an email then when I check my email it's not there and takes a long random amount of time for them to show up. Why anyone would use this for their company is baffling. Don't do this to your employees especially if you and they have important things to do.
Unbelievably bad 1/5
Auto-updates and now it's self-blacklisted and won't run. This is the premier enterprise mobility solution on its best supported platform?
Horrible technology 1/5
This is the worst. Can't believe our company signed up to use this.
Good not Good Enough? 1/5
Good for Enterprise worked just fine. Even Touch ID worked. This new version has dull colors, is slow, Touch ID isn't working and I can't access any work related hyperlinks. Just give it up Blackberry.
A new coat of paint - same issues with Touch ID 1/5
Nice new colors and name. Trying to hold on to the BlackBerry name. I get it. Good job on that.
But could you, PLEASE, actually fix Touch ID? This is the only app I have that "supports" Touch ID but never actually works. Come on, now. Can it really be that hard? Apps I have from three employee companies have it working just fine. BlackBerry can't get it to be a reliable feature? And if you're struggling with it so much, just remove it until you fix it.
This app is super slow to sign in and only holds the last few of your emails in your inbox.
Worst of the Worst 1/5
The most cumbersome, non-user friendly app I've ever seen. How can this be a corporate standard for anyone?
Would leave 0 stars if able 1/5
Blackberry/Good really needs to release a better product. Everything is in disarray when trying to install their server
Cumbersome & Inconvenient 1/5
So difficult to install and get support for. It can't really be supported by your own IT department as getting a license is a multi step process. If you don't install right away then you are back to the start of the whole install process again which includes requesting another license and multiple emails and then a rigid time to install.
I wish there was another way....
Needs A LOT of work 1/5
By Robbob533 in Allentown
I got this app so that I could get my work email while on vacation. This is the app my company uses for byod and it is horrible. It restarts every 30 minutes and the touch of NEVER worked for me. This is extremely inconvenient especially when you have a password vault that generates "secure" passwords and I can't even paste the copied password into the app. This app has far to go to be useful to anyone. I cringe to think that C suite executives have to use this app. As an IT person if I find it cumbersome, I know they would find it cumbersome.
Utterly useless 1/5
This app shouldn't have released. Toych id is worthless.
Overall terrible 1/5
Slow and it never recognizes touch ID...
Awful performance 1/5
I wish I could use anything other than this app, but my employer requires it. It's slow, rarely actually uses touchID and locks up my iPhone 7. Why I need a standalone app to log me into my email app, I'll never understand. I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.
Really needs ZERO stars 1/5
This has got to be one of the worst apps. Crashes often, is buggy, and is a pain to work with. The red dot to access other functions is a pain. Where are the icons for calendar and contacts so I can switch easily. The Touch ID is next to useless because Good Work is always restarting because it crashed. Someone else please develop a competitor app that actually works and develop it from the ground up.
Needs work 2/5
Very slow to launch, crashes when other Good apps look to it for sign on, and since we use this for 2 factor now I've noticed it lags even worse. If they just fix those small issues it becomes a 5 star app.
